This Eye hospital have given good care with skilled doctors. The staff is kind, helpful, and makes patients feel comfortable. The hospital is clean and well-organized, making it a great place for eye treatment. Waiting time will be 1 hour minimum and try to reach half hour before the appointment.

Nice arrangement of patient schedule and timely modern detailed checkup process. Staffs are soft spoken and compassionate about each individual. No discrimation and everyone given importance equally. Checkup fee is affordable, in may take 2 hours or more for entire process so have enough time when you visit.

I recently visited Dr. Agarwala Eye Hospital,Koramangla for a general eye checkup, and the experience was quite good. The staff was polite and helpful, guiding me through the process without any hassle. The doctor explained everything properly and answered all my questions patiently, which I really liked. The hospital is clean and well-maintained, with good facilities and modern equipment. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfactory experience. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for good eye care services.

Experience with eye surgery was never smooth before considering insurance claim handling, streamlined tests, timely behaviour of staff with flexibility and effort towards providing great service. Mrs. Nandini handled all the documentation for my mom’s operation and she has helpful from day1 till the last day. I would highly recommend Dr. Agrawal’s hospital for cataract operation.

Amazing Experience!! First you have to register yourself, you can either get consultation by booking or approaching them directly!! A sum of 500 will be charged for consultation which is very reasonable! Process!! 1. First, you'll be called for Room no. 2, ANCT where Ms. Aishwarya will get to know your complaint, and she will check your eyes to get the required data.. 2. Then you'll be called for Room no. 1, Refraction Room where Ms. Ajeesha will test your vision through different lenses ( Trail and Error method ), untill you could see the letters perfectly with both your eyes!! 3. Finally, the captain Ms. Uditi Pankaj Kotak will call you for the final check-up, where she'll ask your problem and test your eyes with an equipment and then she will advise your eyes to get dilation, one of the staff named Shruthi I guess, would put drops on your eyes 3 strokes 15 mins each, in total 45 mins...then again you'll be called for consultation by Ms. Uditi, if the result is same...she will give prescription..if not she would ask you to come the following day! With respect to your condition, you'll be prescribed with drops and gel.. Note: I would advice you to have someone with you, because once the dilation process is done your eyes will be blur for 4-5 hours and also, you would need someone by your side during dilation process!! ( With those eyes + Sunlight = Hell😄 - I mean literally you can't see anything and your eyes will hurt a lot!) The next day, again Ms. Ajeesha called me for checkup at Refraction Room, then Ms. Bindhya ( Today's captain ) called me for final consultation and after check-up, she gave my Prescription. Here, Frames and lenses starts from 890/- onwards.. Overall it was a great experience, well maintained ambiance, great staffs and good service..I would recommend anyone and everyone for consultation!! Hope it helps!!

The place is so much costly on top of that they prescribe unnecessary test for all patients which costs even more. And finally medications for 1300rs. Totally costly me 2300rs for an eye checkup which they said was fine.

Please avoid going to this place. They cost you unnecessarily for a regular checkup. Initial cost of 600rs is just starting. After that they make you pay 4 times of the of that for totally unnecessary things. Never buy medicines there.

While the doctor and the treatment is top notch. The overall time consumed is very annoying. The staff took around 20/30 minutes just to get the prescription and provide medication. Moreover this is on a Sunday with 4/5 patients. Imagine one a weekday.. Damn.

If there was an option to give negative 5 as review, I would have definitely preferred that. DESERVES -5. Do not visit if checking via doctors or getting reports from stuffs without the basic knowledge of +ive -Ive and numeric values is not in the target list. 1. For the dilator eye drops which should be working with a single drop was administered 3times even after notifying the stuffs . 2. Stuffs were constantly running to restroom and all places with the eyedrops and tissues that were offered to patients. 3. The patient should definitely have a companion and an alarm setup handy since time management skills of the stuffs at this place was negligible. MOST IMPORTANT: THE EYE POWERS FOR BOTH THE EYES HAS CHANGED AS MENTIONED BY THE DOCTOR BUT MY REPORT SHOWS NO CHANGE FROM MY EARLIER POWER FOR WHICH I WAS ALREADY HAVING GLASSES. I AM CONFUSED IF THE DOCTOR OR THE STUFFS WERE DRUNK ENOUGH. One pair of eyes is all that we are blessed with, keep them safe.

ITS A SCAM!!! PLEASE DONT VISIT HERE!!! Not only do they scam adults even children are not spared. My Daughter had gone for the prescription checkup costing Rs 600 today, January 15th. After the first check they refused to send her for the 2nd check without her taking the 'Dry eye Test' costing addnl Rs 400. Only after she paid the amount of Rs 400 was she allowed to go for the 2nd test. HER FORM CLEARLY SHOWS HER AGE AS 17 Yrs. However, the Doctor and the staff thought it best to force the child to pay without consulting parent. Post checkup they prescribed medicines and asked her to buy it. luckily she refused it. Not only that, they took the phone for my child under false pretense and gave themselves rating on Google. THE AUDAICITY! The eye doctors there should feel guilty of doing unethical business practices. I will be reporting them to the Medical board and taking legal action against Dr Agarwal.

Doctors prescribed unnecessary tests and pressured to buy glasses and medicine from them. Additionally, the nurse asked me to leave a google review. I said I would do it after going home as I wasn't able to see as they had given me dilation drops and vision was very blurry. the nurse pushed and brought the scanner for the review and I said she could take a picture in my camera and I would go home and do it. instead she left a review for the hospital on my account herself.

I have been operated for cataract at the Banashankari branch spending a little over 200 thousand inr (2 lacs)which was a pleasant experience. Now since I reside in Koramangala, I visited the branch out here, and boy this so called Dr. Bindiya, very unpleasant, unprofessional & rude, does not seem to listen to the patients point of view. Forces her decision on the patient and when questioned, just tells you to wait outside. Pathetic for a doctor.... If you happen to visit, please ask for any other doctor but Bindiya. GOH.

Staff stands on your head for reviews & you gotta reject them twice or thrice, even restaurant staff takes a no at the first time lol. Coming to eye checkup, Titan & lenskart spend more time ensuring you can see clearly, they spent 1m & say ya the machine reading works, you may go, and didn't even bother with red/green test. Specs number based on their recommendation gives massive headaches like never before in my 10 yrs of wearing specs. Will go to devi eye hospital instead next

Worst customer service I have ever faced. Got a confirmation for my appointment in what's app but in the hospital I was told that Doctors left for a meeting. When I asked about the msg, they told that they have no idea as it's a central team. Just ended up spending 500 for cab & a loss of pay for this worst experience. Better to go to a normal eye clinic I guess!!! Sad!!!

Today, I visited the hospital 🏥 and had an appointment with Dr. Bindiya Hapani. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that she would be available in 15 minutes ⏳ as she was performing surgery on another patient. I told him it was fine, and that I would wait. However, unexpectedly, Uditi Ma'am began my consultation 😕. I then asked the assistant that I wanted to meet only with Dr. Bindiya Hapani. The assistant replied that the doctor wouldn’t be available for another 50 minutes 🕒. I was frustrated because if the doctor wasn’t available, I should have been informed earlier 😤. I didn't want to proceed with any tests without my preferred doctor. This was a waste of my time ⌛, and it’s not right to mislead patients like this. Everyone has their own priorities, and eye tests 👁️ are particularly sensitive. I’m not saying the other doctor isn’t competent, but if the doctor I booked isn’t available, I should be told upfront instead of being given misleading information. This is unacceptable.

Overall my experience in my earlier visit was very good . I came here for my mother , wife and brother. But this time it went for myself. The medical professionals never inquired if I had any questions or doubts after checkup of my eyes. They immediately referred me to a consultant regarding a treatment. I inquired about the specifics of the treatment, the reason for the issue, possible ways to prevent it, etc. However, the consultant was not knowledgeable and directed me to consult with the doctor. Once the power card was prepared, there were no calls, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to make inquiries. They prescribed me two medications, costing around 1000 Rs. Upon returning, I discovered that both medications were for treating dry eyes, despite not having any complaints about dry eyes. It seems like the people who come here are often prescribed these medications as a default.

The consultation fee of Rs 600 too high, other hospitals charge only Rs 300. The Reception service is very poor, not guiding properly, taking nearly 3hrs for normal eye power check up, unnecessary medicines & drops which is again increasing cost.

This hospital is not good for middle class or poor only for rich peoples Consulting charge RS.600 In many hospitals they are doing Schirmer's test as free or it comes under consulting fees...they are asking rs.400 seperately for Schimers test I think it just like a daylight robbery...

Recently, two days ago, a dear friend of mine visited the hospital for his wife's checkup. They arrived at the hospital by 6:50 P.M, though the closing time was 7:00 p.m. When they called the reception in the evening and they said only one Dr. Ruchita is available and they came to the hospital anyway, they said the doctor had already left. In fact, she was the only one who left before closing time, and she seemed to be in a hurry. They were very disappointed and frustrated because they came for an emergency. His wife was suffering from severe eye pain and irritation. With no choice, they left the hospital frustrated. I understand that everyone needs their day off after work, but when a person has had hope that a doctor is available to treat a patient, it's really wrong to abandon as it's a doctor's duty to attend to the patient.

After two hours of check up, the prescription was not issued and I was told to come back again next week. Waste of time. The doctor was interested in cross selling things and suggested I apply some eye gel for one week and come back. Rather than optimising for order value, they should try and optimise the customer experience

Exceptional high prices of medicines and when asked for invoice not giving it saying you will get it later in WhatsApp as soft copy. How will I know what have you charged for medicines while receiving it. Business wise they are just trying to loot patients. And till now I have not received the invoice even after asking at front desk.

While I dont have much issues with the consulting I would highly recommend people from not getting medicines from the pharmacy inside the building. Every medicine they recommended me for my sensitive eye issues is the most expensive one possible. I got 2 drops and an eye gel that almost came up to 1.8k. Sensieyes, Beipos, GenTeal, Eye Mask. Wheareas there are alternatives that you can find on 1mg or other places where the same 3 come up to just 600-700 Rs. Lobocool, Botas, Qlubra, any other gel eye mask So unless its an emergency just get the prescription and get the same drug from a different manufacturer for far cheaper and save your money. There is no reason it has to be this expensive

My experience at this place was not good. My query was extremely simple : I wanted to do a quick and general eye checkup for my son. Usually this is a 10-15 mins job to begin with and further steps would depend on that outcome. The moment we entered this place and did an enquiry we were told a 4 hour procedure for a simple number checkup. I believe the attendant may not have even understood what my query was, or may be he had a target of charging maximum possible money to every incoming customer. I still remember we running out of this place, going to another opthalmologist and getting the work done in less than 15 mins. This is a medical place. We understand it's a business, but kindly be careful with your patients will be my request to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a pure business mindset.

Never to go there. Absolutely desperate to make numbers , revenue, with utter disregard to real causes and manifested symptoms. Case in point, is their jumping to conclusion that I have cataract. That seemed too quick without the mandated screenings tests to confirm. I went to another leading eye hospital and they prescribed progressive glasses of changed power. I spared myself the unwanted direction chosen by Dr Agarwal's half baked, salesman doctors.
