I am in contact with Dr Surjit Chatterjee Sir from last year March 2023 when I brought my mother from Korba Chattisgarh at very critical condition under full ICU support of Ambulance and my mother was under oxygen support 24 hours. Doctor Surjit Sir has seen my mother over video call because she was under oxygen support. After consultation with him, oxygen support has been totally withdrawn after only 1 month of tretament and now she is good without any support and she can do all her basic duties by herself. Dr Surjit sir is like Face of God for those suffering from Pulmonary ailments. Thanks Doctor, I cannot express my inner feeling through words. Thanks a lot. Doctor like you is God for us.

Very good doctor take care tithe patients and listen each and every word of the patients

Surajit Chatterjee and his Nightingale hospital team is irresponsible, slow and reactive. We lost our father, who was being treated in Nightingale Hospital under him as Primary doctor. The hospital nurse team mishandled the patient which resulted into aspiration and Surajit took some reactive steps one after another to recuperate. He and his RMOs tried to bring my father out of ventilator without realizing there are issues related to pneumonia and affected left lung. Once the patient response was bad, he put him into ventilator again, took other steps in doing bronchoscopy, testing bacteria in mucus and started some medicine that is detrimental to the kidney. He shared positive feedback with us even on the day of his death and never shared any potential risk or even an honest opinion to transfer the patient to some other hospital, where it could have been treated in a better manner. This team has shattered the peace of mind and well being of a happy family. Be very careful especially if you bring aged patients to him for treatment. As there might not be a well thought out treatment plan, only it will be some generic and reactive treatment. If they work, fine - if they do not, he will point out the age factor and that not much could be possible.

They are not good doctor for patient our diseases minior but they didn't find our problem ,whenever I have saw the doctor they always time your problem. Is good why the are giving trust patient ,it's waste of time ,these doctor are not find minor problem ,then how can they face big problem with patienst ,I took three appointments with this doctor and even in the three appointments he could not cure my disease and like always he just gave medicines and it did not work and his staff is also not good. No discipline works.

I am not aware with doctor treatment but I must say the appointment process is worst and the assistant itself think that he is doctor. After waiting 3 and half hour I am coming back to home without consulting doctor because it was already8 p.m crossed and assistant is not maintaining any proper list of patients and he allowed only to his contact person and told us to wait till 12 a.m when I told him we coming from 100 km far and next day we have to go office then he replied you have to stay in hospital at night. And how you will go office it’s your look out . My husband is bank employee and he have the voting duty. So I can’t ask him to take leave from his office. I asked assistant that I want to meet doctor and I will take refund of my visiting. After meeting dr assured me will call you as my next patient but it not happened and I returned back.

To start with a patient arriving from miles away, that is, Dubai, takes appointment with difficulty and if the doctors team asks to wait for 4 hours just for consultation, I can imagine how inefficient and untimely the treatment will be? Isnt is basic courtesy to send a text or call the patient if there is a change in time especially in these times? Would the doctor accept the same delay from the patient???? Arriving late and collecting a huge crowd of patients waiting doesnt equal to popularity and professionalism! The crowd is due to the delay in arriving and not because the doctor is so popular. Also the assistant is more like a street guy who barely listens out. He is on his own agenda while doc is away!!! Sheer disappointment and bad first impression.

Horrible, simply money minded, people in need won't get an appointment, his assistant is also so rude. Doctor doesn't even listen patiently to your problems. If you don't want to risk your life, avoid this doctor at all costs.

Not a confident doctor.My father used to go for his Bronchitis which sometimes made him cough blood. After 2 years treatment under Surojit Chatterjee the problem remains same.Besides appointment process is very despicable. Don't take appointment by phone, you have to go to clinic to deposit money and sometimes 2 to 3 weeks remain booked in advance. I don't know how this kind of fellow serve us emergency!

Over hyped. Doctor is good but any pulmonologist would diagnos like him. At least I didnt find him special as after Two visits and several tests at his over busy and rude diagnostic centre "atulya" he could not cure my patient and not even detect the disease. My patient had acid reflux but he treated her with steroids for allergy and now she is suffering from side effects. So genuinely speaking he and his spokesperson at atulya diagnostic are over hyped.
