I was hospitalized with high fever and Actute inflammation of lungs with HBA1c 9. I was able to breath properly. Thanks to Doctors who diagnosed my illness and strated my treatment immediately and in 3 days i recovered fully and discharged. Neo is having a good team of doctors. I appreciate and thanks to all neo hospital staff for their support during my stay.

Dr. Sandeep Gulati is a very senior Gastroenterologist in Neo hospital. He is expert in his field, down to earth and soft spoken. I went there for colonoscopy procedure which was done nicely and I didn't experienced any issues post that. Dr. Sandeep is very patient and he listened and responded to my all queries. Staff working along with him is very supportive. Especially sister Sunaina. She was easily approachable over call and explained the pre-requisites for the test in a good way. Not uncessarly creating the panic situation which usually other professionals create in today's time. She was very suppo throughout the procedure. Thanks to the doctor and the staff.

Neo has some exceptional expertise in Gastro and Neuro deptts. Pulmo is also very good. Gastroenterologist, in particular, is the best or one of the best in Noida. His expertise, sincerity and concern are rare. Above all, he owns the patients.

It's a horrible hospital My mom was admitted there for some lung disease. They will not clearly tell us what exactly the disease is.
No seperate cardiac care unit but they will admit the patient in cardiac care unit
Medicine prescribed was given on MRP.
Lift is very slow and over packed no proper facilities
We asked for the case summary after 2 days it was provided
That too when we started fighting
Few of the nursing and helper staff were rude , they steel sleepers, hair clip.
Hospital is very expensive
Worst problem is they will not let you know the exact diagnosis

Very poor service… The dentist did not use the gloves at first to check my teeth. Also only for extracting my one tooth they have asked for 4000rs. which I don’t think is worth at all.
Also the hospital has only two lifts for 15pax each and has 11 floors which is a problem for patients.
Not at all happy with the hospital!

Its one of the pathetic hospital I have ever seen in my life. One of my known admitted and irony about this hospital is even after admitted for 15 days.. the hospital team not able to diagnose the actual illness...shamefull act ... be cautious about this hospital.

Highly disappointed with the service. They have made it into a big money making machine and the staff isn't that well trained. The MRI machine was not working and just because of that they were charging 7.8k per day. I visited this hospital with my mother. She is a bed ridden patient so doctor suggested that it would be better if we admit her for one or two days so that all the test can be done. He also said that few injections and drips can also be given in the meantime. We agreed. They couldn't do the MRI for two days as their machine wasn't working. When we said that it's not fair that we stay here, paying such high cost for the admission just for the MRI. They kept making excuses that they are arranging the MRI but they didn't. Worst service. They are charging equivalent to any big private hospital but the services are not upto the mark. The hospital staff isn't trained well. For my mother they didn't do anything except for one injection. I won't suggest anyone to pay that much money in return of no service. They don't even have spare clean bedsheets if patients need.

I want to share my experience at Neo Hospital sector 50 , and unfortunately, it wasn't good. Here are the main problems:
Expensive with No Clear Information: The hospital charges a lot of money, but they don't explain things clearly to the people taking care of patients. It's confusing and stressful.
Poor Facilities for Attendants: The place where attendants stay while their loved ones are in the hospital is not good. They don't have enough things they need, like comfy chairs or clean bathrooms.
Too Expensive for What You Get: Even though the hospital is super pricey, the treatment plans aren't very good. It feels like you're paying too much for not enough help.
Not Enough Information: They don't tell the attendants much about what's happening with the patient or what the plan for treatment is. It leaves people feeling lost and worried.
Overall, my time at Neo Hospital sector 50 wasn't great because it's expensive, the attendant facilities are poor, the treatment plans aren't worth the money, and they don't give enough information. I hope they can fix these problems soon so others don't have the same experience.

I am writing this review because the hospital staff mentioned that their feedback form is over. I only come to this Hospital as the panel of doctors are good. However, other than the doctors panel, there's nothing good to quote about this hospital.
The staff is stretched and does not have the bandwidth to handle the allocated number of patients on the floor. It took me 45 minutes after obtaining clearance from the billing team to get my patient changed into normal cloths.
I understand that the hospital service is THE most noble profession and a difficult one as well. But when the charges of this hospital are right at the benchmarks set by likes of Medanta or Fortis, we don't deserve the service of a government hospital. This hospital needs to evaluate their all the processes and manpower right at this moment. I don't think I am coming back to this hospital in a long time.

I went there in emergency for my 4 year old with a gash wound on his chin. We were asked to wait in minor OT. While we were waiting few nurses and ward boys decided to open a bottle of Cola and chips in the OT. Then one of the guys (not a doctor) with a mouth full of chips rudely asked me to hurry up calming my hysterical child as his shift was about to be over. I was alone as my husband being in Army can't be with me. The behaviour of the staff and under confidence and rudeness of the doctors available made me question my decision to visit this hospital, which previously was a small hospital but had good staff who were considerate and also doctors were young but were compassionate and knowledgeable. It saddened me deeply that the hospital has only upgraded its infrastructure however has miserably failed to make its patients feel cared for.
Once a good hospital is now just another business establishment in Noida.
A disappointed Mother

Not recommended at all ..I end there fro dressing change of my daughter, she is 6 years old and got steam burnt with layer of skin gone and was recovering well but not fully recovered and the doctor on duty suggested to leave it open which in itself is careless suggestion as that would have invited infection though o got the dressing done by not so expert who while cleaning the wound made it bleed which never happened in last 12 days (where I was getting the dressing done on alternate days). Very bad experience I had

I came to emergency in midnight due to heavy pain in abdomen caused by kidney stones, they put urine bag first so stone can pass and give me injections for pain, but rest or nursing and patient care services is worst, they treat me like I am a thief or thug. In morning I ask them multiple time to make my discharge but staff at nurse station keep ignoring me to increase bed timings so they can make heavy bill also when I ask multiple time to remove urine bag so I can go for billing but still they denying to remove it by saying that first clear your bill then only they will make that urine bag remove. Now emergency room night staff want me pay for full day care because I stayed long because they keep ignoring me and extending my stay time as well. Now want me pay more and make me stay with hanging urine bag which I aske to remove multiple time for then 2 hour.
Worst nursing and patient care staff in emergency room ever see.

Doctor might be good but worst staff and absolutely zero care for patients. They are using mobile phones in ICU and not taking care of the patients in ICU. Doctors know how to smartly fool the patient relatives।They just know how to smartly make money and loot it cunningly.

Very bad service on line contact's number not useful phone received by hospital staff and with out listening cut tha phone again & again

Staff is not at coperative and always provide wrong information. For appointments , the support staff provide number as per there conveyed contacts . I got appointment 4 days prior of Dr Rajeev motiyani and I reach by 11 am because OPD start at 12 PM , still as per billing staff my Appointment number is 33 whereas in hand written entry it's clearly mentioned that number was 6 or 7 . They should communicate to patient accordingly. As per their relationship and convenience they are appointing numbers. Very poor management and degrading hospital image.

This is the worst hospital that I ever visited. The consultation fees is ₹2,500 and they(Doctors) do not talk even for 2.5 minutes. The charges are very high. The functionality is very mismanaged. Only VIPs and known ones are get to meet the doctor. The doctor keeps an assistant to diagnose the patient and attitude is very egotistic of the Doctor. I went to meet Dr. Rajiv Motiani. He was not supportive and it’s quite a bad experience. I would not suggest to visit this hell like bad hospital ever.

The worst Hospital. Zero star. Don't choose it ever, not even in emergencies. I wish I would have read the one star ratings. the 5 star ones are fake, look for the likes of the one star reviews. # Google reviews, should do something about it.
There is no human in the hospital, all are money suckers. Even Doctors are trained to ask you to get admitted ( even if you don't need). FOR a Asthma Patient, having Asthma attack when reached there, got checked for SpO2, and got 99. after getting the treatment, it was 96, and in the answer of this question Dr. just bluffed about it.
There is many things I can tell here about , but people has already mentioned it from years, and till now there is no improvement. The one good thing is the wheel chair services, the service persons are scared to do that because of the cameras everywhere( as they mentioned).

Terrible place. Second insident. Doctors don't have human touch. receptionists don't have any proper info.
Covid m 100 people in a small reception area. No sitting arrangement.

I lost my sister because of staff and doctors carelessness i know doctors are not gods who can save everyone but this hospital is really bad they can't even tackle typhoid my sister spend 9 days in hospital in pain they don't even give her medicine on time everytime they call us and say "Come fast and buy medicine for the patient so we can give her medicine" like what the hell man they act like we are running somewhere else just to save our money it's a common sense man we ofcourse pay all the bills the patient is still there we are not abandoning our family member just to save some money afterall i want to say this hospital staff doesn't have any common sense and doctors are also unqualified they will just leech out the money till the patient is dead i lost my sister i don't want anyone else to lost their loved ones

Please think twice before admitting your patient.
The doctors are excellent but the quality of other services is pathetic.
1. Attendant is not provided with any pillow or sheet, you have to arrange it yourself.
2. The TV and remote will not work.
3. You won’t get any help from housekeeping staff.
4. Handtowel, sanitiser and tissues for the patient are to be arranged yourself.
5. There is no feedback team to listen to you. Even if they do they are not bothered to ask you.
Vikas Jain
This is a very wrong and bad hospital, and the people of the hospital management do not hesitate to loot. The rates of medicines and bills are arbitrary here. If you ask for some answers from them, then Rahizades even do the work of getting bouncers beaten up. They are looting the public under the guise of hospital. Medicine bill 2094, hospital is taking 2194 online payment, bill receipt, everything is present, still the money has not been returned.
Rohit Sharma
Worst experience ever for any patient staffs are very rude and we can't expect any cooperative gesture from them everytime when u go and ask anything they behave like we have come in a govt hospital and taking free treatment or any favour of treatment from them.. despite paying much higher appointment fee facing such behavior is very pathetic

Beware!!!! Neo is one of the worst hospitals. I would say it's worst than worst. Nurse inserted injection in wrong nerve and my husband lost immense blood. They started fixing floor tiles while there were patients in the emergency ward. It felt like we were in the construction site. Dust. Constant hitting on the ground. Rude nurses and doctors. Group of all nurses and doctors were talking about how they loot patients when they come to Neo. Do not go to Neo if you wanna live. They will you turn into the corpse!!
Mayank Chauhan
They might have a good doctor but it is the most money minded hospital ever been too.
1) if you are a new patient you will be given appointment immediately because they charge Rs. 1000 extra as a first time appointment fee!
Is that even a justified fee?
2) you won't get a second appointment easily even if doctor mentions it on the first appointment paper. In my case doctor asked me to come bck after 7 days but hospital denied to give any appointment before 20 days.
3) if you fight for a sooner appointment you give be asked to sit all day and see the doctor when all patients for the day are done seeing the doctor. Lucky for me, my house was nearby because i had to wait from 11am-6pm!
4) tests are costlier compared to even reputed hospitals. So don't get any test done here.
5) unnecessary waiting even for tests as attendants go on strolls for no reason
Again, i am not sure if doctors are good but i can assure you the hospital's management and procedures are pathetic!
All Neo hospital is focused on is making money.
