Very good shop to purchase sunglasses. Visited a few shops in the malls but couldn't find a sunglasses but this shop had great options which made me difficult to choose. Overall a very pleasant experience . Nazeeb helped us to find the best sunglasses with the latest trend and also according to our tastes. He was quick enough to understand our needs and helped us to find one

The store is large and has ample lighting, would definitely recommend based on staff helpfulness.

Titan Eye+ as a brand is great. They might not be as visible as Lenskart but their products and services are genuinely good. I visited this shop last week back to get my spectacles fixed. I had got those from Titan Eye+ in Mumbai in 2021.. and finally in 2024 they needed some minor fixing. That too was done free of cost as promised. I am very happy with Titan Eye+ in general and their staff behaviour is equally wonderful. They are well mannered and to the point. Thank You Titan !!

I just visited on 17jan for eye glass , To be frank the staff are really friendly and educated .they provide you the best solution with suitable frame .The store and the environment location is good .And coming to collections it's really good and have a large number of sun glass collections .
Over all i could rate 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and the service is osum they follow up in WhatsApp and I got it delivered within 3days with 1 year free insurance.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY;
1. Check that you get a NEW frame, you might get the same Demo piece which hundreds of people have already handled in the store. (I asked before placing the order and STILL got the demo piece. They denied it but fortunately the proof was too evident for them to stick with their story)
2. Check that you get a CERTIFICATE of AUTHENTICITY; if you upgraded to the more premium "Crizal" lenses, make sure they have a watermark on them by blowing hot air and fogging them up to reveal the watermark on the lens. (mine didn't have the watermark nor did I get a certificate, and yet the guys at the store are telling me these are original).
3. Check EVERYTHING they tell you by researching online; alot of the information the sales lady gave me was incorrect, fortunately my friend is an ophthalmologist and gave me all the correct information (I was told by the sales lady that the "blue filter" lenses was "new technology" and I already knew about this for several years but I didn't have them on my old glasses)
I'm now waiting for a resolution from the manager who's been on "holiday" and shall update once things are explained to me better.
Update;
I have to say I'm quite surprised at the excellent customer service I have gotten recently. They followed up on my complaints and have offered to change the "demo" glasses with a new one. I have also been assured that the Crizal Preventia lenses that I had ordered don't come with a watermark. All said and done, I'm quite happily surprised that the Titan corporate office took note of the issue and has contacted the store manager to rectify the issue. Kudos Titan, true to your Tata name.
I do however find it surprising that Titan as a brand sells demo pieces to customers (normally, the last demo piece is sold off in a sale) but that I supposed is their decision as a company and I wouldn't prefer to buy glasses from here if this is the case.
I also find it strange that they have blank warranty cards in their possession from Crizal. I don't think this is right, since only Crizal should possess and send these warranty cards along with the glasses they have worked on.
I've changed this from a 1 star to a 3 star thanks to the excellent issue resolution.
PS; if you're looking for an alternative; I've been going to S.R. Gopal Rao and so has my father (3 generation old company). The only problem is they close early in the evening (which is why I went to titan this time. Lesson learnt)

I have been dealing with an minor issue for redeeming my insurance of my previous specatles and I don't seem to be getting anywhere, when the store manager Ms. Nethravathi/Mr.Ravindra are not even contactable. They seem to be too confused with policies and procedures which don't seem to be in place. Very poor customer experience so far. Request Mr. Karan Sharma to look into this for your struggling customer.

Got my order messed up; I will recommend that if you do decide to go then make sure your write everything to let them know what you want. I paid 32K for glasses with request for transitions; and certainly they didn’t understand. Not that I was charged extra, but brings much disappointment on the final product. Now I have to get another glasses for myself, money gone waste. Ofcourse, this time it will not be with Titan Eye+ MG Road

I always buy my spectacles from Titan eye+ for myself and my family members. The experience i had at this time was not a pleasant one. Felt like they don't care for customers. They were a bit reflected to show the frames. After choosing the frames they have forgotten to mark for lens placement. Even after reminding the billing person/manger he had just ignored saying we will not do it now. Even after telling him that it used to be practiced he said they don't do it anymore.
After three hours I got a call from the showroom asking for the marking for the lens. I visit them once again , but they try to take measurements in random spectacles. After insisting they get a similar frame and take the Markings. But now i am a bit worried about the lens placement and it's going to be my kid's first spectacle.

The worst quality frames that one can ever buy. But marketed in the name of Titan. I had ordered a frame in June for my daughter and it cracked in two while she was wearing it. No responsibility taken by titan in their showroom on MG road. Had to buy another frame as my daughter had exams the next day and she doesn’t have a spare spectacles. They expect everyone to take insurance and not provide standard quality. Would suggest people to avoid buying frames from titan as they sell sub par spectacles with high cost and no responsibility.

Paid a total of 4600/- and within 2 months lens got scratched with using so carefully. They told for repair I have to pay 2400/- . Worst lens. Please think again before buying from here.. Lens are very poor quality and over priced. I had a local spectacles I have been using it for a year which never had any scratches.

I rate 1 star not for the product, but for the services. I have gone to this outlet three times and all the three times they have made some mistake or the other.
I confirmed if the specs is ready before going to the shop and they asked me to come and collect it. Upon reaching the shop, they are like it's not ready. Horrible and irresponsible people in this outlet.
