One of the best TY+ store. I usually visit HSR , BTM or Koramangala branches of TY+ .. offcourse they are equally best in their service and well behaved staff members. For first time I have visited Indira Nagar store and I m happy with their quick service and well behaviour of staff members. Shahjahan was assigned to fix my lens issue and he did it in a while... thank you !

Today Mr. Shahjahan was so kind as to get my husband’s specs tightened and he went to the car where my husband was and attended to him since my husband can’t climb the stairs. Excellent service.

Thanks for giving quick service.
I was asked to give a rating as soon as my specs was serviced. I gave a 4 rating. As soon as I came home, the specs is back with its original issue and the bush replacement was just not good!
It’s a 3 rating for shahjahan’s patience to listen to my point about the way Titan does it’s selling.
But the service was of not use. I am left with the same specs with the same issue!

Terrible customer service experience. The staff, particularly Sharath and a woman responsible for checking the reading of glasses, were highly unprofessional. The woman displayed an appalling lack of basic etiquette and customer service skills. She was rude, unapproachable, and showed no empathy or interest in the product or service she was representing. Every question I asked was either ignored or met with vague, unclear responses. I was left unattended multiple times, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please do not associate the Tata's brand of quality to Titan eye plus anymore. Their products and their service is both abysmal to be honest. Every time I have bought spectacles from them(I am a loyal customer of last 16years), I have had to go back multiple times. This time, they broke my expensive ray-ban frames while changing the lens and have completely washed their hands off the matter. How is that they don't take accountability for their shoddy work or not-so-durable products?
I am deeply aggrieved by the company and their customer service. All that politeness is a ploy to make you spend your money, that's it.

I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star for the following reason:
We spent close to 40k on frames and lenses here and when we went to pick up the glasses, it turns out that the optometrist, Ajay, had gotten the power wrong as he had tested manually and not with the machine that is in the store.
When we went to collect the glasses, Ajay was not there, but another optometrist, Shailender Pal, told us that the machines were not accurate in any case!
When I insisted that they check again using the machine, it turns out that the axis was wrong... I had shown them the prescription from Manipal Hospital that said that it should be 160... but they made it 165.
I asked Pal to ensure that it is 160 when he recorrects the lenses. He assured me that he will make it 160.
Now after returning home, I have just received an email from them saying that the new lenses will have an axis of 165.
Wasted an hour with Pal in the store after paying close to Rs. 40k

Zero coordination between staffs. Customer service is below average, after spending a reckless 30k for the spectacles had to run up and down to collect them. Their billing system is also mysterious, if I ask a hard copy they say it will be messaged to you, no way I was able to get the original bill printed form these guys! All are busy, not sure what they are busy with 😃

I had very bad experience with them.
There was issue with the power of lenses they provided (tested power and power in lenses are different), because of which I struggled and got to know when I tested in another optical centre. Not only the lenses, but also the frame they provided was the worst one I ever used in my life (I am using spectacles since 12 years).
Customers try to get good solution for the eyesight issues, but they make it worse and they don't even accept their mistakes.👎👎 I will not recommend this, Kindly don't choose this👎👎👎

I recently purchased progressive lenses from Titan Eye Plus at Indira Nagar, expecting great quality and service. Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed.
I invested in the expensive progressive lenses with the assurance that they were scratch-resistant. To my dismay, within just two months, a single fall caused a noticeable scratch on the lens. When I approached the manager at the center, I hoped for understanding and assistance. Regrettably, he responded rudely and refused to take responsibility or replace the lens.
Customer service and product quality are paramount when it comes to eyewear, and my experience at Titan Eye Plus fell far below the expected standards. I felt let down and frustrated by the lack of accountability.
I believe in transparency and honesty, and it's important for others to be aware of my experience. I hope Titan Eye Plus takes this feedback seriously and strives to improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

Ordered contact less on 4th march which was supposed to be delivered at in a week ..after one week called them and told that only one box for left eye has arrived ..22nd march ..mr krishnan from The Desk informed that vendor is not providing status and The Booking person is responsible ..Mr Desk will talk to his manager and process refund.. so back to lenskart i suppose..

Horrible horrible service.......I have had an issue with two pairs I got made back in August and have visited this store 3 times. Every time they have kept me waiting for close to an hour and promised that someone will call me back later in the evening. No one calls back, such utter disregard for a customer. Have got Titan customer service involved and they keep making excuses around the person was sick, store is getting renovated etc. etc. Ateast have the decency to call the customer and give them updates on the process, feels they don't care at all.

I went for a eye check up thinking Titan will give me the best service , totally dissapointed with my 20 k powered glasses with the salesman suggested he was only trying his best to sell me the most expensive Lense and the frame n once I got my glasses I was totally dissapointed , my eye sight is still blur n no difference has made with the glasses , totally dissapointed and waste of money , hope someone takes up my issue n sort this out asap

While Titan eye+ is good and people are helpful, after spending 10k and buying Titan lenses, coting on the lens came out after a year. I never seen such thing when I was buying from even local shops. Titan refused to do anything because of 1 year warranty. I always preferred crizal lens and had no issues. But the store person convinced to try titan lens and said they don't have tie up with crizal now and titan lens are better.
I ended up paying for it and even after using them properly , cleaning with same cloth they have provided, they are gone after a year. Attached image for the same.
Even these lenses are not scratch proof. over the period, they get scratches and attract dust easily.
I suggest not to buy these lenses and they are neither cheap not reliable.

They don't listen to their own boss, they gave me defected glasses and when I asked for replacement after having their female boss approval they declined it. Very bad staff, no manners and zero support. I decided to go for another vendor. I was their regular customer for 8 years. I did visit again and manager refused to help.

Bought a pair of sunglasses, and got new lenses for my existing glasses. While buying, there was nobody around to show/help. With a lot of effort got somebody to do the bill. When I took delivery of my existing glasses, I noticed the alignment completely off. When I asked the person concerned (Raju) to fix it, he started misbehaving. One of the worst experiences. Would not recommend at all. There are a lot of optical stores in that area who know how to behave with customers.
