Staff is very very supportive, issue is with price tagging. I have taken gray jack clip frame which have MRP tag of INR 2800 after discount got in Rs. 1800/- while same fram same company available online at Rs. 1699/-check before purchasing

ગ્રાહક કે દર્દી ફોન કરે નિમણુક માટે તો એને થય જશે, થય જશે એવું ના કહેશો.... વિગતવાર પૂછો કે શું નામ છે, શું ઉંમર છે?....જેથી તમને ખબર પડે કે આ ઉંમર છે તો આપણે આંખ ના નંબર ચેક કરી શકશું કે નહીં.....તમે પૂછશો તો કહેશે શું ઉંમર છે....જો ના થય શકે તો ફોન માં જ ના પાડી દો....એટલે માણસ એનું કામ મૂકીને ત્યાં ધક્કા ખાવા ના આવે.
