Nice experience. Good staff. Costly as compared to other optical brands. I purchased the best specs available in the shop costing Rs. 4700.00. Still it's getting frequent scratches. I think after purchasing so costly, i expected some scratch free glasses. Not so satisfied. My expectations was a little high. I m not comparing to lenskart.

I had ordered tinted glasses and they took full advance only to deliver non tinted glasses. They refused to accept responsibility for this claiming it was our fault that we chose the wrong colour whereas it was explicitly mentioned. They just robbed us off. The quality of the glasses wasn’t good and seems fake. Extremely unsatisfactory.

Pathetic customer service, people are rude, they behave rudely, the eye doctor is way rude, the don't know the discounts deducted full amount from my card and then said that there was a discount but we forgot. The delivery service is too pathetic, the shout at customers with no potential reasons. Pathetic male and female staff. I have been a customer of eye plus for over 10 years but this showroom made me switch to different brand. Kudos

My Titan eye plus frame got discolored in 1.5 year only. Very poor quality frames being sold by them.better to buy from other shops.

Sales and service of this shop is one of the worst I have experienced anywhere. They call a Rs.1500/- frame with glasses as accesories and deny warranty for the same. Gave some of the lamest excuses for the same. They even accuse us to do the damage on our own glasses. Not expected this type of sales and services from a company that values its customers. Kindly avoid buying from this place.

Worst titan ever. Worst service and worst staff. When you go to buy spectacles they all treat you nice but when you go for service they’ll tell sir yeh nahi ho skta ye nahi ho skta. Most ill treatment was given to me. Worst staff members. And never go there to buy spects buy from anywhere but not from here don’t buy it from here. Change your staff here.

I had purchased spectacles before two years from your shop which was broken last month, I gone to your shop to Just asked that this is happened, but I am sorry to says that your staff comments that " do saal to bahot ho gaya, tutna hi tha". This type of reply of world class company is not acceptable. I was gone for purchase of new glasses but after hearing this words I left the shop by telling that I never step up in your shop.

Worst experience with the Titan Eye Plus Prahladnagar. After spending Rs. 11,000 on the frame they and Rs. 6000 on lens give zero support. Also purchased by mother's specs for Rs. 7000. They gave faculty lens which started scratching after 15 days of use. I went to complain, said we will make a request and revert, they did not call. During the lockdown, the lens started to worsen. I went back again to complain, didn't do anything. The franchise owner lady and the store manager Rafique has no courtesy to talk to the customers. Rafique told me to do whatever you want you want to do. No number given for complain escalation, not even complain number provided, not willing to give anything in writting. The worst is store system doesn't even have my purchase invoice in their system. Extremely rude staff. Save yourself and your money and stay away from this store. I am wearing specs from 18 years and know a thing or two about how to maintain them. This is a clear case of lens fault. Sad to see this from Titan, they are worst then local shops, who atleast care for their reputation and fight for customers benefit. This people don't care if you come back to their store or not. Really Disappeared. SHAME ON TITAN !

When we go and pick any of the frames, they are showing attitude, that it will get scratches and all. Horrible staff in the evening. Behaviours not acceptable.

Most unsatisfied. The guy who fixed the fitting of the ray ban's glasses, actually used plier and made fitting so pathetic that I had to go to C.G Road, Titan eye show room and get it fixed. Must not visit the franchise. Hopeless people and unquslified
