Dr Parthasarathy sir is one of the best doctors I have ever met. His care towards his patients is excellent. I had a robotic ETEP hernia repair done at KIMS hospital, Secunderabad. He analysed and explained the condition of hernia and the previous mesh. Based on that he advised for the robotic procedure. All the support staff and doctors deal with patients in a friendly manner which reduces our stress before surgery. Parthasarathy sir and his team explained everything about procedure, time, anesthesia etc. before surgery. Also other staff took care very well post surgery. Dr Sudheer, Balakrishna sir and Sunanda Mam helped throughout the process for consultation, surgery, financial queries and followup. Entire team’s skills and dedication are truly remarkable. I came here just to thank Dr parthasarathy sir. From last 6 months my husband was complaining about stomach related issues like gas, abdomen discomfort and took many consultations from so many doctors. Done 2-3 endoscopy procedure for diagnosis everything was perfect but problem was same with him. Once we went for ultrasound and unfortunately he had gall stones of 10mm. Other doctors told for laparoscopic surgery. At last when we came here he studied his whole history and told the issue is not related to stone as it will cause intense abdomen pain which he is not having. But the way he listened was so nice. I am from Kolkata and was suffering with inguinal hernia.so, I searched the details of hernia on internet & understood surgery is only solution to repair the hernia. According to advise of Dr Partasarathi, I have undergone inguinal hernia laproscopic painless surgery with mesh repair at KIIMs Hospital on 16/12/23 and entire team is so humble & take care of all our needs from house keeping to nurse. Specially i thanks to one team member Mr Balakrisna, from day one he helped us in various aspect like billing, admission, consultation, diagnostics purpose. Even after discharged from hospital, whatever problem arises health related, we contacted Mr Balakrishna, he immediate solved my problem with discussed with doctor. Other all team members are also very nice. I discharged from hospital very next day(17/12/23) after operation and started to walking in same day with advise of Doctor. The best surgeon i have ever seen ..I undergone with the surgery Umbilical hernia with Dr.G.parthasarathy.He explained thoroughly in a detail and year back I have gone with many alternative options but some how I'm not convinced on anything, I only got sticked to Parthasarathy sir.After a year my hernia got more worse ..its growing very quick..Then again I came back to sir and consulted him .He has done a fantabulous job..I'm very scared of this surgery as I'm having 2 kids .But he and is team gave me the best support ever the surgery gone tooooooo goooodd.I feel very better once the surgery got done and they made me very comfortable in OT. 1) Didn't turn up for the first appointment (sent his junior instead) and didn't bother to tell us either. 2) His PA is unprofessional and possesses a dysfunctional concept of time (15 minutes = 90 minutes in his book). 3) Terrible communication. I've had multiple appointments cancelled and in some cases I wouldn't even have known if I hadn't called to reconfirm. 4) KIMS, the hospital in which he consults, has just been sanctioned by the government for overcharging patients and violating the law. Tells you a great deal about the hospital!
