I went there seeing all 5* reviews, But had very bad experience. If you need something BRANDED stuff this shop may not be good for you. I went to buy Essilor brand lenses and there was 1 guy polite enough to attend and i paid 50%. The game totally changed when i went to collect my eye glass, First of all i checked lenses but it seems fake to me as per my verification. I asked owner who was only there one old man, why glass is outside of frame, he gave me many justification this and that, did not listen me and said its because of power, its not their issue. I told him i will not pay unless they provide essilor invoice. n i left the shop. After 2-3 days they called me again, said specs r ready, i went ,checked , verification =success so paid and left. If you r going first time there, high chances you will be fooled or scammed if you don't recognise genuine product vs fake product. They don't have accountability. (add- They called me for bad review here and asked to improve their rating upon they will provide invoice but i never received any invoice)

The elderly shopkeeper is very rude. I got a pair of glasses made in September on a urgent basis as my existing pair broke. They obliged me with free delivery to my office and got the pair ready in 24-36 hours which was impressive. However I noticed that my glasses started to turn yellowish so I took them to the shop in April. I expressed my concern to the elderly man present there, he got super defensive and a little aggressive too. He asked for the glasses as he wanted to send them to the lab, i asked for an alternative solution as I didn’t have a backup pair of glasses on me. I wanted to know the possible cause and understand what could have happened as I am wearing glasses from decades now and never once I saw this phenomena with glasses which are just 6 months old. I do not recommend this place. It is pricey, services are good but the owners or staff or whoever is present are rude and they just do not listen to you. All they want is your money and business and then they just don’t care.

Pathetic owner. Don’t know how to behave with customer. He makes you feel like you are cheap customer if you bargain. Owner has no sense how to behave with customer and uses very bad language. Request everyone not to go there instead try ainakwala optical store who are best for this part as well as with many options to buy. I have shared my contact details on your insta handle. Incident happened on 2nd nov between 4 pm to 6:30
