Hanzala from this store has been extremely resourceful and responsive to my needs . First he was able to do a quick turn around to give me my frame and glasses under 48 hours . Then subsequently when I damaged the same , he was kind enough to inform me of the risks of possible repair and time taken of it broke. Luckily he was able to repair it then and there . The store is another Tata brand I trust now

Pathetic service. I got a specs done for my father and after service was pathetic. These people call and get their reviews done however if it has to be a genuine feedback. I would say please go for any other optician and not this one. They just want sales and not service

I just got a progressive spectacle yesterday. For roughly about 14k. I told the person at the store that it was not feeling right but he told me that it would take about 2-3 days to adjust.
I struggled the whole day at work as the near vision was really bad and I couldn’t even read msgs from my mobile. I had to take them off . I consciously tried wearing them to get used to, assuming it was the adjustment issue.
Now the store gives me a call to tell me it was not my spectacle and was given to me by mistake.

First I bought a frame. The next day I went for eye check-up, I handed over my frame bill to the counter and that person asked me for my name, so I told him my name then later he asked me name a few more time. Even after providing the bill which contains my information the person on counter made a bill on someone else's name. I don't understand, why.?

Very bad opticians/ technicians work here. I lost money on not one but two specs here, due to bad 'centration' of the lenses. The staff here are totally unapologetic and also unauthorised to execute any decisions, so you will end up running from pillar to post, should your order go wrong. I suggest, go to a local store, who are more courteous and receptive to customers than get fooled by a big brand.
I am NEVER going back again to Titan Eyeplus for sure.
