No one should visit this store. They prescribed wrong number and while asking for correction, they said to come up with doctor's prescription to change glasses. They blurred so much abt lenskart as our previous spects made at lenskart. Finally their numbers were wrong and lenskart numbers and doctor's number were correct. We have to face so many difficulties for doing things correctly and faced very bad experience.

As I had ordered 3 specs few days back at that time sales person were very nice took all the money in advance now due to there mistake power of lenses are different and neither they are ready to give credit not nor refund and they use dirty language not ready to file the complaint. The boy there Dev and other Muslim chap abused you so it's pathetic. I am going to consumer court against them Never ever visit this store. They are fraud.

Worthless glasses.they say antiglare nd coating will bi disappear after warranty period nd i already change one time frame.bekar do not buy titan frame nd glasses.nd customer support not available. After warranty they not support any one.2 years ago i wear local brand nd pricing araound 1200 nd issue also create same coating will be dissapear bt at that time I had paid 5720 nd this will happen in titan i dont belive....fraud company nd fraud glasses....they said about I am famous for glasses noo sorry bt you are not....i will prefer use other brand than titan...thank you for you third class customer support

1700 રૂપિયા ના ગોગલ્સ લીઘા એકટીવા ની ડીકી માં ઓરીજનલ કેઈશ માં રાખેલા, એકટીવા કવર પાર્કિંગ હતું અને ચાર દિવસ પછી કાઢયા તો ગોગલ્સ વચ્ચે થી તુટેલ હતા ! સીવરંજની જયાં થી ગોગલ્સ લીઘેલ ત્યાં જઈને ફરીયાદ કરી તો કહે આનુ કાંઈ ન થાય ! આ ગ્લાસ માં નવી ફ્રેમ ચાર્જ લઈ ને નાખી દેવાની પણ ના પાડી, ૧૭૦૦ રૂપિયા ના ગોગલ્સ પ્લાસ્ટિક ના જેનું વજન ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ થાય તો ટાઈટન પલ્સ ના ટાટા ના નામે ફરી કોઈ લે નહીં. ટાટા નું નામ ખરાબ થાય છે.
