We had purchased Ray-Ban power glasses from Titan eye+ store (Dommsandra) in Oct 23 which ended with broken temple support and nose pads due to an accident.
When we visited the Dommsandra branch they did check if these accessories could be sourced from Ray-Ban and they failed.
Heartbroken we visited the HSR Sector 6 branch and placed a new order, while speaking to Sumathi I showed her my Ran-Ban and explained, she immediately said we will get these accessories sourced and get the glasses repaired.
Honestly I had no hope but agreed to it and left my glasses, Sumathi diligently kept following up with me on updates and ETD on getting the glasses fixed.
My new glasses were also delivered home in a timely manner.
Sumathi made sure I got back those glasses and also gave me an additional 10% discount on the glasses as we got two such done.
I am glad I visited the HSR store and met Sumathi or I would not have my Ray-Ban fixed.

Worst experience.
Sent my glasses for repair. Just had to tighten the screw and when I got them back, within a day it was broken.
Literally non-sensical conversation from a lady salesman over a call. She asks me to purchase another pair. Things could have been worse during the talk itself if it wasn't a Tata product.

Never buy eye glass from this store. I bought premium lense worth of 6.5k which coating went off within 1.5 years. When I asked them why its happened they told we don't know how its happened your glass is not in warranty period so we cant do any thing. I wasted my 6.5k.
I have 7 years old eye glass which has still coating is fine. I think this store had provided me duplicate glasses.
Never buy expensive glass from here. They have fake glasses.

Asked them to make lenses and fit in my old frames. They have done such poor fitting that the lens is protruding out of the frames. If they didn't know how to fit, why did they accept the order? My 3500 rupees are wasted

Very bad experience.
I have purchased a new glass about 10 days back.Within 3 days the frame makes sound while wearing.
When I took the issue with this store,they said they will change the frame. Then they are telling that sound will come in all frames of this model.
I have never experienced this issue in any other brand.

I have been a regular since 2018. Today I went and ordered a new pair of frame and glasses. I was giving an advance of Rs.1000/-. My order value was 1800/-. The lady refused to take my order and asked me for 100% advance. I have never seen any shop behave like this. SHE TELLS ME THAT THESE ARE NEW RULES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE

Had some spare time so went it to get my eye power checked, the power was same as my existing one so no change was required. However to my surprise the lady at the reception made me give a google review because they checked my eye power free of charge and didn't get a new spects made, not expected from a brand like Tata. In the pressure of getting good google review I can see companies offering discount and forcing customer to give good reviews. This is not how it should be done

Very much sale oriented....I just asked them to change the frame within 1 hour of placing the order but they gave some blizzare reason for turning down my request.....Would not recommend this store....there are many other titan eye stores which give better support.....Even local eyewear shops gives better support then this store...

Please double think to buy from Titan eye plus and specially this store. Both the product and the service sucks. They don't even have a technician to fix if you have issues. And you will always have issues if you buy from here ! Everymonth I have to go fix some issue in my frame. And even central customer service team doesn't bother to your complaints. Horrible experience!

Very poor quality stuff is provided here. Please don't buy. When I visited, not even one attendant came to help with what I needed. Extremely poor quality of in house frames. PFA pic of my Titan eye frame that was purchased just a year back and I use it only at nights. I use contacts in the day. And already the metal came out of the plastic and caused injury behind my ear.
The service staff was hardly interested in rectifying or even bothering to provide a reason for it. They asked me to purchase another frame and lens that costed almost 7k and told me the only discount I could avail was if I buy two of it!!! I literally laughed and left from there. I told them I'm being forced to buy new because your quality is sub standard, but of no avail. There was no other customer, and While all this was happening, the other staff was sitting and chit chatting amongst themselves.
I suggest better go for lenskart or some cheaper brand. At least it'll come cheaper, so you won't expect it to work for long!

Quality of the frames are ridiculously poor. Sporty frame boasted of broke while I was wearing them.(I reiterate, it broke while I was just wearing them.) When requested for the broken leg replacement of specs bought 3 months ago (for about 3.5K) apparently there is no process, warranty or spare parts. Appalling response when requested for assistance and was informed that cannot help as there is no procedure. By the way, they also offered a nominal discount if I buy a new frame.

Had ordered prescription lenses for existing frame with clear instructions to the Manager to ensure perfect fit and cut.
Was delivered ill fitted lenses (basically they were cut smaller than the frame size), the audacity of the Manager to think it would go un-noticed.
When I took it back today he asked for half an hour to fix it, when I took him to task asking if he intended to shrink the frame magically it’s then that he apologised and agreed to replace the lenses.
IS THIS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL TITAN EYE PLUS? PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST

This is general feedback on frames titan eyeplus have for kids across hsr and Koramangala shops. Designs and Quality of frames for kids is below par. After few months of wearing It has left mark on my son's nose. He has been wearing glasses for 4-5 years now... Only titan frames has caused this issue... Prices are exorbitantly high anyways... hope they can introduce some good quality stuff for kids
