This is our first experience. First day being on Dec 4th is my mom's birthday. Dr shravya optometrist was very polite.store mgr smt.usha srinivasan and Ms.prathima are all good,patient to attend to my mom's requirement.they ordered cake and it was cut by my mom.on the 3rd day we met Dr Sumitra and future Area mgr whom were also good.we ordered for bifocal.Dr shravya explained All lenses and helped mom to pick the best.My heartfelt thanks to all staff.i strongly recommend this shop for every one .

Worst customer service and support because they took 2 weeks to call back for the contact lens which we had ordered and paid in advance. Manager Usha needs to train her executives better and being a Tata product we need better service in India. Not going to visit the store again rather go to an international brand for better service

I have been using Titan Eye for like ever. This particular Koramangala one also I have visited many times and few of the staff are really patient and cooperative (Not all). But, I have made a decision to never visit this place again and do not recomment others also. It was a horrible experience today. I am yet to review the quality of the new delivered product but when it comes to my experience, I did not like that they do not have the slightest of etiquette at the end during delivery. It's not only dissatisfaction for a customer who has spent so much but also disrespectful on the personal experience part.

They deserve zero stars..Purchased power glasses and it had issues after visiting they did some adjustments which did not last long.
Retured 2nd time now they say exchange only within a week which i was NOT aware..basically bluff and drag for till it expires..and then throw a garbage set..

Went to the store to get my new glasses based on previous good experience a few years back but this time time it was a disaster. The store people are only interested in you till the time you make the payment post that thank you nice knowing you. You only have to follow up for delivery. In my case it shows glasses delivered but the same has not been received by me. On enquiring they said that once they courier it for them it is marked as delivered. Now it is the customers problem. No courier details shared, no status update on calling up getting a standard reply in transit.

Be careful if you are going for progressive lens with Titan Eye+. I bought a very expensive pair of progressive glasses and it turned out to be nighmare experience.
Titan folks did call after a few hours of purchase to check if all is good and when I said it is not comfortable they asked me to use it for a week and never checked back. the bad part on my side was being lazy and didn't throw the junk glasses out.
The glass quality was good but craftmanship or built was bad.
overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for progressive glasses for sure(try at your own risk).

The store used to be good, but has changed post COVID reopening. Now they are looking for more billing and are rude. Saving print-outs and not giving prescription.
The billing staff is equally rude and is only concerned with taking money. The store is peddling outdated and old and near expiry stuff.

I'm an existing customer of Titan Eye plus Koramangala. Last year, we bought a reading glass for my daughter n myself as well as a pair of coolers for my wife. However, given the flimsy nature of the frame, the left side holder broke in spite of careful use. Hence took it to repair at Titan. I was shocked to hear that I have to buy a new frame n replacement of the broken part was not possible. Though the frame was Titan's own product, they still do not have a policy to replace only the broken parts n so we as customers have to buy a new frame!! I felt so cheated n never expected this from Titan. Customers, please be very careful when u intent to visit this place. There are better n cheaper options available elsewhere with better service too. My high regard n expectations came crashing down with my last visit's experience..

I got a frame 3 years back and when it was broken i wanted to buy the exact same frame, but they said titan stopped the production of that frame, so there's no way that i could get it. I went to another titan store and those people ordered the exact same frame i wanted and i got it within 1 week. Basically the staff in koramangala branch is not very professional

Customer orientation sucks. I asked the store to change the frame on my glasses and they broke the Rs. 2500 glass. And they claimed they are not liable for the broken glass. I had the shell out the money from my pocket. Bad!!! Bad!!! They did not even offer to pay a portion of the money for replacement... So, if you don't care about how you are treated, go visit this store...

I gave them my almost new specs to change the lenses they broke it and glued it with something and called me to say ..Maam I think ur spec was broken before only...they charged me 850 for the lenses and the glued specs broke next day..now I am not finding new frame for that size..money completely wasted

Very bad customer service. Don't go here if you need you spectacles in couple of days. They will say it will be ready in 2 days, but will take a week to get it ready and will give you stupid reasons for that. Please don't give false information to your customers, neither they will suggest anyone to go to this place nor they will return back to buy again.

very limited frames, and frames and lenses are overpriced. I got a frame for 7.5 and I see now that the same frame is available in lenskart at 5.6, and the lenses are way too costly. The crezal lenses in vasan are at 4.5 (the min priced ones), and this store charges around 6.2 (min). So you have lesser collection and you would end up paying 4K extra for the same stuff. Should be avoided!
