Prescribed medicine were a bit expensive but treated me well. No extra tests wre recommended. Fee was also not too high. Overall good experience and and feeling better

Dr Somya is best gastroenterologist in the town, she treated my sister who was suffering from Ulcerative Colitis since last 2 yrs . She underwent Colonoscopy from her which was painless . The best part is her nature and behaviour towards the patient. Highly recommended

Never consult Dr. Somya Agarwal (Gastroenterology). 1. First of all, I went there for an appointment. On call, they said, gastroenterology Dr. Somya Agarwal is available right now. But when I reached, the doctor wasn’t there. After an 1 hour of waiting with my aged father, she reached. 2. Dr. Somya Agarwal didn’t check properly my father’s (patient) BP, weight, Abdominal nothing, which is very important to check as a gastro dr. 3. Her behaviour was very rude. My father is 75 years old. He’s suffering from many physical problems. Whatever we were discussing, she did not bother with anything. Overall, a very poor experience. I’ll never ever gonna recommend to anyone.

Highly disappointed, visited for my dad's treatment, Costly tests, wrong diagnosis bad treatment,. Then I read about her credentials, and found that she is a general physician without speciality degree in Gastroenterology and practicing Gastro and cheating patients for money

It is recommended to visit a Bengali doctor instead of her, as she lacks knowledge about medical degrees. If you have ample money or wish for your condition to worsen, then you should certainly see her.
