I visited the optical shop to repair a broken screw on the leg of my eyeglasses. Although I hadn't purchased the glasses there, they graciously agreed to fix them without charging me. To my pleasant surprise, they also provided a new box and a cleaning cloth. This experience exemplifies the ideal customer service approach: going above and beyond to satisfy customer needs.

Exceptional service by Irfan sir. He called and followed up even for a free service for fitting new glasses in existing frames. Got it done on short notice and good quality. Helped select best frame for the face and was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend coming to the Jeevan Bina Nagar branch even if you have to travel far for it

Very knowledgeable staff. Patiently explains the pros and cons of the lenses and frame. Above all, I liked the way they took the eye measurements using the latest equipment for my progressive lenses. Good variety with reasonable prices. They delivered the glasses in a short time. Highly recommended

I still remember it was the year 2017,November and I was travelling to Malaysia for work and I hardly had a day remaining for my journey it was then that I remembered that I had to change my glasses as I was having difficulty with my vision, hence I had approached a very well known global brand in Indiranagar who was providing various offers like buy 1 take 1 free and delivery within a day etc. etc. I decided to go ahead and get my pair of glasses prescribed through them, however it was during payment that the executive told me that it was going to take 5days for delivery nothing earlier, I pleaded to him to get it done within a day as I was travelling but he was very rude and asked me to take my money back but cannot get it done within day whatsoever. I left the showroom irritated and was going home when I saw EYE WORLD OPTICIANS on the same road. I approached them and explained my Ordeal to them, they politely took the prescription assured me that they would deliver the glasses the very next day by evening. At around 4.30pm the next day I received a call from their customer service team informing me that my glasses were ready. I rushed across and was 100% contented with the spectacles. From then till date its been 6 solid years of relationship with them and even now The staff I speak to is very humble and considerate and knowledgeable but most of all Very Helpful !!! All their products are First-grade products with affordable prices, great quality and great styles, I always recommended EYE WORLD OPTICIANS to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys !!!!! DON'T CHANGE

Purchased frame seeing the good google review but my experience was worst, my spec got broken with in two weeks of normal usage,when visted their showroom to get it repair, salesman there is giving lecture to me.Selling low quality and defect item to customers ,when they raise concern shouting at customer.kindly take proper bill while purchasing,i had done google pay without bill.now regret for the same

I had a bad yime with this people...they did not explain about the quality if lence ans sold to me worth 5.5 k... its a scrap.. not able.to.use it.for.one.day....responce was bad...
