Very bad doctor and also her PA. First of all too much professional doctor, not treated properly. Even though she did not come to her Chamber at the right time. Being a doctor she doesn’t know the value of time.
At RB Diagnostic, saltlake I have an appointment and her PA told me to come to the chamber at 5:00 pm. Serial number not even maintained by her PA properly and her behavior is bad. After waiting for 2 hours she gave me only 2 mins for her valuable suggestions which is not that much helpful for me.
Even she has a lack of knowledge that's why she doesn’t talk with patients without test reports and all.

I saw all the lovely reviews and decided to go visit her. Unfortunately I was absolutely appalled by the poor behaviour of the staff and more so by her own attitude. She was extremely arrogant, lacked empathy and did not even speak in a manner fitting her credentials.
She wrote a list of tests to be conducted even though I had done most in the recent past and when I pointed it out, was angry and said do what's left then.
No explanation given for the medicines and mocked me when asked to explain what these medicines are then said it's not your job to read.
My worst experience ever. Not sure how she got so many positive reviews but my experience was horrific.

Time doesn't matter for Dr. Ushasi. She can make patient wait till the time she wants and the management keeps quite as even they are used to with it. Respect the time. We as patient plan our day giving dr as priority but it doesn't mean you will ruin our whole day by making us wait and management does not have any clue when Dr will arrive.
