Dr. MV Rao is one of the best physicians in Hyderabad. I have been visiting him since 2006. Our family always go to him for treatment. He is a dedicated doctor. Thank you very much, sir, for your efforts in treating patients.

Today 3rd Oct 2024 I visited Dr.MV Rao, he is senior most and one of the best doctors in TS and AP, he is very nice with me, he explained well about my illness, he has tested well by using stethoscope, not suggested many medicines, given confidence in the patient. I am really very happy and relieved after doctors visit. Thank you sir 🙏

Dr. M Venkateswara Rao popularly known as Dr M V Rao is a highly experienced doctor (General Physician) . He diagnoses illness first and treats his patients very well. We are very fortunate to have such highly experienced and knowledgeable doctor. I have consulted him for my father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law and taken treatment from him. We are highly satisfied with his services. Recently our daughter seriously fell ill. He diagnosed the illness within two days and gave treatment. Now she is fine. He is very patient and accommodative with us.

In few words “He is doctor for celebrities only as we all know he is KCR personal doctor” Not for normal people. Do not spend much time and especially if you take online consultation, the call will be disconnected so abruptly.

Exessive Wait Time: Despite scheduling appointment At 3:40 PM we waited for More Than 5 hours before finally meeting Dr. Rao after 8:30 PM. Rushed Consultation: Dr. Rao spent a mere 10-15 minutes with both my Brother and my grandmother, hardly allowing time for meaningful discussion. Differential Treatment: Actually Dr M.V Rao Sir Spoken To My Brother In a Polite And Nice Way but was impatient and Little rude to my grandmother who has cognitive difficulties and psychological issues Lack of Empathy: When my grandmother repeatedly asked about her blood pressure and tooth pain, Dr. Rao's responses were impolite And dismissive Considering Her vulnerable condition. Unprofessional Behavior: Throughout the brief consultation, Dr. Rao seemed distracted, attending to phone Stuff and displaying a clear lack of interest in our concerns. Contrasting Experience with Assistant: Dr. Rao's assistant Whose Name I Don't Remember was empathetic, courteous, and attentive, showcasing the kind of compassion we expected from the doctor. What Hurts Most: We had high hopes from Dr. MV Rao, renowned as one of Hyderabad's finest doctors. His reputation and expertise made us trust him implicitly. Key Issues: 1. Unacceptable wait time (more than 5 hours) 2. Insufficient consultation time (10-15 minutes for 2 patients) 3. Dr. Rao's impatience towards vulnerable patients 4. Lack of empathy 5. Unprofessional behavior during consultation A Message of Hope: Despite this disappointing experience, we still believe in Dr. MV Rao's exceptional medical expertise. We hope that in our next meeting, he will patiently listen to our concerns and respond with empathy and politeness.

He is always extremely busy, if you’re sick it is a nightmare to wait for him. I waited for more than 2 hours for my turn. And that is beyond your appointment time, they also advise you to come 15 minutes early. Would never recommend it to anyone.
