I am totally thrilled with the professionalism, range of frames, eye testing technology, lenses and very helpful optometrists at Zeiss Vision Center, Indiranagar. Optometrists Suhail and Simran both patiently tested my vision, helped me in selecting the right type of lens while ensuring that I am comfortable and at ease. Suhail was more keen to ensure that I got the whole 360 experience, took my eye requirement measurements and crossed verified its accuracy. I was pleasantly surprised with his service first attitude rather than a hurry to complete the sale and meet targets. I received my progressive glasses much earlier than the date I was informed - kudos to Zeiss and their wonderful team. The glasses are extremely comfortable. My family and friends are definitely going to Zeiss Vision Centre Indiranagar for their eye wear needs.

Visited Zeiss Vision Centre. Indiranagar for the first time though I am a regular user of Zeiss lens for over 6 years now. Had a great experience here with Mr.Paul who genuinely understood my requirement for a pair of lens replacement post my cataract surgery and without wasting much time he helped with my eye testing and requiredmeasurements. The most unexpected part of their services is the super fast delivery of the lenses and glasses within 2 days of the order placed. Thanks a lot to Paul for the great experience.

After visiting the shop Natraj has nicely explained the frames in detail. Regarding zeiss lens he also told about the lens quality, vision & the glass scratch etc. He took the progressive focal points. Nice experience with the shop.Good guidance.

I visited this shop based on reviews and it is as mentioned by others that the sales experience was good and have good collections of frames from luxury brands. I was attended by sowjanya at first and she tried to understand what we are expecting and recommended frames accordingly. Secondly akshansh the optometrist took over and was very patient and polite at the time of eye test to the point that even the slightest hesitation or doubt he was ready to re test it by putting different articles in front of us and not repeating the same text The reason why i dropped one star is no parking space for cars. Overall the experience was good and definitely recommend to visit.

I purchased a gorgeous frame from this center, Mr Suhail really helped me to choose the correct frame for my face, He is very knowledgeable and professional person, so helpful too.In future , if another pair is needed, definitely I will take his opinion

I was assisted by Akshansh at the store. The experience was quick and smooth. The eye test is done by an automated machine that shuffles the powers electronically and makes the process faster. The frames vary by different brands, economical to luxury. Zeiss lens have multiple options too. Minus 1 for no parking at the store so I had to park far off and walk out to the store. Over-all, only come here if you are comfortable spending high for greater clarity and Zeiss experience.

Using eyeglasses for the last 5 months. Absolutely, no issues. They suggested the lens with cylindrical power. I was not okay initially. But, it is completely satisfactory and the clarity of vision is increased. The quality of frames and lenses are excellent. It is costly but you will delight once you start using it. Zeiss has an excellent showroom and i had a warm welcome. Vanishree gave an elaborate detail on the range of frames and lenses available. She took me step by step into explaining what is most apt for me and I had a wonderful experience.

Akshank showed me around, their refraction machine is really good and seemed to give better correction than manual testing The process was very stress free and straightforward, only thing is it definitely is significantly more expensive than other places, atleast for my power.

Had visited Zeiss Vision Centre. My experience at the store was wonderful. The ambience is nice. Well maintained store. Customer Service is good. All the staffs are courteous and have knowledge of the products.

ZEISS Vision Center Indira Nagar is really stay away place if you are really looking for customer service and quality I had faced 3 instances with thsi center Incident 1:- They sold incorrect lenses at a higher prices marketed saying this is better lenses to solve the issue rather DR suggested then later found they just sold for money Incident2:- The branded frame broken with very short time of purchase even without any hard use they had no answer moreover they were not even ready to support purchasing the replacement one quickly Incident 3 ; They promised that their coatings wont peel off years however the coating peeled off within a year and visited the store after checking with DR they refused to replace as it crossed 12 months and not even ready to check with their factory to identify why it has happened. The store person was more interested to pack us away from the store. I did ask for their escalation details but he did not share that as well and said their manager will call, however nothing has happened. Finally their prices are around 10 to 20% higher than the other stores even for their own product of ZEISS lenses . So don't enter just for gimmick of the store look and some additional customized measurement claim. We fount it it is not helping anything.

I spent a bomb and got glasses made from them. They weren’t sitting well and after that I have been using my old pair since I have been travelling a lot. I went back 2-3 times to get it fixed but they never have the technician available. Such a fancy shop and customer service is zero. I have never had so much trouble getting a pair of glasses fixed. Please avoid buying anything from them.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress following my recent visit to the Zeiss store. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling. From the onset, I was made to feel unwelcome, as if I didn't belong in the store. After selecting a few frames and glasses, I inquired about available offers and discounts. To my surprise, the salesperson's demeanor changed abruptly, and I was subjected to a humiliating and insulting experience. The salesperson proceeded to show me low-end, rejected frames, explicitly stating that those were suitable for me. I was taken aback by the blatant display of disdain and disrespect. As a loyal customer who has been using Zeiss glasses for over 10 years, I expected a certain level of respect and professionalism. Regrettably, my experience at the Zeiss store fell woefully short of my expectations. I felt belittled and disrespected, and I will not soon forget the indignity I suffered at the hands of the salesperson. I hope that in the future, Zeiss will take steps to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background or appearance, are treated with dignity and respect.

So cheap service. The service and product is not worthy for 33K at all. First, because of their problme, the pupil height were wrong, so the glasses were not clear. In order to get the correct one, including first time for checking, I went to the store for 4 times. The most horrible thing is in order to get the GST bill correct, again and again let us go to the store . First GST bill, GST No. were wrong. then GST Bill no address. (Which the first time all ready showed them the GST Bill information). After that we request to put the signature and seal on the bill. they are telling that was computer generated(Not ready to give to us). What nonsencE. First time they gave the signed and sealed one only.(Anyway it was wrong.) Not professional at all. With these much high price, not worthy to go at all~~~

Deceptive Practices at ZEISS VISION CENTER Indiranagar. I recently had a disappointing experience with ZEISS VISION CENTER Indiranagar - By SpecsBunker. I purchased a tested Zeiss lens with a Carrera frame, but upon closer inspection, I discovered numerous scratches on the frame. Upon bringing this to their attention, they agreed to replace it with a new frame. I waited patiently for over a month for the replacement frame to arrive. When the new frame finally arrived, they called to let me know I could come in for the exchange. Today, I visited the store to have the frame changed. They took my current frame inside to supposedly swap it with the new one. However, when they handed back the "new" frame, I was shocked to find that they hadn't actually changed it at all. The reason I could tell was that my old frame had a loose left handle due to a worn-out screw thread. Before going in for the frame change, I had closely examined both the old and new frames side by side, and the new frame’s handle was tight. Despite this clear difference, when I asked them if they had truly changed the frame, they insisted they had. It became evident they had simply returned the old frame and falsely claimed it was replaced. I am extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices and lack of integrity displayed by ZEISS VISION CENTER Indiranagar. I expected honesty and professionalism, especially given the premium pricing of their products. I give them only 1 star due to their misleading actions and poor customer service. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and verify their purchases carefully if considering this store.

This rating is fully dedicated for Sowjanya and Akshank's over smartness and their act of demeaning customers. They even think they are over and above the company Zeiss. According to them Zeiss just makes random lenses and only they know what's right for the everyone. Sowjanya tried hard to convince my husband to agree to eye problems he doesn't have. Post payment Akshank denied recieving the money, until we showed him our Bank transactions. Suddenly post that he recieved notification of the payment. My experience at this store was way better a year back. These two salesmen made this my last visit. Strongly suggest better hires.

Went to get a prescription for my eyes & they said the test can be done but results would be kept private in their database & not shared with me Felt very elitist shop, wouldn't recommend at all

pathetic customer service. ordered 3X frames with smartlife + photofusion X lenses. 100% advance payment. Not delivered thus far. Neither the staff nor Pushvinder cares to keep up with their commitment. Dont even bother to answer/return phone calls/ Personal recommendation is to avoid this store for your eyewear needs. I'm asking order to be cancelled/refund issued Update: 15/4/23 - Mohit (the owner) calls customer, i listened to him patiently for 7min, when i started presenting my pov, he starts shouting & accusing me. I'VE SINCE ESCALATED TO ZEISS INTERNATIONAL ASKING MY ORDER TO BE CANCELLED & REFUND PROCESSED. PATHETIC BEHAVIOR. AVOID THIS STORE
