Very good Shop for frames, lenses and goggles. Staff is very caring and help to show as many frames till you pick the right one. Especially branded frame variety are awesome. I am using progressive lenses first time and there was a minor issue. Staff helped to replace lenses after thorough check by carl Zeiss representative. Must visit for sure 👌

Optic Nest is one of the best places to buy eyewear prodcuts. They have nice collection of frames, lenses and most of all customer friendly staff. The team always ensures that customer is kept informed and educated at every step of the selection process. Billing and Delivery is also smooth.
The highlight was when they sent me a message for free service after six months of purhcase.
The owner - Sanjay Jadhav is a very knowledgeable Optician and is always updated about the latest trends & technologies in the Industry.
This is my second purchase of progresssive lenses with them (since my power changed) and I must say I loved buying my spectacles from Optic Nest.

I went to change old lenses to fit into new frames for kid , Staff member Chetan suggested the affordable options and provided the service as promised in one day , Timeline to get the new glass was critical as it was impacting my kid's classes and they provided on time. Extremely well behaved & knowledgeable staff and Chetan was exceptional and very helpful.

The staff and the owner are really very helpful. My son has broken his glasses and after checking with many opticians including Lens kart, Titan eye + who were unable to help me,I went to this shop.
Though I could not browse through much of their collections,on the outset it was decent.
Their owner Mr.Sanjay Jadhav and the staff Mr.Manu got me a new frame for the same lens which costed me just 990/- and with the next day they delivered it to my home.They are friendly and sincere.

I visited this shop few days before for purchasing a new frame. They have a variety of frames from all brands and with all different sizes. I was looking for a more wider frame preferably 57mm, which can perfectly suit my face and this is the only shop where I got it. Mr. Chetan and other staff here, are very friendly and professional in understanding customer needs and offering us the best choice.
Even after I purchased my frame, I felt the lens are not in par with my current vision capability, they managed to get the new one within few days.
I will be happy to refer my friends and family to this outlet.

The store at hsr layout was good and had a variety of frames to choose from, but the only problem I faced was a lack of communication. Aside from Chetan, the other staff members were not able to speak or understand Kannada properly, which was not acceptable as the store is in Bangalore, Karnataka. They should allocate staff who can understand both languages. Otherwise, it's good.
