I have visited titan eye plus store C. G. Road Ahmedabad today for my specs service I got instantly serviced, it was my first time experience, it was extremely nice interior and Environment huge collection e.i. titan international frame also sunglasses it have Reasonable price frame start from 699 and lenses start single vision 399 rs
There is available eye testing also free of cost I met optometrist Aravind kumar he is polite and cheerful person he check up my eyes very well, suggested lens and frame which was suitable for me.. I did not purchase now but definitely I will visit next time thnx especially Aravind and titan team..

Titan Eye plus is the best place to go for the eye glasses. The consultants really help you understand which glasses would be great for what age group and according to the life style requirement. My Farooq Quraishi helped us in taking the right decisions for my parent according to their number and their usage. There is an excellent facility to get the eye test first, Ms. Kashish Ishtiak helped my aging parents to get comfortable and then examined their eyes with great patience and empathy. Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim came and delivered the glasses at home. Everybody is polite, courteous, helpful and well experienced to guide the customer with all the details. We are really very happy with the responses, the service and the overall products that we purchased from the store. I highly recommend whether you want to buy numbered glasses or eye shades, definitely visit this store, it is the largest one of Titan in Gujarat. Never experienced such an amazing eye testing and purchasing experience. The other local doctor gave inaccurate and slightly inaccurate readings but the tests done here are way more advanced and accurate. Highly recommended over any other one.

Very bad experience 2 out of three spectacles broke in six months and after sale service isn't great either we complained to highest authority in Titan eye but received a response very late we had already purchased a new specs from elsewhere.....never going back to thos brand for sure. Very pathetic staff as well. Least bothered about the customer concern at all. Would suggest all to avoid this spectacle brand and this outlet totally.

"I am absolutely outraged with the quality of these goggles! For the price I paid, I expected nothing short of perfection, but instead, they’ve completely fallen apart after just a few uses! The straps broke with minimal tension. Are you kidding me? These were supposed to be high-end, yet they can’t even survive normal use? I feel completely ripped off. This is beyond disappointing — it’s a total scam! I could have bought better quality from a discount store. Never again will I buy from this brand. If you value your money, steer clear. What a disgrace!"

First time I visited this store and had the worst experience. I got my glasses last week and today suddenly in right glass i got some scratches. I don't know how can this possible!! Because i had safely put my specs in the box provided by them. And I don't understand one thing that, in the box how can it got scratched without any heat or any pressure!!!. They clearly deny to help me out. It feels like i wasted my 6k rupees in this. Otherwise the staff and all was good but I am disappointed with this. By this starches i can't drive properly at night because the light reflects and it causes an accident, too. So this is totally worthless. I wasted my money on it.

Its been more than 15 days, but still product is not delivered to me. Everyday on call they give fake promises to deliver the next day. And next day they just give other promise and cut the call.

I was purchased a frameglasses from titaleyeplus but when my glass was broke then i was goes to a store for repair a glassframe from my insurance but i have so bad behaviour and badly treated with customer care and so that i don't want to go again titaleyeplus store i have treated so badly from employ's and manager ( Rupain dave )and i don't have good enough from titaleye plus tital eyeplus is so bad and not have good services also

Worst kind of experience, after placing an order and paying 50% amount but after an month they responded that they cannot fulfil my order and took another 15-20 days for refunding the amount. The manager as well as the executive there are very rude and do not know how to talk with clients. While taking orders they were very friendly and while cancelling order (that also from their side) they behaved rudely and refund was not initiated soon. Tata company is very renowned but due to such kind of behaviour and such kind of outlets these people are ruining the name of Tata company. I strongly suggest to take strict actions against such employees.

We used to buy all spects from Titan eyeplus only, my last 2 experience with c g road branch were good so I visited today and unfortunately the store manager - Mr. Kamal was not there and surprisingly both the attendants dont know how to handle customers, infact they dont want to attend...instead of showing desired and relevant stuff, showing her preferences and that too oversized frames! not at all interested in understanding customer's requirement , I wish I could give zero rating

Very bed response on after sale service.
I am regular customer of Titan Eye Plus. I went at C G Road , Ahmedabad branch on 31/01/2019(Thursday), for breakege of my glass frame buying on 2018 from same branch.
They told me that they will be replying me before 02/02/2019(Saturday), but still not replying yet.
Today (05/02/2019) I call them but I can't receive satisfied reply from them.
