Dr Barik done surgery to my wife and from my experience I can say that --- 1 He is a very skilled surgeon 2.Very caring and responsible 3.Listen patients with patience 4.Explain necessary details 5.Very humble and polite 6.He is a true professional.Despite have a serious personal problem (I can't cite details here to honour his privacy) he doesn't shy away from responsibility for the cause of his patient. I take my wife to him confused and worried but he gave us mental support and returned us healthy and tension free.No thanks is enough.To me he stands as a lighthouse and taking us away from problems .

Dr. Sukhamoy Barik is an emotion for me because I got the most beautiful and precious gift, my daughter through him in my life on 11-11-2022, Friday at 9:49 am. My younger daughter was born in his supervision in Charnock Hospital during Corona 2nd wave. When many of the hospitals had closed OPDs, Dr. Barik and Charnock stood for the patients. I am writing to share my deeply distressing experience with Dr. Sukhamoy Barik, a gynecologist whose actions during my pregnancy had detrimental consequences for both myself and my baby. During my prenatal care, Dr. Barik overlooked critical findings in the twelfth-week NT scan report, which clearly indicated "High resistance uterine artery flow noted with early diastolic notch." This crucial oversight went untreated until the 29th week, leading to severe complications and the diagnosis of Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR). As a result, my baby had to be delivered prematurely at 33 weeks with a dangerously low birth weight of 1 kg. The trauma did not end there. Instead of owning up to his mistakes, Dr. Barik attempted to manipulate us into seeking care at another hospital brand. This deceitful behavior only added to our distress during an already challenging time. Thankfully, the situation improved under the care of Dr. Dibyendu Banerjee, who took over during the complications. Dr. Banerjee's professionalism, competence, and genuine concern for our well-being were evident throughout the ordeal. His intervention was crucial in managing the situation, and I am immensely grateful for his expertise. The journey did not end with delivery; my baby spent a grueling 28 days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) due to the premature birth and low birth weight. This added an extra layer of stress and uncertainty to an already difficult situation. Reflecting on this experience, I urge anyone considering Dr. Sukhamoy Barik for prenatal care to proceed with caution. His negligence and manipulation not only endangered my baby's health but also left lasting emotional scars. In conclusion, it is crucial to advocate for oneself and seek care from providers who prioritize integrity, competence, and genuine concern for their patients. 🚫🚫beware of fakr PR reviews....one of the worst dr ever met.....went to him for an emergency case of pregnant lady.....dr paid no heed to what were we talking saying....totall ignorance..no daignosis nothing ...took no history from us and arrived at diagnosis...just copied everything from previous dr prescription and told go and admit....worst ever experience.....such doctors are spoiling whole doctor community
