Staff need common sense and doctor need time sense here ..My cousin Md Rasool basha came for lypo treatment from Ongole to this hospital today. Doctor busy with many surgeries and they asked us to wait meanwhile we process the insurance things and insurance approved. Doctor not came for the surgery whole day but they say every time wait 1 more hour. After 12 hours patient waited with empty stomach and they started canceling the insurance approval due to doctor unavailability and asked him to pay 7000 for the entire day tests and hospital room charges😡😡...we came out of the cheating hospital..

Management is pathetic. My insurance bill shows twin sharing room, but I was allotted general ward. Surgery was scheduled for 1:30pm, it was done at 6:15pm - that too after arguments with staff and attendance. As it was late evening, the biller of the hospital left for home. And I was again kept in general ward for the entire night. However, after again arguments with staff, they allotted a twin sharing at 8pm. Here no attendant will entertain you, or u have to wait for avg. 45 min for any service. The treatment was good. I get admitted at 9:45am. Discharge was scheduled at 7pm Surgery was scheduled between 1:30pm to 4pm The actual surgery was done around 6:15pm Actual discharge was done, next day 1:30pm

Worest hospital no one cares about patient they fight each other's in icu also..they want money they don't want patient condition..

I am giving you very genuine feedback. Those who want to take it will surely get benefited. Approach to this hospital if you want to screw your happiness. The problems in hospital starts from the parking itself. If you have a 2 wheeler & lucky enough you will get space for parking. But expect bad scratches on your vehicle while taking it back. Security there will throw the vehicles to accomodate space for other vehicles. If you have 4 wheeler, for get about parking. To get admitted, registration process takes you to one hour minimum. There will be only one person sitting there who will be very busy in phone calls. The rooms are pathetic & the washrooms are stinky. No proper maintenance. Sister's response is very poor & never responds on time. Also they are very rude in talking. They will address any one in singular only. They treat everyone as if we admitted there on free of cost. Government hospitals are far better than this hospital. I don't know about out patient treatment but if you get admitted, you are srewing your self. I felt if there is something less than one star, I would have chosen it. Really very worst care & worst staff there.

Treatment, Docters and nurse care is all fine. But, the management and services here are the worst you could experience in the entire city. The picture here is the exact scene a patient could experience infront of the room allocated. All the dust and noise disturbs the patient after surgery and when you complaint the issue to the authority, there is no answer you could get from the correct person. Please don't stake your health going there.

Worst experience, no one is available in hospital pharmacy when I went to the pharmacy for the medication and waited for more than hour at 10:58pm even it is not dinner time, I didn't see such worst managent

Emergency patient care was absolutely the most furiating.. Nurse and doctor were irresponsible and giggling when the patient was lying in pain. The doctor was unresponsive and very impatient.. They were completely opposite of being professional and compassionate. Doctor was impatient to explain about further procedures and left in the middle of the treatment. Wouldn't recommend on joining for any emergencies. Any doctor would give the medication but a word trust and little bit of compassion makes them worthy of their job.

After doing a thorough research I visited this hospital for a consultation,and wanted to meet a liver specialist cum gastentrologist as I was suffering from a mild pain near abdomen side chest area for two days . I had paid the consultation fee and they asked to me to wait and later their staff sent me to a doctor and his name is Dr.raghunath babu and I explained him about my problem. He was not at all bothered to listen properly and see whether the pain is from inside or outside,and he simply insisted me to get an ultrasound for abdomen and I did it. After seeing my reports he told I might have a kidney problem and simply prescribed few medicines also he suggested CT scan might be required if the pain persisit still. I was shocked and couldn't understand what he said to me so I went to the receptionist and asked for a second opinion as I didn't feel satisfied with him. They were okay and sent me to another doctor and after hearing my problem he asked me to laid down on the bed to check my stomach and he told me that I am just suffering from a muscle pain . Then I understood how come the first doc told me that I have a kidney issue and the other doc told its a small problem. The first doc might have gotten the degree from management seat I believe .

No proper hygiene and Too many mosquitos. unhealthy atmosphere. Even a healthy patient get sick here

omg... this hospital is most irresponsible i have seen im my life time. there is very arrogant response from right reception to till ultrasound dept. we went hospital in morning 9:30 and spent till 1:30 pm for only endoscopy and ultrasound. management is still in providing old generation facilities. they can issue proper slot to patient and can ask them to report on particular time but they just want to make seen hospital with so much crowd so that promotion will be better. truly disappointed with hospital service irrespective of doctors. i dont know about doctors how they treat patients will ipdate in next review comment. this hospital was recommended by my friend and he said its very fast reponse to patients, but its completely different.

Very unprofessional staff nurses, few of the doctors. Cleanliness is zero in the premises, washrooms are the worst. If you want to get best medical treatment and good doctors and staff with decent behavior please avoid going to this primary care Centre which we usually see in villages. Also charges are too high than any other best hospitals. I recommend AIG Hospitals at this price range what they charge. I don't have any other option other than giving a star that's why gave 1 star , otherwise it don't deserve a star at all.

Hospital treatment is very good. But bill process and testing process very very toolate. Need improve in billing process and no fans in ICU out side 1 st floor. Very very heat.

Admitted nasal surgery from pristyn care iam facing lot of problems in your billing department and nursing staff ,nurse staff not treatwell to the surgery patient they all need money no patient caring no friendly nature,and maintenance staff also taking too much from patient .surgery done with in 20min what happened it will see next future days Iam not recommended to pristyn care please don't approach...worrest service experience .in Cygnus hospital one of security guard drunk heavy what are doing management ..

Worst hospital and i went one surgery but they did one more surgery with existing one.. doctor even didn't tell the me after surgery while paying the bill amount they told us...they did both surgery and paid for it...

Hai team..... Yesterday my son in law had mild surgery he is 6yrs old Rithvik Goud and they told they will shift him to room within two hours and they shifted him after 5/6hrs. And the lady,I think she is security in first and second floor she was absolutely redlicious and please train her she was very very very rude and redlicious the others would have slapped her,and she told me stop talking in English and she is talking about doctors with the patient attenders outside,so she is absolutely worst. And they shifted my son in law at 8/8.30pm to second floor we booked for sharing room and they put him in ward where everyone are there again I went down to reception and told them then they changed and I felt very bad is we have discharged one day after the surgery now and asked for wheel chair to bring my son in law down to board his cab and it’s uterus surgery and he couldn’t walk and my cab arrived 10min I made my driver wait no attender came to take him although he walked through lift and came down and boarded his cab he is not a man he is just 6yrs old and the services are very very very slow please this is not fair team and again the security lady plz kindly take action on her not only on me on many attenders she got fired,I guess she is worst very very rude and thankyou and the best thing is night shift on second floor the two lady nurses was very helpful while giving injection or the way they spoke I felt like good.so kindly look into this issues and provide good hospitality. Worst experience with worst hospital,complete money minded, my wife joined in emergency ward,due to gastric problem, they colleced blood sample for test and they informed me after one hour result will come, I have visited health insurance department in that hospital,they agreed for admit,I have informed to duty doctor and staff after one hour lab results will come and if recovery happened we did not join otherwise we will admit,after one hour they informed me blood test did not send,because you didnot pay the lab tests charge, without money how we enter into hospital, initially they did not inform me ,here one hour wasted which is important to patient, immediately I have informed duty doctor plz discharge patient,we will join other hospital,and total amount around 2000 for one hour I have paid. nurse and duty doctor behaviour also not good, holistic hospital is very good than this hospital.

1. 20% staff contains worst behaviour, they always starting blame games on other's. Some are very rude to Patients. 2. Insurance department is really good giving five stars to them. 3. My insurance provider provided single room facility, but Hospital team tried to sent General ward. Finally allocated one bed in ICU. 4. Tried to reach reception for canteen food multiple times. There is no proper facility to provide food for patients. They will ask and supply food for patients at their free timings. 5. For the second floor i tried to call ward boy for help between 12Pm to 3Pm . But second floor reception is always saying, He is not available currently. After discharge at 3Pm i saw him on same floor. 6. Hospital Hr not trying to monitor staff behaviour, towards patients. He is always concentrating on how to extend staff timings. Suggestion: Ward boys ni recruit cheskondayya first.

A very bitter experience with Cygnus Hospital and the emergency Doctor Preety at OP is so arrogant and rude towards the patient . Srivenu sir we come to the hospital by looking your name and experience, with the kind of experience which I had faced today is so sad . I was consulting with you on my Gastric problem and today in I was emergency having a chest pressure and blow outs heavily , I had visited to the hospital and I stay near by in the colony , unfortunately I was treated very rude with the duty doctor Preety and she was careless with her attitude and busy over the phones . It took me 30mims of wait time for an injection suggestion by her . I humbly request with these experience hospital reputations gets spoil and I work for a Media company and we look for a trust worthy doctors for public
