I had been taken my mother for treatment due to low eyesight. We underwent all the necessary tests and consulted Dr. Jayavel E. He is such a kind and knowledgeable doctor who took the time to explain everything clearly to us. Overall, the staff is very good and extremely humble. We had a great experience.

Mrs. Arasi took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Very good clinic for eyes related problem , They have the easiest way on putting lenses without having to do surgery easyy n safee , And the staff is very kind and polite they keep checking up with their customers with all the neccessary , I would recommend anybody to visit mirlay for any eye related issues

Visited the center for eye testing as it had been more than 2 years since I did one. Had the opportunity to get consultation from Dr. Jayavel, I must say he is the best. Just talk to him and he will make you learn why your eye is good or bad and what you can do about it. He's an absolute gentleman and great to speak with. Would recommend him anyday for all your eye issues. Extensive knowledge and experience is at the back of his hand.

I had a disappointing experience at this eye test clinic. They said the process would take 30 minutes, but it took an excruciating 2 and a half hour, making it feel inefficient and time-consuming. The cleanliness of the clinic was not maintained at all, and to top it off, the lift felt unsafe, adding an extra layer of discomfort to the overall visit. (I would suggest you not to go here and if you do decide to go here I hope you have a lot of time to waste and don't forget to talk a pillow with you)

Recently visited Mirlay for an eye check up as i had previously had a good experience..but it was not the same. The eye check up felt like a very basic eye check that any normal optician in a lens stores would do. Plus I had to wait for almost an hr to get this done inspite of them not doing the eye dilation. I had to ask them multiple times before I was attended to. overall a very disappointing experience and it felt like a waste of time

We had an extremely poor experience at Mirley Aggarwal hospital Frazer Town when I took my mother for a cataract procedure. Before the cataract surgery, her eye pressure was perfectly normal, but Dr. Sunitha exaggerated the situation, claiming she had high eye pressure and glaucoma, and insisted we go through with a YAG PI. After the procedure, my mother's eye was severely damaged, leaving her in excruciating pain. When Dr. Mirley performed the surgery later, he even questioned the necessity of the YAG PI. The clinic is highly disorganized, with zero coordination between doctors, and my mother continues to suffer from the pain caused by that unnecessary procedure.

While I appreciate the excellent communication skills exhibited by the hospital staff, I wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience at the optical showroom. Upon reaching the showroom, I encountered some issues with the service provided by the two ladies on staff. They appeared unresponsive to my queries and seemed disinterested in assisting me with choosing frames or providing proper guidance. Their focus seemed to be divided among attending classes, making phone calls, and engaging in personal conversations, which left me feeling confused and dissatisfied with the service. I believe that proper training and emphasis on customer service are paramount for ensuring a positive experience for patients. It is crucial for the staff to actively engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide helpful recommendations rather than solely focusing on higher-priced options to increase sales. I would like to suggest implementing measures to improve the quality of service at the optical showroom. This could include: Conducting regular training sessions on customer service skills and effective communication for the staff at the optical showroom. I felt clinic is fully dust and cleanliness could hv been maintained more hygienically as clinic is old and famous but the environment could be much better ,I found doctors are also not well trained and experienced and with poor English knowledge this gives a low impact in mind of patients to come back again..

Hi Team, I Had very bad experience with Mirlay Eye care. I took ICL eye treatment for my wife. They have placed wrong size lens in her eye, later they didn't take proper action and keep the issue for 2 to 3 months simply telling keeping in observation, and again telling treatment went wrong sue to lens is not matching, and telling to remove lena back. Management need to support here for the issue, But didn't expect . Very very bad experience.

Very inefficient. Said 45 mts and took 2.5 hours. Fixed an appointment with one doctor and 2 hours later was told that she is not available. I understand that they have emergency surgeries but atleast the communication can be better.

Good scope for major improvements from basics upwards . Professional touch by key people is lacking , Hygiene conditions are totally missing , Patients waiting areas on 2nd & 3rd floor very dirty & poor conditions . Dr. Mirlays earlier Touch is completely missing ! Too many patients unable to handle them and pay proper attention! It is no more those good old days of Dr.Mirlays time . Needs total transformation !

You take 500 rupees for a dr consultancy and do a eye checkup then ask me to pay 3200 rupees for scan and then only I get to meet a doctor Mirlay was not like this before, after Agarwal eye hospital took over all this started very bad service.

This unit under Dr Agarwals eye care is a factory. Get a second opinion. Glad I did not fall for their high pressure tactics for surgery. My second opinion was no cataract currently. Just mild eye drops for glaucoma. My pressure wad minute and catact had not developed to warrant surgery. So sad that Dr Mirley sold his practice to this factory instead of a caring group.

Very expensive, a scan that costs about 200 at other hospital for both eyes, at MIRLAY costs 1600. Pretty darn expensive. Not just this. The could not figure out the problem... And referred to other hospital....

It's a kind of misleading people. First of all its not part of Agarwal eye hospital. I booked because of consulting experienced dr.ram mirlay. This is his owned clinic and few other doctors are working there. This is not look like a first event. Found more people over there got cheated in the same manner. As a conclusion, this is Dr Ram mirlays owned clinic, seems he might come here only for surgeries not for consultation. This is his business using his name as well as Agarwal eye hospital reputation. Shame on you doctor!!!

Stop taking Appointment in the Name of Dr. Ram if he does not see other than the surgery patient ----------------------------------------------------- I traveled 20+20km to visit and get the Dr. Ram consultation, but I was told that Dr. Ram sees only surgery patients despite having a valid appointment with Dr. Ram from the Practo app. I m not saying the doctor who provided me with consultation was not good, she was great, but I traveled to get the Dr. Ram consultation (since he is MD, MBBS) otherwise I could hv taken consultation from a nearby hospital. Very much disappointed and felt cheated, stop taking appointments in the name of Dr. Ram if he is not going to present in the hospital or did not see the normal patients

While ordering a glass they said 20% discount would be given for senior citizen, surprised to see 11% only and said the person who spoke earlier is on leave now final bill is made they can’t do any changes. This is called looting & cheating the customers, plz beware about this eye care unit very disappointed with their service.

I went to get treatment for my mother we waited for a long time and the doctor was unable to give a proper diagnosis or give a proper treatment she even forgot to write the name of a table so I had to call up the next day and ask for it.. They gave such expensive eye drops which didn't work at all!! I literally had to go to another Ophthalmologist who gave a normal eye drop and proper medications really disappointing with the treatment.. The staff keep bickering with each other instead of helping the patients out!

Very good hospital and efficient doctors BUT their system is very unorganized. Be prepared to spend a good 45 mins up to 2+ hours to see the doctor on top of having an appointment. Seems like they KNOW how to take appointments but are clueless about "holding" the reservations. On 3 separate occasions I was given appointments but was made to wait nearly 2 hours each time to see the doctor. Very frustrating to deal with their unprofessional staff who are absolutely clueless in handling the appointment system. I would highly recommend the doctors but expect delays....which is pretty sad for a good place like this.
