I had exceptional experience with Dr. Ragu C at Yashoda - Secundrabad. He highly approachable, and I felt comfortable expressing my views and receiving his advice. Despite travelling from Kakinada, the seamless testing and consultation process made it worthwhile. The premises are professionally managed, and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional. Dr. Raghu is a cool cardiologist who is so proficient at his work. The first thing I liked is, the cryptic but essential info ,that he gave me, with a load of confidence inducing ,friendly conversation. Had wonderful post surgical care under his team, ,and kept me in the bed ,just for a day. He is witty but specific to the point.

I went to yashoda hospital s on 09/12/2024 to c to meet dr.raghu sir for BP FLUCTUATION only after getting appointment at 10.40 am, but sir was in surgery and came around 4pm to his room but in the mean time dr.gayathri Raghu sir asst called me and noted dn my history as per recent lab reports and at the same time she has prescribed medicines also without consulting dr.raghu sir but this is not gud practise bcz I came all the way from miyapur to meet dr.raghu sir exclusively for my above . I would request dr.raghu sir to remix my appointment to express my problem.s and prescribe bp medicines. Thank u G v srinivasa rao

I took my mother who was complaining of a mild chest pain to Dr Raghu. After a little probing, doctor recommended two tests. First, a basic health examination; second, coronary CT angiography which costed us 19k. doctor told us to come in two to three hours after the tests were completed. He failed to inform us of the amount of time required for a basic health examination and without ruling out the heart issue, my 65-year-old mother in law was forced to walk a lot from room to room and floor to floor and she was advised not to eat till all the tests were completed. She had to starve for 5 long hours.We had to wait 6 hours for all of the tests to be completed, and the doctor who had assured us that he will check the reports the very same day had already Left for the day. We were made to get paps smear, hiv, abdomen scanning,mamography and all sorts of tests that were nowhere related to her chest pain. We understand that basic health check up is important for DR to understand the overall health of a patient but it looked like a strategy to make us shed more money than anything else at Yashoda.

We were expecting Dr.Raghu to meet not his team and took appointment accordingly. We booked appointment for specialist doctor not his assistant, paid money for Dr. Raghu not his assistant. You advertised for Dr. Raghu not for his assistant so advertise only what you can accommodate.

Hi Dr Raghu, I was your patient since couple of years from Aster Prime. Got to know that joined Yashoda Sec I have booked the appointement and after visiting the hospital at the counter they have informed that you are bust with some OT, so the junior will be taking care. I have waited for some time that you will be back but no use. People have lot of expectations to meet and get treated by you. If the guys have informed that you are not avaiable, we might have come some other time. Being the prior appointment, no info that the concerned doctor is not available. we might have planned some other day. No sataisfied with the Yashoda Team.

May be he's is a good doctor for some patient's,but it doesn't mean that he is best in cardio. Without listening to patient version(they are old 72yrs)adding two more test that cost more than 10k. based on the symptoms and ecg,2d echo, and blood reports(cbp,esr,creatine,lipid,lft,tsh)doctor will suggest medicine or ask the patient to do some more test. If everything is normal. And doctor is asking for CT scan without giving a proper reason or explanation to patient. I know the system how it's works in hospital but middle class people like us trusting you for better treatment expecting genuine treatment. That's not happening in hospital, sorry to say may be he's head of cardio but he doesn't have any patience with patient. Reply I know Medicare is expensive, but if we are getting the right treatment from the right person, money is secondary to anyone. Before that, you need to listen to exactly what the patient is explaining. Maybe you are a busy guy with lots of junior doctors with you First, listen to what the patient is explaining, then suggest your treatment and explain what you are planning. I'm not judging your treatment, but listen to what the patient is saying. I didn't intend to write a review about this issue, but since you sent me a link for feedback, I'm doing so. patience is important, and the waiting period should be reduced or an exact consultation time should be given

One of the worst Dr's that i have seen ! I took my Dad to consult Raghu at Yashoda hyderabad Dr took my dad into Operation theter for Angioplasty and then decided not to go by insurance asked us to go by cash and he was rude we had pay and discharge .

One of my friends visited a renowned hospital in Secunderabad/Hyderabad with reports from a reputable lab. However, the doctor insisted on conducting new tests at their hospital, even though the original reports were recent. After finding no conclusive results, the doctor suggested that the issue might be hereditary, advising further tests for family members. Despite the doctor's high Google rating, the experience left my friend feeling frustrated and skeptical.

We went in health checkup plan there they have given appointment for Raghu sir but he didn't handled us they have provided another doctor...

We as a family and my mother in particular believed in Dr Raghu. While in the previous hospital, he would provide good health care. But my recent experience was very bad . I lost my beautiful mother due lack of interest. I understand that my mother was ageing and had multiple ailments, but this time i saw he and his team were not the same. I almost pleaded Dr Raghu to come and see my mother everyday but their response was cold. What i feel bad is that my mother believed in Raghu and always believed in him , but today she is not with us, we miss her dearly. I visited Yashoda only for DR Raghu and team but they let us down and price we are paying is, i will not see dear mother again who i loved with my life. My only advice to people dont trust people blindly with your loved ones. Wishing good heath.

I paid Rs 1100/- for Dr.C Raghu sir appointment but he was not available and jr Doctor treated.

Iam not recommend this is my 2nd time

1 star is the least, otherwise I would have given less than this. I tried for appointment today and I was informed Rs 800 for first visit and Rs2000 for 2nd openion. This is the best evidence for commercial mind. If you go for the first visit, they squeeze you with various tests. For 2nd openion they cannot suggest othsts hence the fee is high. Tests

He writes unnecessary tests. He won't explain the problem clearly to the patient. Pls choose another doctor who speaks smoothly with patients and give good treatment. The main thing is he will be confused while writing medicines. Not at all suggestive

Sir, I respected your degree n sent my father today! I can say u dint check his reports properly n he was waiting from morning 9am to 5pm in the evening just to consult after his investigation done from 12pm in the noon and finally after a long wait u came wrote the same medication and missed one which he was using previously in a hurry hurry without any proper explanation! I am quite disappointed n my father is even more ! Just a bad decision to choose you is what I felt.

We have to give History of the patient to one doctor (Junior Doctor).Raghu sir Just see the history and decide what the problem is ... Doctor should listen from patient problems directly not from a junior doctor(Junior doctor write 2 words , 2 words of the problem on the History).then how can Raghu sir decide when the problem occurred.
