Helpfull Nature and best doctor in Baner

Arrogant and bad management. I came to see Dr. Vivek based on good review from a friend. Once I reached, his attendant told me that there is a waiting for 45 minutes. Waiting for 45 mins was not the problem since it was my first visit. For better management in the future, I asked her if I book the appointment in advance on the phone, will waiting time be lesser in the future? To this, she arrogantly said - No, you will have to come in person to write your name in waiting list and wait for long times! Which world, time and age is the staff of Dr. Vivek living in? I was thinking of having Dr. Vivek as a family physician for many years to come, but after such arrogance and bad management, I won’t be coming to Dr. Vivek again, and would be recommending my friends not to go as well

Worst experience ever! Imagine your doctor uses google in front of you to identify the causes and treatment for you! He will suggest "n" number of tests via referrals to earn from all sources and the treatment for simple cough will go on forever. Beware and choose wisely!

Worst ever place to be here, The doctor will put you on Saline for even viral fever of 100 temperature and leave you to argue with nurses. Instead of just simple viral fever injection they put you on Saline for more billing

Very poor experience. I had sore throat. Still he charged Rs. 500 and gave medicines of another Rs. 500. So in total I spent Rs. 1000 for simple problem. This is BIZARRE. Visit him only if you want to empty your pocket.

Unprofessional doctor, didn't even bother to check BP, just prescribed some basic medicine, for fever he prescribed Dolo, which I'll get at any pharmacy without prescription. Highly expensive worthless so called doctor
