I am 67 years old patient of Thyroglossal Duct Cyst in the top of my neck with 4cm size which I had for 7 years ..I visited the Great Dr Padmakumar who was the only Surgeon in the world who managed to remove my Cyst with Endoscopic Surgery without Sistrunk procedure .. I searched online for a non Sistrunk procedure with Endoscopy procedure in Allover the World but I did Not find .. Dr Padmakumar was the only Dr who said he can do . I met him in his Keyhole Clinic in Kochi and done the Surgery in Lakeshore Hospital in Kochi itself .. I am grateful to Dr Padmakumar for what he did to me .. Now I am one week after surgery without the Cyst and without Sistrunk and feeling Healthy and in a great condition .. I am a 63 YO female from Kochin Kerala. I approached Dr Padmakumar Sir, for the treatment of 'Warthin's Tumor' about 5cms. large (it slowly grew from 1cm), below my right ear.  It was located in a critical place where all the facial nerves and the parotid gland was passing through. I was very afraid to have any procedure done due to the fear of facial paralysis. After seeing several other Docs and being totally dejected,  I came across Dr. Padmakumar Sir.  On my first visit to Dr Padmakumar Sir, he quelled all my fears and assured he would do his best.  I and my husband put all our trust in God and Doc and decided to go ahead with the procedure. On 7thJune 2022 i underwent the surgery at Lakeshore Hospital in Kochin Kerala. The Tumor was excisioned in 'toto'. It’s not easy to get a second chance in life , but I am blessed to have one .I was obese all my life and was getting into depression. I tried all the fat diets, actual diets and exercises together but never got a positive change. Other than psychological disturbances I gained nothing. Dr. R. Padmakumar and his team at welcaŕe excellently performed my thyroidectomy. Despite presenting with complications he and his team handled it perfectly without nerve damage by the grace of God. After iodine scanning only 2 small residues were found in the region. God bless him and his team

When I first came to know about Dr. R. Padmakumar, I wasn’t sure about how things would turn out since we were in different countries, ever changing covid related travel regulations, rising covid cases in Kerala, my work schedule, school schedule and the relatively short time to get the surgery done due to associated health issues. Dr. Padmakumar has a wealth of experience in laparoscopic and obesity surgery and will carefully evaluate you to take the most appropriate approach that will help you achieve the best possible outcome. He is a wonderful and gifted surgeon, and his team of doctors were always kind, helpful and attentive. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares so much for a patient.

Dr.Padmakumar is an excellent surgeon, very skilled, very positive and extremely down to earth . He installs confidence in patient, explains in words any normal person can understand and support the patient throughout from the psychological starting of a patients surgery life cycle till the recovery phase. He takes call at whatever time and help the patient\attendant with required information/advice with patience .It was so comfortable to interact with him for my wife’s Umbilical Hernia surgery which was complex and was a complete open surgery. I know Dr Padmakumar sir from 2009, He clear my daughter's bowel pain,, Next I met him at surgical ICU,,, That time my kid was suffering with a life threatening stage,,, He was very sympathetic to us n save my kid, He use to call her tutoo, I have no words to thank Padmakumar sir, for me n my family he s not a doctor he s our guardian who save us by giving apt guidence, last Jan I met him with report of neck scan, m hvng a nodule on my neck, he keep on telling its risk to keep in better remove total thyroid, Now m eagerly wait to see him in OT for Thyroidectomy... Totally screwed up, my case, had to undergo two more rounds of surgery. Mine was case if gall bladder stones removal surgery. Which has become a real pain. I am un happy.
