I went for some small service of my glasses and the staff accomodated so well and fixed it with no charge thanks to them and thanks to tital eye plus

Such a good experience at this shop. Everyone so helpfull and professionnel. Very patient while doing eyes testing to get the best dioptry. The shop itself has got a large choice of product and its very difficult to choose, all are esthetically top. Definitely a big fan of Titan optic. I'm really happy to share my experience of visiting Titan eyeplus showroom near dada TT circle mumbai - 70. Eyewear consultant (Mr. Mohd Hussain) is very nice, having good patience in handling customer's queries, showing quality spaces, discount's (if any) and suggesting products as per our daily needs. Optometrist (Munali) having good knowledge/experience of eye testing, tested my eyes and clarified all queries related to space nos suitable for near n long distance viewing. Suggesting others also to visit this place for quality n stylist products and good service. Thank you 😊

The best thing about this store is MRUNALI! Her product knowledge n service is outstanding and deserves recognition. That said, TITAN choice is very limited in terms of designs, stock available in store. They should learn from JOHN JACOBS whose quality, designs , range n pricing is outstanding! They should in fact stock JOHN JACOBS frames instead of third rate foreign designer brands with high pricing.

Horrible Experience with Titan Eye+ – Beware of Fraudulent Practices! I purchased an Emporio Armani spectacle from Titan Eye+ (Sonu Lodge, Dadar TT, Dadar East) for a whopping Rs. 19,823 on June 26, 2022. Within just a year, the frame is completely falling apart—plastic peeling off and the entire thing looking like a cheap knockoff. This is beyond ridiculous for such an expensive product! Even the showroom executives admitted that the material might be fake. Can you believe that? They actually suggested that a supposedly premium brand like Emporio Armani might be a counterfeit in their own showroom! The quality is so bad that even Rs. 2,000 glasses from Lenskart last more than 5 years without any issues, yet a nearly 20k product is falling to pieces within a year. Fraudulent practices like this are the reason the showroom is always empty compared to others. I can see why—they’re scamming customers with substandard or fake products. This is completely unacceptable from a company of such repute. Titan Eye+ has completely lost my trust, and I won’t be surprised if more customers come forward with similar experiences. If you’re thinking of buying from them, stay away unless you want to waste your hard-earned money on low-quality, potentially fake products. I hope the company takes note of this review, but until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Many time i visited store regarding service for my spectacle and enquiries for share holder coupons. But whenever i any visited store there is no store manager .staff said "Vo to kbhi kbhi aate hai".is this standard of Titan??? after this disrespectful thing i purchase spectacle from Ganger eye nation.sorry to say that is this punctuality of staff for his work?? Take strick action againts him

Go only if you don't have a timeline to get your spectacles. They said they'll give me in 1 week, after 10 days they still didn't have the glass of the spects. Everytime you ask for specific date till it'll be ready, they are like by today only. Extremely lethargic and pathetic in service. Zero transparency about exact delivery date. Both Jignesh & his manager Sajid are the same. I got my spects after 15 days.

The Most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my past visited shops. They will force you to buy only expensive goggles and if you don't do that, the they will speak up bad words to u. If you want good quality goggles with huge offer, u should visit VISION EXPRESS , their staff is so proffesional that they will handle you very respectfully and will give you a huuuge discount although offer is applied. so again, NEVER EVER VISIT TITAN EYE PLUS (DADAR) IN YR LIFE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SELF RESPECT .

Customer service is poor, delivery commitment is pathetic. No response from store or area manager. Worst experience once again.

Verry bad eye testing

This place is showing open but I just visited at 11:10 and the shop was closed! Can’t believe in a city like mumbai the shop was closed till 11:15!!

I purchased a specs for my dad from TITAN EYEPLUS DADAR Pre sale service is good but yes after sales service is a pain in TITAN EYEPLUS My dad specs glass got detached from frame within 6 month of purchase They have tie up with Zopper and after you go there to claim your insurance they will hand you one number and ask you to call them I spent more than 2 weeks just calling all the customer care and the store and people would pass the ball I strongly suggest to work on after sales services
