"I was crossing the road when a car suddenly hit me. I was rushed to KIMS Hospital in Gachibowli in an emergency. I had a left leg fracture and a severe stomach injury. The CT scan revealed 2 liters of blood loss due to a spleen rupture. My blood pressure dropped drastically, and my heart rate increased to 150. I became unconscious. Dr. Rajesh Sir examined my reports, which arrived around 12 midnight, and immediately performed surgery. He removed the entire blood clot and spleen. I responded quickly to the treatment. I don't know what would have happened if I hadn't received treatment on p time. By the time the surgery was completed, it was 5 am. My hemoglobin level dropped to 4 grams. I received 5 packets of blood. The plastic surgery team treated my head wound, and another team performed surgery on my leg fracture. I'm recovering well now. Kindly don't go by ratings. These may be paid ratings. Last week I went to KIMS Gachibowli with prior appointment and reached hospital 45 minutes earlier (around 2.30 pm) than my scheduled appointment. But doctor was not available (OPD timings of said doctor is (10 am to 4pm). They should have basic courtesy to inform the patients if the doctor is not available. Poor service.
