What a Staff they are smart in all the fields..Good marketing skills of the manager and professionalism of Nagashree and eloquent and friendly nature of Juliet....that was memorable..They have created a homely environment and they even got advanced equipment with accurate centre point of specs size and advance features of specs with Smart Gen 2 Glasses..One time investment and the best memories they gave the staff was cool and amazing....I love Indian technology so I have opted them with normal night vision with antiglare features...They customised for me..

I was satisfied with the service. Friendly staff named Salina made the check up comfortable and she seemed very qualified. This place has good service with polite staffs as well.

I came here for eye checkup and to get a proper glasses for me Optometrist Lalitha checked my eyes thoroughly and suggested me lenses according to my profession and life style received spectacles on time and feeling very comfortable for reading with spectacles thank you good service

I had 4spectacle 2for readings 1progressive and 1 only for distance nothing was comfortable came here Optometrist Lalitha attended did my eye testing suggested lenses also did the eye testing very well now I'm feeling very comfortable happy to receive she explained me how to use the lenses very good

Optometrist Lalitha guided and suggested contact lenses for myself and my sister first time I'm going with the contact lenses she taught me how to wear and remove and all the guidelines I'm feeling very comfortable

Mr.Khadhar has been very helpful and kind in testing and selecting the specs. It really takes lot of time to get your specs. Each time we only have to call and find out about the status. Every time they give reason that courier fellow didn't come. Worst service.

worst expereince, spectacle cost is high compared to lens kart or any other shops. But service is worst, I placed order 11 days ago. They don't have courtesy of calling Customer & inform them about delay.

Horrible service. I ordered my glasses which is more than 31K and after they delivered those are horrible with fit. While ordering i requested multiple times to make them to my fitting and now when i see them after 1 week, they are not even sitting on my face and keep dropping off. Now i cant pay again and nor even return this. The ladies who are taking the measurements are also very impatient and not professional at all. they make faces when u ask them questions and they did a wrong billing in the first instance. Iam extremely disappointed with Titan Eye and would never recommend or step in there. I request Titan eye team to contact me back for their horrandous service if they want to keep up their reputation.

Worst experience..not recommended to visit this branch. Titan eye sahakar nagar got inexperienced staff. Totally unprofessional. After paying a high price for our progressive lenses, they had given the glasses with the wrong number and alignment. This could have led to our eyesight loss or a major issue with our eyes. Thanks to Titan eye RT nagar branch main in charge of identifying the issue at the right time and helping with the required changes in our glasses. Recommend Titan eye management to take strict action against this branch.

Manager Naveen S and staff were not coperative as it was closing time they were more interested in closing store than ensuring we buying the product. Once we finalised and purchased, they were not ready to give reciept saying printer is not working. when we questioned how can we go without acknowledgement, that time manager was rude to say that you need bill so wait for 10mins instead of explaining what is the issue

I’m rating this after a use of over a year now. I literally have to say sorry to my wife cos I believed in these Titan plus executives who checked her eyes executives and always thought they were right. The progressive lens which we bought from Titan Eye plus was made vice-versa …completely wrong and she kept on telling something’s not right with the glass though we went twice to the store. Believe me…I ignored and she continued to use the old one…. After years, since my wife was travelling next week, we took these glasses to Lenskart and got it checked, they said it was completely displaced and wrongly done….hence she had the trouble in using it. Today we got the new lens on the same frame thru Lenskart, and she is absolutely happy with the end results. All these while I thought Titan being such a huge brand will have right people and right approach to address these issues …we went twice and we were said she is not getting accustomed to it…..but sorry to say…you guys fooled us you were absolutely absurd ….playing with humans and their vision…not accepted. Will never step into any Titan Eye Plus store again neither will I recommend to any. Lessons learnt!

Bad store experience. This was my first experience with Titan (have been a regular customer with Lenskart for the past few years), and I have regretted every moment of taking this decision. To start with, my product took 5 days to come from the store to me. Reason: The store decided to courier it through some arbit company, although I stay just 2kms from the store. The courier company took the product on a joyride before being handed over to me. This was after I took matters in my own hands and followed up with the courier people myself. When I expressed my frustration to the store manager (Naveen - who never comes on call), he proudly said that the courier company is world class and they've never had a bad experience with them. Sure, but I did. When I received the product, I found a blue tinge on my glasses. This time, I went to the store and again Naveen, the store manager, with a smirk on my face tells me that this is expected to happen. If I need to get rid of it, I need to upgrade to glasses which are 2.5X more expensive. When I question him on why was I not informed about this at the time of purchase, his casual reaction (verbatim) was, "Normally we do". I am completely flummoxed on how Titan keep such untrained staff who do not even have basic etiquette to manage customers. I feel completely cheated by this experience and have escalated to higher authorities in Titan. Though a sunk cost for me, a word of caution to prospective buyers so that you do not go through this same trauma.

Worst service, delivery took 10 days, even after 10 days lens not fixed properly to frame , when I denied to accept lens they fixed properly. No default lens accessories like cleaning liquid ,you need to pay separately. Even they deny for testing power of lens before delivery, in all other shops they verify lens power before delivery. Keep away from this shop, Update - I bought blue cut lens from them, they charged 4k+ when checked lens in doctor they mentioned lens dont have blue cut, so called trusted brand...

Staff not knowledgeable and insisted to buy only what they show will not allow customer to take time and choose Ordered contact lens and when I called on due date they informed it will take 5 more days Useless store lenskart is far more better

The quality of the product was well below expectation. The store manager was rude. This had to be the worst experience in 12 years of wearing glasses.
