We have a great experience with Doctor Ushashi Mukherjee Madam from the time of conceive till smooth delivery of my baby. She took care of my wife very gently and politely with proper diagnosis and medication throughout her pregnancy journey. Both Mother and Baby is doing great because of her. I am very thankful to her. It was a wonderful experience..I visited to Ushasi ma'am for my mother. She is very friendly and coopeartive. I must tell you she made my mother feel super comfortable and heard. Her behavior is so calm and supportive. My mom have multiple questions and she patiently answered everything without any irritation. She explained everything to my mom and cleared out r doubts. I visited her by a friend's recommendation for my mum. We are from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dr. Mukherjee is a great gynecologist emitting positive energy, she takes enough time to understand my mums current condition, describes us what is the problem is and tells us why she is giving any medicine (though she gives a minimal number of medicines). I visit her physically in her Kalikapur Suraksha chamber but my mum gets connected remotely from Dhaka - she takes time to talk to her over WhatsApp and comforts her not to get worried. This is how a good physician must act with her patient. God bless her.

I have no enough words to describe how good she is as a Gynocologist. My wife was not able to conceive even after we were trying for 16 months. We visited a renowned Doctor before ,but he was too busy to discuss about the treatment he is doing to us. We changed the Doc and visited Dr Ushasi. With God,s grace my wife got pregnant within 1 month of her treatment. She prescribed HSG test which the previous Doc didnt. She listens to your problems very calmly. She takes ample time to discuss about the treatment. Her behaviour makes you feel very comfortable. Even both of us cant believe the good news till now. Its such an wonderful feeling. I believe this is the best feeling in the world. It takes away all your pain in life. We shall always be grateful to Dr Ushasi Mukherjee. We wish all the best for her future journey.

We have received the greatest gift of nature recently ...it was in the month of May 2024 the journey started when we came to know ..and we started consultation with Ushasi Mam,from the very first day she was supportive and heard all our anxiety and questions,and always treated with care ,even in odd hours also she responded even for small doubts,Madam always talked with us to make us stress free and has given time to listen to our words and suggested.During her time off also she personally was in touch daily in critical stage for any concerns..we feel lucky enough to have the consultation with Madam in this period.post surgery also we are get in touch with Madam for any concern and also to mention about Suman da...for arranging consultation timing and support throughout the tenure.

Actually always visited delay in time at chamber. Every time need to wait. In 9month pregnant prescription for xray. Somehow saved. The day before,during admission, After admission phone was not received. Not even responded over SMS. Delivery time was 2pm but she arrived OT 2:30pm however patient was waiting in OT from 1:50pm After delivery no visit to patients for checking condition. I called next day after delivery for visit as my wife need support however she didn't bothered received the phone. Next day again I tried to call her multiple times. Once she received and assure she will come to check. We have waited till 9pm at hospital based on her PA confirmation at last she arrived at 11:30pm when my wife was sleeping. That visit was for 2mins. Now coming to financial part. Before delivery she informed that she will take 45K for surgery, after delivery the amount asked for 65K. Secondly she has shown in discharge paper, she had visited 6times for that she charged 900*6. But actual visit was only 1 that is for 2mins and at 11:30pm. After discharge also my wife was in pain in her stitches and tried to call however result same no response. At last we have forced to visit another doctor.

We visited Dr. Ushasi Mukherjee once in Apollo Clinic at night (9 pm), when no attendees were available to check vitals of my wife. Moreover, Dr. Ushasi herself did not asked for past medication & diseases. Now, her secretary or whoever every now & then asking for Google review. Hence, I am giving this review ☝️

Better to avoid, Everyone is not going to give higher star reviews just because of a dedicated team is there for it. Never seen a doctor's dedicated team asking for reviews via WhatsApp in my life😂. Receptionist even told me to take appointment for report showing and to pay the same consultation charge again.Money is not everything but asking to pay money for just report showing visit, it is just pathetic to everyone who is facing problem with his/her beloved one. After all those she didn't even touched the patient a single time even with a stetho , I have never seen this type of doctor in my life.

Extremely bad doctor will not go ever,she's so misbehaving and rude, the way she was answering in online consultation seems like she's doing a charity for me, this is the end of my visit to her, not fit for the profession

Worst behavior, worst management, and money seeker. I met her on 11.07.2024 for the first time and mentioned that my period had skipped the last month. She told me to take medicine for 5 days and that my period would come before 31st July. She advised me to do a test and an ultrasound and show her the results. When my report was ready, I called her assistant, and they said they needed a fee of 1000 again to see the report because 10 days had passed. Ushasi Mukharjee told me to request them not to charge the fee if I had trouble paying. This is too cheap for a doctor. If you consult someone to test blood ultrasound or etc , you should at least see the report free of cost because they have already paid the fees. I don't have a money problem, but why should we give you more? Need to Change policy.

Have consulted doctor around 7-8 months back for my wife's health issues.Still we get messages on WhatsApp every month to share our feedback and post a review. Utterly disturbing and insensitive thing to pester patients for review even when they are not interested. These are search engine optimisation methods so that when you search for the" best doctor..."in Google, these names come up on top.Advise for patients- use your prudence and judgement and don't blindly go with online review count which are pushed out of patients.

I visited the Apollo clinic Ballygunge today. When I told my problem with madam she was not listening to my problem carefully. She ignored me. Very bad service. Behaviour very bad. Never visit with Ushasi mukherjee. Money is very high. Service is third class.

I am convinced the reviews are somewhat fake. I get it, she is busy. But i called her in an urgency, her assistant said that he can confirm an appointment in two days but to send my concern, she will revert. It has been 7 days, didnt revert nor did he called with an appointment. In critical conditions, you need a doctor who cares for you and not just for business. Then her interns kept calling and messaging from different numbers and asking for 5 star review.

Dr is too busy to respond to patients. She expects patients to visit her for every single query and doesnot have time to read your msgs or reply. She has hired people specially for requesting evryone (even after only 1 consultation) to post 5 stars in google reviews for her, she could have rather devoted people to respond to patients rather than begging for 5 stars in google, as she doesnt have time or interest whatever the case may be. Even in online consultation she hardly listens and is in a hurry whereas online consultation fees is higher. She advised me surgery for a cyst and was more interested in the surgery rather than my main concern. For any query she doesnt respond properly unless u pay and book for consultation. Her team contacts and pleads for 5star google rating. She even prescribed me diabetes medicine to lose weight. I am keeping screenshot of my review in case it gets deleted, as I am now wondering why all her reviews are so positive? Just an advise, just like you have hired people to plead for good reviews, please hire some staffs for responding to queries of patients. Even we are busy and we cant visit you again and again for small queries and pay you 800 for small queries.

Dr Ushasi Mukherjee is the worst doctor I have ever met. She is more a midwife than a doctor, more a businesswoman than a doctor. Her only intention is to squeeze money from patients rather than providing them with a proper treatment. She recommends repeated visits in order to squeeze more and more fees. I highly doubt her MBBS degree and other mentioned degrees I have been detected with pcos in my tvs ultrasound. I visited her with my report. She instead of properly seeing my scan and report just told to wait for more 15days for arrival of my period and if not arrived again conduct test for pregnancy and if it appears negative take pills to start periods mechanically, and then on 2nd day of my periods conduct a series of blood tests and again visit her paying her fees as she ll then prescribe hormonal medications. Her treatment style or rather her knowledge is indeed dangerous When it is said that tvs ultrasound is the ultimate test of pregnancy then where from this again conduction of pregnancy test appears as per ushasi's recommendation. She is genuinely illiterate or its simply her business strategy! Very much dissatisfied I got saved by taking 2nd opinion I want refund of my money wasted.

Address of home is given instead of clinic. They also didn't respond my numerous phone call and WhatsApp.

It was all good until we came to know she prescribed a wrong dose of medicine...just because we had professionals at home..the mistake could be identified.. I'm afraid what would have happened to the other patients who wouldn't even know it was a mistake..and it's a very sensitive issue concerning a pregnant woman

She is money minded and suggest wrong treatments and surgeries for money . She has an army of interns who takes care of her google review . Please do not chose doctor based on google review doctors and never consult Dr. Usashi if you want to live .

The worst doctor with good Google rating. Never go to her. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and today I could die because of her. My bp is generally low since years (usually between 90/65 to 100/70). She gave ecospirn (a blood thinnner). After taking the medicine at night, morning i fainted and whole day my bp is still down and fluctuating between 70/46 to 80/58, my stool was very dark. My condition was informed to her in the morning but She didn't provide any medical advice for the low BP condition the whole day and in the evening her assistant replied to take ors and said you can come to the clinic. Was extremely unwell and shaking the whole day. I see she's prompt to reply in Google reviews in defence but doesn't respond to patients in time which can lead to death. We are not doctors, we don't know which condition is serious and which is normal, only doctor can say and today it was a very serious condition only because of her. I had to consult two other doctors because of sudden low BP, they responded on time even though I'm not their patient and they said it's because of ecospirn and said blood thinner is not required at this stage, that too to a low BP patient, asked to stop taking immediately (sometimes given at 2nd trimester not in first trimester). What kind of a pathetic doctor she is, without verifying the condition or bp of the patient, shouldn't prescribe medicine to everybody. Didn't get any medical help and response. Never go to her and Never fall for her sweet words. she might have book knowledge but no real knowledge. I'm still unwell, not feeling any pregnancy symptoms, don't know whether my baby heartbeat will come or not. She gave 3 numbers and contacted in 3 numbers, no response. Extremely disappointed with her. I'm sure the successful cases were because of extremely healthy mothers not because of this pathetic doctor's effort. Don't fall for her paid good reviews. Visited two times, in follow up visit, i paid 800/-, full amount again within one week. Also said she'll give diet plan but didn't get any such after our first ultrasound done. This kind of money minded casual attitude and zero knowledge doctors like to hang patient for money, the more times you visit the more money you pay. shouldn't get licence just because they passed some exams. Worst doctor, never trust this woman.

She is pathetic doctor who cares only about her reviews and money.I called her and asked for phone consultation in emergency. She told me that she will only give consultation in her fixed timing and first should pay then she will call me let me know about my appointment. I have take appointment with her ad paid online. After my cosultation immediately she sent a link to write good review about her without bothering about my patients emergency and tension. She has no humanity and a money minded doctor. when I asked for the payment slip she said she can not give payment slip for online consultation. She also said that I am a renowed doctor and don't care about your review.

She is a money minded person. She wants to even operate the slightest thing for being a laparoscopic surgeon which does not require any surgery 'immediately' as she said, and after taking second and third opinion I got to know about it from better doctors from Belle Vue Clinic and Woodlands Hospital. She is not concerned about taking care for health of the patients but concerned about using knives and scissors onto them. I am extremely upset with her. I would never recommend someone to visit her. Her sugarcoated words make people think how good and genius she is as a doctor. I would tell to other people to never fall for her sugarcoated words. She is terrible. Thank you

My experience with Dr. Ushashi Mukherjee was not good. We have followed every instructions given by her yet we have faced miscarriage both the times.

Worst possible doctor. She is hell bent on getting surgery done on her preferred nursing home and that too on cash/reimbursement basis. Directly refused to operate for Cashless scheme from Corporate Insurance. Avoid at all costs.

Dont go for the consultation they only waste the time of the people.
