We did a tele-consult with the doctor yesterday night 9:30 PM. My brother who is the patient spoke to the doctor. Its been 15 hours doctor has not shared the prescription yet. I have called almost more then 15 times and did multiple whatsapp and sms but no response. Is this a professionalism? Is this how we care for covid patients? What trust patient will show towards doctor in such cases when there is already a panic situation.
Doctors should respond in such situations and take care professionally.
We are not left with any choice except reach to other doxtor. We felt we lost precious time and lost trust
