I had the best experience with Arohi eye hospital. Right from detecting the problem to solving it was a smooth ride. All the equipments are state of the art and each technician is so methodical with each patient. The surgery day was so meticulously planned and explained in advance. Pre and post operative care was done with utmost care. The surgery and the team of doctors was extremely easy. Each step of the way was well explained and each procedure was carried out with utmost patience. Overall I feel the whole experience of at Arohi was 10/10

Best place for clear vision or an Eye Temple. I gone through contoura vision surgery and felt best experience. They operated me cordially, before surgery they took my all test related to eye like Fundus, cornea test , pupil test. My surgery time was 15-20 minutes after it they provide me medication, eye drops and hot coffee. Overall it is place where you feel that u r at your home. Thanks Arohi eye hospital and their Team.

Everything is great, but the system could be more aligned and seamless. I noticed patients waiting without clear guidance, which creates some confusion. With proper training, this can be perfected. Apart from that, the hygiene and cleanliness are excellent, the staff is polite and nice , and the doctors are very good. The facilities are truly top-notch!

I got my Lasic Surgery from Arohi and Dr. Goel was my surgeon; I must say their vision to clear everyone’s vision is clear enough to support and help one to walk on the path of specks free. The staff is amazingly helpful and supportive. In terms of not only guiding but also, when I was about to cancel my operation, an hour before the surgery. Because who does not get second thoughts? Dr. Shradha Goel is the Medical Director and Master Surgeon of Femto Contura Vision LASIK surgery. She handles all her patient effortlessly and radiates confidence. Dr. Yatin Jadhav is very friendly consultant and resolved all my doubts about the surgery. I got my vision corrected in just two visits. One for Pre-surgery checkup and Second for a magic lasting around 20 minutes. Got my vision corrected and was able to see clearly, drive and go outdoor within a week. I highly recommend Femto Contura Vision and Dr. Shradha Goel to anyone, who is looking for best care of their vision.

I visited them with my Dad for his cataract on both eyes, Dr.Shradha and Dr.Shalomith both are wonderful, and other support staff is excellent. They take good care of the patient pre and post surgeries. The only negative pointer is in the way bills and insurance document are handled They will provide bills having discrepancies which are never approved by insurance companies. Would suggest patients under insurance cover to avoid this hospital. All the good work done by Doctor's and support staff is spoiled by insurance desk.

Good experience, the doctors and nurses were very helpful genuinely in the whole treatment process of my eye infection. Would definitely recommend. They even connected me on call to the opthalmologist when I'd called them out of blue!

The team has been wonderful and very helpful throughout the LASIK process. It would have been helpful to meet Dr. Goel before surgery, but no such introduction was made. Yatin sir has been very patient with all my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Looking forward to my full recovery.

Have been going there for general treatment and follow ups. The doctor and support staff are cordial and helpful. Charges are nominal and not at all high. I paid 1,000 for the first consultation and 600 for follow ups. (October 2023) Dr. Anju Kumari was our consulting doctor and her diagnosis and treatment was accurate and beneficial for us. She puts you at ease and educates you about your diagnosis along the way. However, after multiple visits, I have noticed the following: Punctuality They are not at all punctual and appointments are delayed by a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes. Valet Availability Could be a co-incidence but whenever I have been here, the valet parking attendant wasn’t available and we had to wait for him to arrive. Privacy Lack of privacy. Especially during follow ups when the junior doctor examines you in the reception in front of other waiting patients and hospital staff.

I had a good experience here. The staff is courteous- right from the receptionist to the technicians and the doctors. I like the ambience and design of the space too. My concern was solved- but make sure that you go to a senior doctor

I had an incredible experience at Arohi Eye Clinic! Dr. Yatin was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the process. My eyes have gone from a little bad to worst. The eye drops prescribed to me by Dr Shaulomit uppali has worsened my eyesight after 3 months of usage. When I went back to her she said it happens with some patients and further prescribed me double the eye drops than given earlier. Scared me to death.

This is my personal experience on 17 January 2020. Until the time i paid for my Lasik and got it done the doctor was very nice and polite. During the pre surgery visit no one informed that post surgery there will be how many free follow ups. Post surgery when i started visiting for my follow ups then suddenly i am been told to pay for follow ups where hardly there’s even much done except than checking of eyes on the equipments and that too without using any of the clinic’s medicines which didn’t even take 2-3 mins. For such small work i am been told to pay hefty charges. And then during one visit the doctor very rudely says that if you have to meet me then you have to pay the charges else I won’t see you. And when i asked her that why this information was not passed on before surgery then she says very rudely that it’s not our job to keep informing people. I was totally taken aback with this kind of rude behaviour of the doctor who was very sweet before and got so rude and unprofessional later. My point is not paying the charges pre, during and post but the least can be informing the patients about the charges. For which they don’t even feel the responsibility and talk so rudely and mis handle the patients. If informing is not there job then whose it is ? Also the clinic will keep reminding for the good feedback until it’s done and will ask you to give a video bite for which they want it to be done free of cost. This unpleasant experience was with Dr. Shraddha. Would not recommend for their attitude, mis handling, zero coordination within the staff, unnecessary charges for not so required visits if they are experienced in this field, utmost rude behaviour and unprofessionalism.

Most pathetic customer care at reception,. I have gone 3 times and they have refused me everytime. First, being time for closing shop ( which is understandable). Second being we already shut the machine even when the time was19.40 hrs. And today they tell me that pls come at 5pm as drs are not there. Is this a joke opened an hospital and don't have drs for a mere eye check. Guys don't waste time if it's ur first visit. They need people with Big problems i don't think they entertain just for eye check up they have many excuses. Surprising i have been visiting 3 consecutive days and they don't recognise me either. First time pathetic experience.

I visited Arohi eye hospital last to last week. went over there for a specific problem - Blurry Vision. They registered me and started with their tests. I told them I am wearing glasses and tested recently, but here for a specific consultation . they said I can meet the doctor after checkup. Finally, I got to meet the doctor after 2 hours. Only, Dr. Shradha Goel gave me no response and told me to come for a review again next week! I asked why is my vision blurred . She said it could be your power is altered but since we added drops, you have to come again to redo the tests. I told the tests were taken before adding drops. She said yes, but I want it redone! No answers whatsoever! Pathetic hospital unprofessional doctor who wants only money. Surgery part also I have heard inside the operation theater surgery is done by some other doctor... very risky hospital to visit.

I had an eye operation by Dr. Shradha that was worst day of my life even now. I couldn’t imagine such pathetic doctor. she’s screwed up my vision. As a doctor she’s has supposed to explain pros and cons about surgery but she has explained only pros. She was more interested on bagging money (in lacs) If you are NRI then you are gone the fees are really high. They’ll find or introduce a new reason or defect to collect money. My sincere advice would be " Don’t get screw up your eye with Dr. Shradha
