Horrible customer service! There is this one girl who assists you with the xerox and everything. She doesn't do her work properly. Plus she starts arguing with you. And says don't come to the shop again. Highly disappointed.

Horrible customer service. My sister went there get to a print out, but this lady who works there was extremely rude to her and their computers were not functioning properly and no other person was assisting. Overall horrible experience.

If this happened in Kerala, they would have closed down the shop in a week due to the shop owner's negligence, your not doing a unpaid work so pls be sincere to you work.

I have given a 3page for editing the 1st page When she returns me the cv as a pdf the first page of cv was only there how can i give this 1 page of cv to any office

If you're an architecture/civil/engg student, please don't go here. You can rather go to PRINTON which is close by and they are efficient with better quality. I made a big mistake going here and I almost missed my thesis due to their lack of importance and professionalism shown by them. He delayed my prints by 3 hours. I came around 9:45 am and I left by 2 pm (PS I did not have all my prints) The prints were not the best quality at all and he charged my 2x more. I'm not exaggerating but I've gone to different places and this was the worst. The owner or idk who. He wear specs and is super arrogant and did not have any concern when I " repeatedly" mentioned how important and quick I needed these printouts on that day. I mean he's that petty that he suggested us "You should've come early" instead of agreeing to his mistake and being considerate. I rarely give reviews but this has been the very worst day of my life and it was my final year thesis jury, I regret it way too much. I don't want you guys to face this. Thank you.
