This is a wonderful shop. I live in London and had been looking for a particular model of sunglasses made by Police and I eventually found what I was looking for. The only problem was that the shop, Charun Optic, was in India. I needn't have worried. I sent an e-mail to the shop and a very helpful gentleman called Bhumic Shah replied to me and saw me through the whole process. Firstly he sent me photos of the glasses to confirm the model. Then he sent me a link to pay and from then on stayed in contact, keeping me up to date with the shipping progress until the glasses duly arrived. This was a completely trouble free process and I would heartily recommend Charun Optic......a great shop.

A super thanks to Charun Optic. They literally worked a miracle. I was looking for a particular set of Ray-Bans, blue gradient with blue frames. It was meant to be a gift for my wife. We had a similar one but it was stolen from a place where it should have been safe. Since then, I've been looking for it all over, and in many cities, both here and abroad, but couldn't find it. During my online search I came across Charun Optic and asked them if they had it. They promptly responded but said they didn't have it but offered blue gradient glass in different frames. I asked if they could find one, thinking 'pooch ke dekhte hain'. Lo and behold, they got back to me after a few days to say they had it. I was stunned. I got nitpicky and asked if it was original and could they send me photos. They promptly sent it. I was thrilled. They sent a QR code for payment but I'm old fashioned and asked if I could pay by card. They sent a link, I paid. And a week later, it arrived! Thanks again!

Great place to stop by to shop branded glasses and excellent service. My Gucci glasses were damaged and I had no hope of getting them fixed .The staff got them fixed within 3 days and I can wear them again. They have a wide range of sunglasses & I ended up buying another Gucci sunglass from here .Thank you ,Keep up the good work
