Despite having booked my consultation specifically with Mr Chauhan he did not even bother to check with the patient. His junior Mr. Kaul was doing the entire dealing on his behalf. 'Insurance Kaun sa hai' was the most important aspect of the entire discussion. Money minded and high headed. Very poor experience.
