I had a terrible experience with this store. I purchased a pair of glasses, but they gave me a defective frame. When I tried to get an exchange or a refund, they refused and instead argued with me. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a very disappointing experience. They claim to have an in-house pediatric who checked the eye power of my son who tried his best to threaten us by giving various false information and showing us videos of some highly expensive glasses. When we were not convinced and we asked to cancel the order they said it is already processed and told us to collect it the next day. After getting checked with other optometrist we found that the glasses they made had different power than what they had prescribed and also the prescription given by them was incorrect. We hope this never happens to anyone else's children. Parents please be aware of such fake and greedy opticians. Afterall eyes of our children are so precious. They shouldn't have done this unethical practice.

They are making wrong commitment. They said unbreakable frame, but within 2 month frame broke. When we visit l, they said spect that you have dropped it. If dropped then glass also broke. They are making fool to customer. Unprofessional behaviour

This optician is a big cheater. He gives increased number eye glasses just to earn money. If you wear more number glass then you can not read nearby alphabets. Don't go to this shop. This fellow always give wrong eye number glasses. They pour lesser light for eye checking which is dangerous to eyes.

Strongly not recommended...very arrogant behaviour by owner Het .They are selling duplicate glasses and claiming to be a Original Seiko glasses .Logo on both the glass is also not Similar.On saying so very arrogant and rude behaviour by Owner.They are also not ready to write Seiko glasses in Invoice.Not recommend for buying anything from this optician.
