I took my glasses for them to service. The person , Syed over there broke the glasses in front of me trying to bend them. Now they are asking me to pay for new frame at 20% discount. The products was also under warranty! I can understand if i would have broken it. Please do not visit this store ever.

Very bad customer experience. They make you buy the imported frames "Stepper" and all and their fit and quality delivery is very poor. They push you to believe in store that it's allright and will get better over time.

I changed my spectacle lens in Dec 2022 from Titan Eye Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Order ID: TBGT026149. Initial impression was fair. When i received my spectacle with the changed lenses I saw that the power in the lenses are not correct. I spent Rs. 25000 on the lens which is a progressive lens of Titan and I feel it is not worth. The lens quality is good but the power in the lenses are not accurate. I am using progressive lenses for last many years but this time the experience is very bad. There was no feedback call from the store. I feel it is not worth to visit Titan Eye in future.

Well you wanted a review so here goes: The begging for reviews start as soon as you pay the bill. Before you get your receipt for swiping the card, you'll be asked to review atleast 3 times.
But it doesn't end there. 2 SMSs and emails daily to share your "experience". I don't know how they'll come to know I have left a review, so I am not hopeful of them stopping.
As far as actual service goes, it was as expected. A frame was selected, a glass was selected, advance paid and then final product was delivered.

Its been a month I have not received my specs.So disgusting service.Do not ever purchase anything from titan be it watches or specs.They will sell and after that they would not be bothered about anything.In athe name of expensive sratchfree lens they have supplied scratched lens which obviously I did not agree to take.I complained and emailed but not received a single call from the department.One lady called and said she will get back but never called again.No appology nothing.I have been suffering without specs.I do not want your pathetic frames and services ,do return my frame and money.There are plenty of options much better than @titaneyeplus are available in the market.Atleast they value customers unlike titan.@ratantata @ckvenky @titanwatchesindia @tatacompanies just see how you harass your customers.Thank you @lenskart for your services.

The worst pair of lenses I have ever purchased. They are full of scratches within 3 months of use, even after following the necessary precautions!!! The progressive lenses are not aligned/set properly and they are not accurate. Worst experience and will never ever go again to Titan Eye Plus!! Update: No response from the owner! This is the ultimate proof that they do not care about negative reviews because they just do not care about customer satisfaction!!! No star rating!!!

Pathetic experience in Titan Eye on bangerghtaa road. I had placed my order on Saturday it was committed by then that i will get my glass on Wednesday. When i can call them thy are informing me that i will be delivered tomorrow. More over person kavya calls me that i am mental customer just because of my about my spectacle. Is this wat services is all about taking money from customer and calling customer mental.who has given right to Kavya to call me or any customer mental. How dare she can do this. My recommendation is that plz don't visit this branch, pathetic customer service abusing the customer after taking the money.
Worst service from Titan Eye from support incharge Sayeed worst person he is. When we are telling the issue, he is laughing he thinks we are idiots over here. We don't CHARITY over here. I bought an Oakley eyeglasses from this store i.e., Oakley frame with Titan eye plus lenses (glasses) for it. It Looked very premium at the beginning.
The store manager strongly suggested me to go with the titan eye plus lenses as he claimed it to be of high quality. Some of the features which he claimed includes - scratch resistant, anti glare, etc., but within 3 months of usage, there were a plethora of scratches on them, despite wiping / cleaning it with the soft cloth provided by the store. Additionally, I always ensure to take good care of my glasses as I have been doing over the years.
When called for complaining about those humongous scratches (which perhaps is the USP of this lens - "scratch resistant"), the store guy did not exert any effort in getting them replaced. He just told nothing can be done about this. After insisting and explaining that it I am well within the warranty period, he just made me wait for few days and didn't even bother to follow up. When I did, he plainly informed that he checked internally but nothing can be done.
I don't mind paying for the new glasses elsewhere, but definitely not recommending this place for the pathetic service offered and zero effort by the store to solve customer grievances.

Very Bad, Please don't visit. Here the guys who is testing they don't have experience and they don't know how to speak with customers.
There is no prompt delivery while taking order they will tell one word and while delivering they will change their words.
if you can check out side the lens site also different which they are delivering.

Hi all, I am writing this review to inform you all to please don't buy glasses at titan eye plus. I got anti fog, anti scratch, blu ray glasses. It was fine for about a month. But within two months it has become worse glasses I have ever used. It fills up with fog and it has scratches. When I visited the show room they said we can't do anything about. While placing the order they make all possible flases promises as it will be covered for a year, give you a replacement. But when you visit them with problem they forget everything. I would never recommend to but glasses from titan

I wish the store manager was more customer centric, I had voucher from Tanishq which offered me flat 10% discount and hence, visited to buy 2 pair of lens+frame but for some reason she insisted to make two seperate bills and then offered to give discount on only 1 bill... The discounted amount was just 800INR but they didn't had to manipulate their client to save 400INR.
Eventually I refused to take any discount and paid the full amount.

The worst store ever. Never deliver on time. Do not have any manners to talk to the customers. Its been three days since i have been calling and everyday they say it will be ready the next day and gives some lame excuses. Customers are expected to keep following up.

They attend very well.and staff is very cooperative...no regrets ..but i bought stepper frame with titan progressive glasses for approx 15k, Frame is ok but slightly over priced, but i am not happy as they suggested titan progressive glasses instead of crizal, which look very cheap and have something printed on glasses which is NOT FOG MARK, and is clearly visible on glasses. It causes blurred vision and the glasses look so low quality and scratches very easily. I tried the glasses for 1 month but i am not comfortable, i have returned the glasses to the showroom as i cannot use them as it has caused me so much inconvenience. Exchanged to crizal lenses coating removed with a month nd so many scratches poor grievance redressal.
Horrid experience high rated products with terrible quality.
Quality of frames is as well poor and far more expensive vs quality at other shops or competitions

Store gave me wrong lenses fitted. Store doesn't exchange or change product if someone doesn't like the product after order. I didn't like this strange rule of this store. Generally all stores have provision to exchange or change the product when customer is not satisfied. Lost all money as store refuse to exchange with another similar model of the product.

Progressive lenses are very expensive here can't afford from my wallet .
If you want to go with goof progressive lenses mean you have to pay 30k just for the lenses the same lenses which is cheaper at Lenskart they said just you can pay 10k we will give the same lenses.
Here the prices are very expensive otherwise we should stay blind can't recommend the store not at all budget friendly store
