It's been fabulous experience so far.. Though I work in Mumbai. I ensure to get my numbers' checked OR for contact lenses from your Ahmedabad New CG Road Unit! Initially Sejal recommended few good tips on wearing contact lenses with less hiccups and also she was quite upto the mark by indiciating a perfect combination of spherical-cylindrical numbers with right axis. That solved my issue of blurredness.. .Corrected my vision and recommended right lens brand that gave me an ease to wear lenses for 12 straight hours without any burden on my eyes! Lately, Suhagji, their Manager has been outstanding.. Been very professional.. Offered personalised services. Made me aware on range of their other products offered on very reasonable price. .Very sound knowledge on identifying right specs' numbers. Offering right solutions thereby!! Also, been very helpful and understanding from product replacement perspective! Kudos to the entire team! Highly recommend visiting Vision eye plus New CG Road branch! Cheers!!

Worst experience We have very bad experience because the glass they give doesn't look proper and not as per the standard. We ordered almost 4 glasses with number but neither of them are proper.

I purchased contact lenses from this store at the time of purchase they gave one year guarantee for the lenses when I go through with the product my eyes get swelled hence I went to them for complain now they are saying that we are not responsible for the particular lenses even though it is still in guarantee period they are saying to contact with the particular company such a irresponsible behavior from them I suggest to do not visit this store. Zero service from the store. When we have to contact from a particular brand then we must go for the local store as they are not even taking responsibility for that.
