Broke my lens and the lost the screw for my glasses, no knowledge of Ahmedabad I went here hoping for a fix, not only did the gentleman repair it, fixed my glasses also cleaned them and to top it off didn’t charge me anything. Top customer service, I’ll be back when I need anything optometrist related.

We were in Ahmedabad during this December’24, I had to replace must and get a new spectacle with progressive lens. Before going to Nagar Chasmaghar CG Road at Ahmedabad, I had called them and few other shops. Nagar Chasmaghar at CG Road responded very well, and then I went to the shop. Served by Mr. Nihar the experienced Optometrist. The service provided was awesome, Nagar has many brands and type of frames to cater all the needs of each individuals. Mr. Nihar explained me about each and every frame with clear details. I bought a German brand frame with progressive lens. The price was very much reasonable and the quality of the frames were fantastic. Nihar is from Gujarat, but born and brought up in Chennai. His Tamil was too good, since he grew up in Tamil Nadu, we all felt like home with his hospitality. In Ahmedabad, most of the shops offer Chai / Kopi, no matter whether we buy from them or not. I felt that is not marketing tactics, the affection bonding hospitality showed towards the customers. Felt good, the service, eye testing with too much greater details, took time and ensure that I am getting the correct vision power glass, frame cutting mapping was done excellent from all angles with pictures by Nagar to ensure that the glass and frame is made perfectly to fit to vision positioning. Overall, 5 Star ratings I gave for each and all aspects. Thanks Team Nagar Chasmaghar and Mr. Nihar for your wonderful service which will be remembered forever. நன்றி வணக்கம் திரு. நிஹார்!

Superb collection and very precise work by Mr Rushit patel and whole team - as an eye doctor myself I was impressed by the attention to detail put in the work up and the checkup - I thank the whole team of nagar who under the able leadership of Rushit patel is doing awesome work

Very poor experience for returning customers. Customers buy frames worth 3000-4000 yet they can’t offer simple services next time. I simply wanted a prescription of my number on their authorized paper since I bought a frame from here. They asked for Rs 100 for giving it on official paper and free for writing on a simple plain paper. This is how they earn their black money and loot customers. Only if you buy something from them they will be extra sweet and give these prescription for free but when customer needs it they charge money for it. Very bad experience. Do not suggest buying anything from here or any other stores.

I bought a pair for 3800, found that it had scratches on right hand corner so went to the store and asked to change the glass. They took 3 days and gave me back as it was. Not satisfied by the quality. They charge high prices due to name. I recommend Titan eye+. They have high prices but they provide matching quality too. These people are scammers.

These guys are cheating people and are using their name and fame to cheat people. I made a frame last year and then this year for the same frame they were trying to charge me double the price for the exact same frame! I asked them to look at their records and they were trying to fool us into buying a frame that still costs the same for double the price. I wish I could rate below 1 star if I could.

It was soo bad in service. They say the optical was ready at monday and now they excus like the number were came but it was wrong so we cant make your optical. And i have a large number in optical soo i have many issues to see but they cant take it as serious. Really it was tooo bad....hate the services of this shop..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst experience…they made change in type of glasses without informing us.and even after1 week of purchase they are not giving bill to us..

3rd class quality and fake commitment for product so plz check and after buy ur product ....from nagar chasma gar
