The staff here very well spoken and they attend their customers very nicely. I recommend this shop for everyone who is looking for specs. The owner Asif himself is really very humble guy and i guarantee you they will give you very good quality specs in very budget friendly rates. I broke my specs accidentally and I visited their shop for repair & they helped me getting it back to shape without charging anything and in 1 day i got the specs back. Very pleasant experience.

I recently damaged the frame of an expensive pair of sunglasses which I had purchased very recently. Tried to get it repaired at multiple places, but no one would actually take up the repair work. All they would do was suggest to buy a new pair. But my experience at Eye destination was totally different. Mr Asif is a gem of a person. At no point he tried to cross sell any of his products. He very patiently checked the damaged and asked me for 2 days time and that he would try his best to get it repaired. A man of his words, he called me up on day 2 informing me that the repair is done and I can collect it from his shop! Upon asking the repair charges his humble reply was ‘we do not charge for servicing’ again no attempts were made from his end to convince me to visit his shop again!

I had a very good experience buying my pair of specs with glasses from here. Asif bhai is really very helpful and polite. He knows exactly how to get your work done. He is very understanding and customer friendly. Whether you buy anything or not he will make sure that you have a good conversation with him. He understands the demand of the customer really well. He gave me the best price for the frame and glasses. He will also help you select the right frame. On requesting he ordered a fresh piece of the frame that I had selected. They have a nice collection of frames. I got a very unique and trendy frame from here. They also provide home service for any repairs or delivery of new specs. They get your specs picked up for repair from your house and deliver it back the same day once the work is done. Asif bhai assisted me through this as well. This is definitely a value added service that they provide. Overall its a good place for all your optical needs.
