Frame & ( carl zeiss lense) of reyben purchased from Phoenix mall kurla not proper and not properly guided from kurla TITAN EYE outlet shop while purchasing so spending this much still problem didnt resolved, even after several visit to outlet for repair not properly done and also they say cannot replace as it's more than a year so now I visited ghatkopar east branch for resolution of this issue

In JAN-2013 i have purchased watch MODEL-9381SCA for AROUND 6000rs+150rs EXTENDED MAINTENANCE GURANTEE
Loot of money...
My watch was not working the person in service centre replaced the battery for 95rs and that time told me i also serviced ur watch with replacing somekind of circuit without charge coz it was in warranty...
But now after 6 months the watch is not working so again i visited the titan showroom in phoenix marketcity kurla west where i purchased it... the person inspected the and he told me ur battery is dead and will have to change the circuit which will cost u total around 500-600rs...
I explained him about previous incident n also told him that u changed the circuit only 6months ago so how is it possible that again v have to replace...
I went outside and shown to local watch repiarer he told only battery problem no circuit is damaged n gave warranty of 12months for battery...
This showroom people by opening such stores they think they a so great..
They jus manipulate their customers only loot of money in this type of showroom please dnt buy from this showroom go anywhere else...

Horrible service,manager doesn't know how to talk to customer,purchased Tommy Hilfiger watch from them few days back,product is faulty,1st time it was getting fogged on the glass from inside second one is getting stopped and whenever we are visting them there manager Naved is behaving like he is doing favour to us,and telling we cannot do any thing now,we have purchased this from Titan beacuse we know Titan is Best in customer service but he proved us wrong,we felt we are in local store

Titan as such is good, this outlet was horrible. They promised 100% home delivery on a particular day, it never came and they had thousands of excuses. The sales guy there is unreliable. Never going there again

Watch your specs against light and you can see dots.
Ordered two spec, thickness of costlier glass was more than the cheaper one.
Despite escalation, i had to revisit 5 times at store to know that this is what it is.
Highly disappointed and feels looted by this guys.

Worst experience when dealing with a reputed eye company like Titan Eyeplus . I had visited the Titan EyePlus shop in Kurla Phoenix Mall for my new spectacles . After checking my eyesight for the number I was provided with the said glasses after using for 10 days I had great difficulty in doing my daily work bcoz I was seeing a wave like pattern .so I immediately went to the shop and told the concerned person who had checked my eyes she did some adjustments to the frame and all still there was no improvement , so she recommended me to check my eyes once again at the opthalmologist .so I checked my eyes once again at the clinic of opthalmologist and here the Dr found out there was difference in the numbers , so there was a mistake on Titan eye pluses part in checking the number . Even after submitting the opthalmologist report the lady at Titan Eye plus was not willing to accept the report so I was called once again to the shop for rechecking of my eyes . Now she's has rechecked my eyes and now her report has been tallied with the report of the opthalmologist . So I should be given a new pair. In around 4 to 5 days .
