I visited the clinic on 24th Feb 2025 with the issue of vertigo and neck pain. I was taking pain killers and was in so much discomfort. Just aftet 2 sessions I stopped my painkillers and after 4th session, i can say that there is almost 60 to 70 % reduction in pain. Visited Vitality after i met an accident in Nov'24. Got my nerved damaged for which physiotherapy was the only option. I consider myself lucky as Vitality is equipped with all the necessary machines like Faradic stimulators, Matrix Rythm etc. which would have been hard to find under one roof. Mr. Gaurav (the main therapist I believe) and the entire staff had been very co-operative and patient during my sessions. I took 10- 12 sessions within a period of one month and i can already see more than 70% improvement in my condition.

I came under the treatment of Dr. Gaurav Tripathi in December 2023 and have nothing but praise and gratitude for him for gifting me a better "second life". I had met with a terrible accident in November 2023 suffering multiple fractures and undergoing multiple surgeries. I was recommended about Gaurav "sir" by my brother-in-law and I still am so grateful to him for doing so. Gaurav sir agreed to consult me at my house since I was not even able to get up and sit on my bed, forget about visiting his clinic. I was intrigued by his approach to start my treatment wherein he evaluated my body holistically rather than just the fracture sites. He was kind enough to agree to start my treatment at my home (since I wasn't mobile), and used to personally visit me rather than sending a staff member as he knew the seriousness of my condition. I still remember his passion to get me back to walking terms and used to visit me post wrapping up his clinic after 9.30pm (and sometimes as late as 10:30pm) just so that he can treat me and help me recover. He used to ensure to visit and treat me even on days when he used to be very tired after a long, tiring day at his clinic (and I'm so thankful and grateful to him for this). Gaurav sir is a highly qualified physiotherapist and amazing at his work, very empathetic and a great human being - he doesn't practice physiotherapy just to earn money but to actually cure his patients and improve their quality of life. He knows and practices almost all physiotherapy modalities including dry needling, TENS, IFT, Ultrasound Therapy, Laser therapy, etc. He is not a "jack of all trades, but a king of them all"! I have visited multiple physiotherapists for problems other than this as well, but none as qualified and knowledgeable and qualified as Gaurav sir. He also has a nice rehab center with a treadmill, upright cycle, rehabilitation ramp with side rails, etc. He keeps updating his clinic with the best machines available in the market. I started visiting his clinic from February 2024 onwards and he helped me "find my feet" and walk within 6 months - something that surprised my doctors too. He used to personally attend to me - planning my daily treatment plan meticulously - and gave me his full attention and time. He used to personally attend to me and monitor my exercise regime and other treatment daily, and even saved me from falling a couple of times. His clinic is equipped with all the latest machines and trained staff. Gaurav sir is highly knowledgeable in the human anatomy and used to patiently tend to and answer all my annoying questions about my condition. I feel that he is actually "Godsent" because without his guidance and support I may never have started walking so confidently and independently. He blessed me with a "livable" second life, and I cannot thank him enough for that.
