Had been for a regular eye check and verification of the earlier prescribed glass numbers by a doctor in Mumbai . Dr Venita verfied the power numbers and found the prescribed number were wrong and also found out that the eye glass didn't even match to prescription .She helped me explain the problem and also also spoke to eye glass provider on what was wrong and what needs to be done . I had injury to my right eye 1year back and my vision was gradually decreasing, hence I consulted Dr. Venita Juliet from NAYANA EYE CLINIC, kothanur branch she diagnosed and told me cateract has been set due to injury, and I was under her follow up almost a year. Recently I got cateract surgery by Dr. Venita Juliet, she put very advanced lens for a reasonable price. Now my vision is very clearer than my normal eye, now I am totally glass free. After my post surgery I didn't get any pain, fever, itching, redness, burning sensation or any side effects, and now I am feeling very comfortable with my vision. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude towards Dr. Venita Juliet from NAYANA EYE CLINIC for the wonderful care I received during my surgery and post operation also, I never had doctor like her who gave so much concern and care towards me until i recover completly, we are so thankful to her always.

Lack of professional communication to the client. I was told the clinic is open at 10.30 am. Asked if I could walk in... no reply. So I took a chance. There are 2 ladies who work the reception desk. Both were clueless about the messages. Apparently, the doctor has the phone. So when I asked when the Dr would come, I was told not in the morning due to a surgery. The point is why was i not told when I had asked if I could walk in? Signs of poor communication with a customer. Between the doc and the 2 girls ... the client loses.

I went there to see any difference in the lens power. Doctor tested long vision and near vision and suggested slight difference in the lens power. Doctor checked rye pressure when asked. Knowledgeable person. There was no waiting duration when I visited. If you are buying Contact lenses you will get it online at 60% cheaper rate .

Perfect blend of a star rated eye clinic in terms of diagnosis, treatment , hygiene Dr Venita is apt in determining my daughter’s eye issues and at the same time taking care of her emotional needs. She calms her patients with soft kind words that makes one comfortable U can also get your spectacle testified from the same place too. That’s why it’s one stop for all your eye needs. There appointment procedure is not at all fare. Doctor needs to pay attention to this serious management issue. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment on a Saturday howmuch ever in advance you call doesn’t matter. If you call on Wednesday, staff would say it’s too early to book for Saturday. I requested them at least note my number and call me whenever it’s open. They asked to call on Friday. Still If you call on Thursday, they say all slots are full. This unwillingness to give appointment on Saturday I am facing for second time now.

All positive reviews appear to be fake . So called Doctor Veneta even don't know how to properly check the eyesight. Money minded lady with very limited knowledge.

This is the worst eye clinic I ever visited. They never stick to the time mentioned in Google. I went to the hospital on July 30 with severe redness and pain in my right eye..I could barely open my eye When I went to clinic at 11, the staff has just opened the clinic and said doctor would be late by 1 hr. I said I will be back in 15 mins and stepped out..when I came back I could see patient queued up for consultation Though the doctor available inside I had to wait there for 40 mins..and the attendant was allowing people who came for eye test I wasn't allowed to consult the doctor even after 12.20..i left the clinic and attended a near by ones..as I couldnt control the pain any longer NOTE..they have lens business infront of their clinic, they r more concerned about their LENS BUSINESS than attending patients IF U R GOING FOR EYE SIGHT CHECKUP U CAN GO..BUT NEVER VISIT IT AS A PATIENT..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

One of the worst eye clinics in Bangalore I visited the clinic with my 3Years baby she got eye infection the doctor suggested eye drops for infection...after using the drops my daughter got skin allergy and rashes at mind night and early in the morning.then I called the clinic the receptionist said normally one percent allergy will get then doctor called us and she asked before coming to clinic you gave any antibiotics, we said no still she argued with us regarding the baby infection.This is not good way of treating the kids.

Experience was not so great , not at all helpful name sake doctor I doubt if she is . Went with kid with watery eyes she said conjunctivitis without examining and when we start saying signs and symptoms she is like no need to say I will check . Fake and very bad experience because she gave antibiotics later today found out kid has eyesight issues have spectacle

I landed at the clinic WITHOUT APPOINTMENT owing to sudden complications, 30 mins prior to the closing time (error on my part and openly calling out). There was someone at the reception who went inside upon seeing someone entering, and it looked like wasn’t pleased with someone walking in without appointment closer to the closing time (I may be wrong), not certain if that was the doctor or another receptionist. The receptionist at the desk regretted consultation stating registration for the day was closed, totally understandable, though I didn’t see any patients waiting in the queue except one family trying some lenses. However there could have been a more empathetic way a patient can be denied services at a clinic” no one would fancy visiting a clinic without any ailment and that too over the weekend. I opted to visit this clinic owing to the high rating, and I’m certain they are offering the best of the services, though it would really help if we can be more empathetic and considerate, and at least give an opportunity to the patient to wait for sometime and/or try to see if there’s any feasibility to attend the patient, instead of straightaway refusing. Primary intent of adding this review is to give heads-up to the future visitors to visit with prior-registration. I’m certain they’ll get best of the treatment otherwise. Thank You
