I request and recommend don’t go for any treatment to this hospital I underwent surgery in this hospital the way they took me for surgery to operation theatre is not even govt hospital approach, nurses not qualified no one knows how to to put cannula, they called ICU nurse no manner I got my hand punctured many times, coming to Mr Subhha reddy he is one useless he calls some head and want to control female staff rather than checking issues of patients, I send my patients I took personally care patients come on face of doctor and we refer by seeing doctor ,, otherwise this hospital has nothing, I will raise this issues in medical council and Dm office I suffered for no reason I don’t want others to suffer who are trusting doctor and coming I request and apply to check creditials of Mr Ram Subbha reddy I will definitely take action once I get better doctors should dictate terms not some useless non knowledgeable person it only making patient journey difficult I will file all the patients review including my experience and will submit in DmHo

We consulted dr. Rvr for our dad. He was diagnosed with liver cancer stage 4. He suggested us some TACE procedure and we were informed that it was just a small procedure. Once the procedure is done, things got worse and when we ask RVR he is not ready to answer anything and all he say is my dad is in 4th stage of cancer and he was very rude to us. He just killed our dad. Worst hospital ever worst staff worst doctor.

I know Raghavendra Rao sir since 10 years the doctor is very good person. My self and my family numbers friends are coming this hospital regularly. Today I was visited the NIGl Banjara Hills branch who is sitting on the reception desk her name is “Ayesha” she behaves very rudely and showing fully attitude before I’m not facing this kind of issue on your hospital. I thought she was discussed with duty nurse she is taking to long time for checking with the Doctor for my medicine confirmation all most after OP I was waited there 2:30 hours. kindly request you don’t allow this kind of attitude person on front desk role. Please take any necessary action is good for your hospital repetition and ratings.

This is not a hospital with good administration. Most doctors are consultants. Their testing facility is very basic and run down. For example no one arrives before 10am, check it out for yourself to witness it.

I haven’t seen such a worst maintenance in any hospital. Mostly their concern is to get the amount from reports, No coordination B/W the departments and also lack of co ordination with in the front desk team. We almost waited for 4 hrs from the appointment time

This is the worst hospital i have ever experienced in my life time.....the management, nursing staff and even security is worse compared to dairy labour....you wont find single management staff after 8PM..They just fight between each other and dont provide service to patient....my discharges was initiated at 8 AM in the morning and was sent to insurance department at 7PM...my medication and service has been stopped by hspl for almost 12hours...i have taken a surgery last day and they stopped my medication today...aftr patient confronting the management the issue resolved and discharged at 9.30PM...they dont even know what diet to provide to a patient who has undergone neck surgery...they store the excess food parcells in patients room this is badest thing i ever experienced

Pros: Only good thing about here is you get good doctor for consultation. Cons: 1. Unprofessional staff 2. No support to patients once doctors are out of hospital. 3. No help from reception. They just work to make your bill amount higher. 4. Reception staffs behaviour with attendents are like as if they are working in footpath shop.

-Worst staff at billing department: The billing department constantly delayed to provide us sufficient documents for insurance claim and behaved unprofessionally with patients attendants. Even after losing dear ones, they failed to empathize with attendants during this grief period and waste their time significantly. They do not follow any timelines promised by them in the first place and the staff does not know how to use techincal resources to their capabilities. I understand that they are occupied with other patients being admitted and processing their bills, but to get even a simple document, the attendants need to visit the hospital numerous times and bear with their unprofessional behaviour each and everytime. -Poor valet parking: Our car was crashed right infront us and they do not take any responsibility whatsoever. So be prepared to lose some extra bucks if you plan on getting a car to the hosiptal. A hospital is not only meant to provide a better treatment to its patients, but should also make the experience of the people (attendants) involved in it a better one. This is the main reason why we invest so much and prefer these hospitals. This hospital might provide the best treatment to its patients, but it failed miserably in giving a better experience to other people (attendants) involved in it because of the poor staff. I hope they take this feedback and improve on making things better as I personally do not want anyone to go through this experience.

Very sad to see that hospitals became so commercial these days. I myself a chartered accountant who takes care of clients files. We ll have some ethics to follow and principle of fairness shd carry every where. The issue with corporate hospitals is they became too commercial in the name of huge investments they made. I have to pay 900 rupees per visit. And they said your previous visit follow up will expire in 5 days. Generally we ll have 30 days which changed to 15 days. In the first visit, they couldn't identify the issue and so asked me to get the certain reports like MRI scan. So by 5 days, I don't come, I have to pay 900 again. The reports costs itself 6500 to me along with fever which I suffered due to high cool atmosphere. After getting the reports n recovery from fever, I came after 5 days, hospital asked me to pay 900. I felt like I don't want to come to this hospital again. I just felt bad. It's not about 900 it's about fairness.... If in the first instance, if the diagnosis identified, It means I have taken the skills of the doctor n paid for it. Since unable to identify the issue, based on requirement, I supposed to get the reports n visit him. I did the same for the same issue. I really felt bad for the 5 days expiry. Decided will not visit this hospital again. Will go to another doctor.
