When speed quality n professional approach in getting your specs done; my word of appreciation for The trio staff ( Atul, Manoj & Makardhwaj) of Andheri infinity mall shop..one word. Absolutely grand service from customer point of view. Briefly- post my 2nd cataract healing ; i needed progressive glasses n I had travel one day after. I had a great shopping experience at the showroom, where I met Sachin Ghosh from Titan Eyeplus, who has been with the company for around 8 years. Sachin assisted me patiently, addressing all my queries and sharing his expertise to guide me through the process, which took about 2 hours. He was supportive until I was completely satisfied with my choice. I commend Titan Eyeplus for their employee care policy and excellent service, which reflects in the attentive assistance provided by Sachin. I also want to thank the other staff for their thorough checkups and care.

Very bad customer service. They provide false information and refused to provide assistance claming no technicians sit in the store, they have different office. Now suddenly when my friend went to the same store the technician is there and the work was done. They give misinformation just so that they can make it more hectic to get repairs done and people are more inclined to buy new glasses instead of reparing them.

They showed my daughter all types of specs she made her choice and after 5 mins they tell that they cannot check her eyes and ask us to get it checked first. If this was the case then at first place why wasting time for frame selection. Pathetic.

They are really bad in terms of customer care. They have given me two times bad glasses. Really disappointed.

Should improve their service....no one to take care when you have questions...

They don't know what customer service means

I went to them after multiple people recommended this place but was largely disappointed. First, I selected a frame and asked them multiple times if they were sure that the prescription power + index option chosen would yield glasses that fit *entirely* in the chosen frame (when it sticks out, your glasses look very thick). I received assurances that it wouldn't stick out. My existing frame was visibly thicker than the one I chose, so I trusted their word over my best guess. Result? It sticks out. Then came the sales pitch from another staffer: pay the difference and get a higher index, flatter curvature lens. Difference of 0.3mm! After pressing them a bit on 0.3mm making tangible difference on the issue, showing them their own schematics on shape and thickness, they gave up. Then there's the issue of the lens quality itself. Poor. These are plain old distance lenses, nothing complicated. But its blurry at the top end. So if you're reading from a tall computer monitor, you end up pushing your head back trying to read from the center of the lens. Made two trips to the store explaining all this, got back with one "adjustment" that made no difference. Overall, not returning to this place for lenses at least. Frames are good. Needs better staff.
