Got opportunity to undergo LASIK surgery and it had to be from OJAS Hospital. It had been 10 years long of wearing boring glasses and the removal of the same was extremely seamless. Dr. Nitin and his team made sure I had no discomfort and all the procedures were smooth. Dr. Musharrof was extremely kind and made me machine-friendly before the surgery. Kudos to the team.

Had a great experience with Ojas eye care, getting glasses free after 15 years. Did Contoura LASIK and started seeing the difference in 15 mins after surgery. Vision completely restored within 24 hours. By next day the vision was better than 20/20 when we checked. Staff and support and guidance were all excellent. Highly recommended for everyone.

Had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor gave my mother the wrong number for her eye. After the glasses were made, my mother noticed that she was unable to see from one eye as the vision was very blurred. After a day of wearing the glasses and her vision not improving, she went back to find out that her number was grossly incorrect! We came to this place as they claim to be the best, but sadly that's not the case. Word of caution to all, follow your instinct and get a second opinion if you feel that something isn't right.

I visited the hospital last Saturday and was extremely disappointed with their internal management. I was referred from the Kandivali branch to the Bandra branch for some pending tests and a consultation by Dr. Aditi. I had already paid the appointment fees and other charges at the Kandivali branch. However, they didn’t inform me about the number of tests or the fact that some could only be done at the Bandra location. Upon arriving at Bandra, I was asked to pay additional charges for these tests. After some internal communication, I was allowed to proceed with the tests but was told that I could not consult with the doctor. The reason given was that "all the doctors are too busy to consult on Saturdays," despite the fact that I had already paid for the consultation. If this is the case, they should not have accepted the appointment in the first place. One of the staff members, Priyank, without coordinating with others, told me, “You can either go home with your report or visit the Kandivali branch for further consultation.” The lack of coordination and communication was frustrating and unprofessional. This experience was a waste of my entire day, and to make matters worse. After everything I went through, they offered me a discount of Rs. 40,000 on my surgery cost as I suffered from such hustle. This felt completely insincere and a poor attempt to make up for the inconvenience. This hospital's management is extremely poor, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Please consider visiting Dr. Agrawal Eye Hospital or Nanavati Hospital instead.

I recently visited Ojas Eye Hospital and was very impressed with Dr. Nitin Dedhia's expertise and care. However, I was extremely disappointed with the staff's behavior. The waiting times were excessive, and the staff seemed uninterested in the patients' discomfort. In particular, the receptionist Mrs Greata was quite rude and dismissive. While I am grateful for the excellent medical care I received, I believe the hospital's overall patient experience is severely impacted by the staff's attitude and the lack of efficient systems. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the administrative aspects of the hospital and provide a more positive experience for future patients. I would urge future patients to respect their own time and ask for exact waiting times from the staff instead of waiting endlessly at the clinic.

Worse place to get any surgery, they prep the patient and make them wait for an hour and a half in a waiting room for no apparent reason, this is absolutely ridiculous! The doctor is apparently over booked and is accommodating as many patients as possible. What is the point of having appointments and slots for surgery if the patients time is not respected?

Worst service . Doctor is gone for lunch and still on the way from home . Missed all my meetings . Very bad experience. Whole staff wearing shoes and sleepers but patients can enter with shoes . Very bad experience

The hospital was too crowded and not very organized on the day of the lasik surgery. They are always very crowded and they are mpving back and forth between exam rooms. They make it sound like this is a very simple lasik surgery and recovery is fast and quick when it is not. Specially if you are visiting from outside of India and leaving soon affer the surgery, dont do the surgery at all. If you are age 40+ be extremely careful and thorough research the options and know if "Monovision" surgery is right for you. Lasik surgery side effects like Dry Eyes and scattering of lights is a very real thing, avoid the lasik surgery at all costs if you can. Beware for anyone planning on getting lasik surgery. The price for the surgery is on the higher side compared to other hospitals too. Please do not get Lasik done here at the Ojas Eye Hospital.

Unhelpful doctors... They take care only for vip .. not to charitable trust..squint specialist madam she is quite arrogant. There were many more options to improve it.. she did not informed us. Later we got to know from other docterShe only said squint once done it will be the same ..she did not inform us about the excercise after squint operation.. as she was busy with VIP guest .. she.. she is a female dr...Ms ashwin... Busy with VIP patient not interested in charity.. Dr nitin please put her in vip so that she can earn more... And misguide people in charity

Worst ever experience, we have paid the fees without even seening the doctor, we had appointments at 3 but doctor was nowhere till 4..and same thing hws happend with another co patient. staff is extremely rude and same ( receptionist was still good), but the girl who has done the screening process was rude and mannerlesz and was only behind money ... and checked my eye using dirty hands ... Don't attest visit their kandivali branch ever

The place is a complete zoo. Overflowing with people. They made me go back and see an assistant or doctor four separate times, and sent me back to the waiting room every time, before I finally saw the actual doctor. They kept promising it would be only a few minutes and every time it was a lie. I was there two and a half hours. At a different place, it would have taken maximum 1 hour. They seem like they know their stuff, but what a hellish process

I have been recently got operated for contoura lasik surgery from here with a hope to completely free from specs and have better clarity without the support of specs. I consulted Khandivali branch and happen to finally go through procedure at Bandra clinic. It’s been more than 2 months and feel I have an issue with far vision but been told that 0.5 vision is expected from this kind of procedures. I don’t think someone would be okay to have even -0.5 at the end of procedure. Being medical person, I also consulted some Doctors and did research on the vision issues post LASIK, nowhere it’s acceptable to have correction issues. Gradually this 0.5 might go to any number so word of caution get a better clarity on the consequence and go with procedure after all it’s not a less of price to shell out for it.

I have been here twice now and there is absolutely no respect of a person’s time. First, a patient should be taken at the time of their scheduled appointment. We waited for 2 hours and the whole staff at the hospital could not give us a clarity. Treatments here are good; however, I would still strongly say that there should be adherence to one’s time.

Not Recommend! 1) The place is overcrowded with patients. 2) There is no sort of commitment or hospitality. 3) As soon as the doctor gets free he goes for a surgery which will lead to longer waiting times. 4) The receptionist don’t know their job at all. I have had the worst experience of my life at this hospital. I booked an appointment at 12:30 for Dr. Niteen Dedhiya. Upon reaching on time I come to know that the receptionist has asked 10 patients to come at 12:30 despite of the doctor being busy in the surgery. Had to wait for an hour before my file was considered, that happened only after I got a little frustrated at the receptionist. After that the doctor just saw me for hardly few seconds (namesake) and passed me over to a junior doctor / intern, during which the doctor ran away for further more surgeries. The junior doctor took another hour to do few tests and asked me to wait before Dr. Niteen will do the final test. The wait got extended by an hour. By this time i was already there for like 4 hours and the time was 3:30 already. Just imagine sitting at one place for 4 hours with no progress of what sort. My conclusion is that, the doctor seems to be very money minded and cares a damn about the patients time and feelings. Save your money and time and consult a better hospital and doctor rather than investing in this hospital.

To visit Ojas Eye Hospital, I traveled almost 700 kilometers. I went to the eye doctor for my routine eye examination. They checked my eye with different machines. They told me you have power in both eyes. so they write an prescription. I then made power glasses in my city. As a result of wearing those glasses, I am unable to see clearly. To find out whether I really had power in my eye, I went to another doctor in my city. and finally my vision is normal. Thus, Ojas Eye Hospital wastes people's time and money and provides incorrect information. As a result, I will not recommend this hospital. Shame on you guys, I wasn't expecting this.

If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate, went to check my eyes and was told by the Dr that my number had gone up and I would need to change my glasses, also would be due for cataract surgery next year. Then says oh no need to change your glasses it's OK...???? However I went for a second opinion elsewhere n was told I need to change my glasses as number had increased and no sign of cataract... How can you play with something that's so important, eyesight 🤨 Never again and would never recommend to anyone... Be aware.... Thank you

Got my lasik done in Bandra clinic. Got clear vision in one of the eye and blurred in other. Went for checkups and was told after 6 months that the blurred vision will remain the same 😞 and it cannot be treated

I went at charity for my regular eye checkup i have going there since 3 years being a old pateint of a particular pediatrician Dr. I knew that she doesn't check adult now but i being a old pateint she checks me . Today i went at 11.30 am . I recommend the hospital for eye checkup to my neighbour also . We both went at 11:30 am . I asked the receptionist for the particular Dr. I go to she informed that she is now a pediatrician but i requested her that i want to get a checkup done at the same Dr. She argued with me very badly and her attitude was very bad . She didn't took the case paper of my neighbour After waiting for almost one n half hour i asked the sister there that where is the case paper she started searching and create drama . After that too they made us wait too long and also lost our case paper . After going at 11:30 am we were made wait for 4 hours . And got done at 3:00 pm . Worst service ever . Very bad service and staff being a old pateint i will never comeback neither recommend anybody to come here in the charity section . Also i hope some action is taken against the receptionist the sister over there and 2 assistant. Thankyou . Never ever go to the charity section here .

worst experience ever now i am regretting why i have done my lasix in ojas. Staff really don't have sense how to talk just they want money every time they are treating people according to there dressing sense especially the receptionist she is really arogant and i think she is the worst person i meet in my life . I just want to inform that you are no know to judge us fincially or from our clothes . And i have invested my 1 lakh 25 thousand in your worst hospital thats my biggest mistake to think that if i invest more than i get good facilities and service we also have alternative but i choose ojas my biggest mistake please my suggestion is please don't do your surgery from ojas 🙏🏻

Pathetic hospital. Spoiled my dad,'s eye. Damaged the cornea in a cataract eye surgery. Dr Sneha Prabhu was the treating doctor. Given steroids for eye care. First place how come there is a wound in the surgery. Please don't go to ojas eye hospital Bandra west

I wanted to meet dr saumil Seth and dr Nitin for my eye issues. We were given appointment of 12.45 and dr saumil was v v late we had to sit for hours and dr saumil had not reached the clinic. Finally when he arrived he took paitents one standing behind another like muncipal hospital did not give time to the paitents to explain and get satisfactory answers. It was waste of time money and efforts. I did not expect this at all. I visited the dr with high hope and to get solution to my problem. Extremely disappointed with the approach. I went there reading about the reviews but I personally had a v bad experience.

Hi i visited this hospital in May 2018 from London for my floters laser surgery .i talk with Dr.Neetin on the phone few times before i went there .he said he will do it without any problem .i went there he check my eyes and he said he will try to give few shot of laser to my floters and if it works then he will do the full surgery so i agreed and then he pass me on to Dc P Mehta insted of trying few shots he done full surgery and ask me to pay Rs 25000 so i paid it. then Dc Neetin check my eyes he said all clear now floters is removed and he said 100% clear so i was happy and went home with my brother in law . next day i woke up and i found that floters is still there he hasnt done any thing so i call Dc Neetin it was Sunday so he repley come again on Monday.so we went back on monday and Dc Neetin check my eyes again and he said my floter was disloceted and it was too big to break. so i ask what i have to do now then Dc P Mehta and Dc Neetin suggested me to do viterious surgery which means they suck fluid out from my eye and put artificial fluid in my eye . Both of them told me there is no risk in that surgery .then i ask how much it will cost they said 85000 Rupees then i said how about the money i paid yesterday then Dc Neetin said i will didcut 50% off if you go ahead and do the surgery again . then i said let me think about it and then i sand my report to my Uncel in Anand and my friend in USA they both said dont do that surgery one in thousdand you might loose your eye sight . then i come back to London and i had my floter laser surgery done in USA and its 85% gone. so guys think twice before you go to this hospital. i know the staff are good and sweet talker and Doctors too but dont fall in trap.they all after money they dont care about your eyes or about you.always get 2nd openion from others dont just trust this guys . i lost 25000 rupees for me is nothing but becareful . i want recomand anybody to go there. for the same floter laser surgery Nanavati hospital charge only 5000 rupees .
