One of the best eye surgeon i’ve have had at this hospital. Entire staff and team of nurses are amazing. They are really cooperative and answers all of my questions very patiently. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for top-class eye surgeon for lasik or ICL. I have decided to do it in Ahmedabad instead of Bangalore and it’s totally worth it!

I visited Centre for sight for eye check up for me and my wife. . My experience right from reception desk to final billing was very satisfactory.. staff are very cooperative, Doctor is experienced and responded to our eye trouble nicely. Pharmacy staff also very good.

The eye test was very good and detailed, I have visited for free eye check up, but still the check up was very detailed, and I'm happy with the test results, they don't force you to buy glasses as well, and the Doctors are also very polite and friendly.

I have been visiting here for my mother since past 1 year and they definitely make you feel comfortable and have specialists who guide you in a simple precise manner with proper diagnosis of your eyes. A big thanks to Dr. Nikhil Prajapati sir.

Don't go if you have serious eye issue. Especially eye ratina problem.

Patient not happy with result. Result not as advised by doctor. After surgery even after a month object are unclear and slanting. Theyare not able to give spect number, neither near or far.

Dissatisfied with the expertise of the hospital. going for second opinion as even after operation the problem continues. Will post the detailed review within a week time. I would suggest for CIMS or any standard hospital for one stop solution and experienced doctors rather than experimenting.

I have booked an appointment for Ahmedabad centre for my eye check up. According to Dr, I was suggested to undergo OCT for both eyes at the centre. For which I made a payment of rs 3500 through UPI. Unfortunately the OCT machine had some technical error and the scan couldn't be performed. I was told to either get it done letter or to get refund. I chose to have refund. I was asked to produce aadhar card and cancelled cheque to get the refund as I made payment through UPI (They told me that refund request will proceed through account to account only.). I agreed and I have sent above asked documents to them on the same day. Further I visited in person, the place with physical copy of the above asked documents on next day. I was told that it is in the process and it will be credited. Again I took follow up and was told that it will be credited in 2 days. Today is the 5th day completed from the day which I made payment and produced documents but I am not getting refund. It is very sad to share today itself I called and again told the same answer, IT IS IN THE PROCESS. With heavy heart, I am writing this to know the following questions: (1) When shall I get my refund. (2) Do you have/follow any SOP for refund? (Even Bank refunds the money within 24-48 hrs) I have to strongly write that at Ahmedabad centre, the staff is not at all courteous and keep on asking to rate CFS at Google. (3) Could you please answer that what ratings I should give CFS Ahmedabad after this? It is not the first time I went to CFS Ahmedabad. I took my father and have personally visited this place before. But now I will have think twice before visiting and recommend this to anyone. Deeply disappointed.

Worst experience with the insurance part. They were in hurry to to 6000 and after that in the name of reimbursement I have to run a lot. Just avoid these place.

Pathetic experience at the Ahmedabad center. I got my mother's cataract surgery conducted there. The doctor recommended to go for Toric lens mentioning that with this lens not specs will be required for distance vision. The lens costed me Rs.16000/- more than normal lens. After the surgery, they gave specs no. with zero power for distance to justify the Toric lens. However, my mother was not able to see clearly with this no. Then we consulted other hospital and got to know that her no. was increased for distance as well as near vision after the surgery because of the Toric lens. We went for cataract surgery in hope of improvement of mother's vision. But instead of improvement, her vision deteriorated. The act of the hospital is utterly cheating with patient. I won't recommend this hospital at all.

Fake reviews made on google. Don't trust for this hospital. 200 rs for new file and totally misguiding me for treatment. They kept try and error laterally on my eye. Never go here. Doctor is very poor in expertise of skills. Seems not qualified even.

Dr. Mansuri knowledge for eye is just wow..but some staff behaviour is not so good...one of them Hardik Kareliya teesing my wife and on 3rd day he called my wife...uske pass number kaha se aaya??? So I thing this is not good thing for hospital..I told one of them Sr. Doctor but I don't know and he never apolize for it..worst experience ever..

I got eye sight checked for my family members here but instead of giving prescription file to me they sent my file to optician available at hospital to collect from there and asked me "why are you not purchasing glasses from here?".

Not so good consultation, for diabetic's eye patient, and the said to call back and give us next date, but I didn't get any call from there side. So we are too much unhappy.

No proper treatment given. Pain continues to stay in eyes. I wasted my money in consulting this hospital.

Not satisfied with quality of service. STAFF IS ALWAYS IN HURRY ....I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EYE CHECKUP. REGISTRATION FEES FOR FIRST TIME IS 100 RUPEES.

I had took my father here before 1 month. The doctor kept try and error on his eyes for 4-5 times. We spent 18k but we lost it totally. The doctor was misguiding us. Receptionist were checking eyes of patient.

Doctor seems not qualified and lack of management is there. I had taken appointment on basis of reference from online google reviews of hospital. Those are all fraud reviews on google about this place. Waste of time and money.

Worst service ever. The lady checking my eye was rude and did not have proper manner to speak with customer. Only visit this place if you want get insulted. Worst experience of my life.

Actually I think there no proficient doctors. They can only check your eyes for vision and suggest you glasses. That is all.

Good service centre for sight nice doctor

After having an appointment of 4:00 pm, i had to seat for 1:30 hour.. receptionist forgot my appointment. One Doctor was absent.. mismanaged to all patients on date 30/08/2018

They advertising for free eye chekup and then charge .....very bad experience......and facilities are not good very bad......never go again
