Dr Govind Verma has been the best doctor of Pace hospital , Hyderabad. He is immensely talented in the liver field. In his assistance, we did liver transplant surgery. It was totally successful and the patient has recovered greatly. He is completely healed now and doing great. This is my 6th visit for dr. Govind sir. I am very happy and satisfied. He cured me totally

I came to Pace hospital from U.P for gastric and acidity treatment. During 1st visit Dr. Govind Verma suggest me 8-9 test ( cost around 17k) without understanding the previous treatment history at that time behaviour was good. And after that I have done all test then he suggested me some medicine for 15days. I have completed and event completion all course my problem still same then I visited again for 2nd consultant. During 2nd consultant I feel very bad with bad behaviour of Dr. Govind Verma. He was very rude and even not listening my problem properly at that time and again he suggested me 4-5 test with cost 15k. I have completed all test again. And again after 1-2 weeks I faced same problem then I again visited but behaviour of Dr. Was very rude and unprofessional. I wasted my 35-40k in Pace hospital. I am still facing same acidity and gastric problems. Dr. Govind Verma is looking only for money. He will suggest you lot of tests for earning money. I will not recommend to anyone for any kind of treatment in Pace hospital and specially with Dr. Govind Verma. And Sir (Dr. Govind Verma) I requested to you please Don't focus only on money, I earned money with lot of hardwork, I thought you are a good Doctor. Please give some respect to your pasent. Completely commercial. Unnecessary tests and loot the people. Less judgemental even with experiance might be an issue with the doctor. Normally with his experiance he could have judgemental on the problem (along with knowing the route cause of the symptoms) and has to treat the patients. This is called 'hasta vasi' in telugu. But he is not that type and researched how to make the the patients fear and get the tests done with hefty rates. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very pathetic doctor I have seen in my life. Without checking the patient, he has adviced the admission and did not visit the patient even once. Along with that, he suggested to go for test in opd bill instead of ip billing. So I ended up paying twice. Please avoid such white collar …..

I visited the doctor in 2019. He was very patient in listening the issue & and explained everything clearly. But I don’t know what happened to him when I visited recently in 2023 he has become very rude. Doesn’t give time to listen to your problems. The time you enter his chamber he already would have written medications. I don’t recommend him anymore.

He is not good doctor. He is money looting machine. I had shown to him for HBsAg positive case. He suggested me Hipatitis B viral load test. When I asked him, can I get this test done outside, he said outside quality will not be good. Outside this test is available at very cheap price, even less than half. I don't wanted to do test in his hospital and did it in his hospital only, to make him happy. Story does not end here. For that, he gave some medicines of Hipatitis B. I bought those medicines from their pharmacy only. When I asked the lady in pharmacy, she said, printer is not working and she did not give the receipt. Means that money is also like black money. I continued taking those medicines may be for 1 year. Next time, I visited different doctor and shown the prescription of Govind Varma doctor new doctor. New doctor said that these are not hipatitis B medicines. These are just supplements. New doctor told me that I don't need to take any medicines. Govind Varma was aware of this, that's why he did not prescribe me any hipatitis B medicines, he just gave me supplements. Can you guys imagine, in how many ways, he was looting me? 1) He is indirectly forcing people to do tests in his hospital only. 2) Not giving receipts for medicines, means complete black money. 3) Prescribing the useless (supplements) to patients just to earn extra money. Think before going to his hospital. Doctor do take extra money, but this Govind varma is too much.

Pace hospital is basically just trying to earn money by having patients undertake unnecessary tests. In fact, Dr. Govind Verma suggested me 5 tests, out of which 2 were absolutely unnecessary. The Ultrasound test done was wrong since my bladder was not full and still I was told it is alright just because the in charge of Ultrasound had to run for his lunch time at 2pm. Also, Dr. Govind Verma denied to give me any medications till I get the tests done. It's a very bad management and I regret wasting my consultation fee here since I was not consulted with any remedy. There was zero benefit for me after 2 weeks of treatment since I am still having stomach pain. Money minded doctor and hospital.

My husband had consulted for gastritis problem. Medication was given for a month. Despite becoming better his health condition became worse. I contacted the hospital management as the Dr never seems to be available regarding this but didn't turn up to resolve. Doctor doesn't pay attention towards patient problem,he always keeps on saying u will get rid of it use medication. He doesnot explain the rootcause & necessary precautions to be taken. Hell lot of money we have spent here but no use

This review will be eye opening for all the patient of this money minded doctor. Even he don't deserve 1 star. I visited him twice for my illness and both the times he gave me less than 30 second of his precious time for describing my problem. He don't even listen to patient problem, only thing he know i.e prescribing to conduct lots of test(Minimum cost will be 6K to 10K), in my case he prescribed for 11K Rs test in total- Which is unnecessary and noting related to my disease. And most important thing is that he don't write the medicines correctly unless you do all the unnecessary test in his hospital (point to be noted, in his hospital- That is PACE Hospital). if you consider yourself as specialist then act like a specialist don't loot the money and waste time of common people. He can be good doctor for rich people and not for Poor or middle class people. The only one line i will tell you sir, you are a waste doctor. people says Doctors are like God in Earth, the doctor like you proves it wrong always.

I visited for Gastric Trouble It was one of the severely bad experience I ever had. Dr. Never visits the hospital before 6PM but Pace hospital gave me appointment for 5:30. There is no meaning for online appointment. They do not care your appointment timings. Its upto you and staff who can enter first to Dr cabin. Hospital staff is very rude, no care. I paid for consultation but had to return from hospital considering their behaviour and consulted other Dr. I asked many time hospital staff including front office staff and Dr assistant to give me feedback form but they simply ignored it. I wouldn't recomond anyone to visit Pace hospital . Hospital should seriously consider to replace their supporting staff from toe to top.

Worst consulation I have ever experienced. Don't even pay attention to what patient was saying. Just arrogant and did not listen to what the patient is saying. Prescribed to undergo a test but didn't tell whether that can be done on empty stomach or not. When asked at the reception they said that the test should be done on empty stomach and should not eat anything 2 hrs before the test. They just loot the money from people and he doesn't even deserve a single star. I dont recommend this doctor or hospital to anyone.

Hi,pls dont go to him by these reviews i have got fooled by Google reviews for my father for liver cirrhosis he is always busy don't give clarity about the treatment he is always suggesting for Liver Transplant which should be last option not at all satisfied with his treatment.

worst doctor and hospital ever... Its just the money business and nobody tries to understand the situation a person is suffering from. I went for the first time , thinking its a renowned hospital but doctor gave few tests and recommended a surgery. He didnt even try to give prescription and fix it with medicines. I got it recovered from medicines later from some other doctor. Kindly take it as a feedback to treat a patient with utmost care and attention.

It was a mistake to take an appointment even after reading the reviews. I have travelled 20kms to visit the doctor after getting confirmation on the appointment. And after reaching hospital, I have been told that doctor just left the hospital though I was there before my appointment time. Many have already mentioned the same problem in the reviews and yesterday I have experienced it myself.

Doctor will not care about patient condition. i went one day for stomach burning he write prescription, there are three test endoscopy, ultra scan and other blood test. they charges for these three 4523/. i shocked and i said i will test out side then they reduced 15%. on next day i went 9:30 he said i need to come with pasting without water. went for endoscopy doctor came to hospital. but he is seeing out patients only. he came for endoscopy 12:30. without seeing all report in the evening just 2 sec and written Medicine and said nothing to worry. my point is this hospital and doctor is complete commercial. they need money. just we can go there they will write for test. fist they should see minimal medicines and see the issue go away or not. my feel this is fully commercial hospital and doctor

Not recommended different deals with foreign patients

Real disappointed I must say, I went there for acidity and I was sent for Ultrasound, CT, LFT, lipid profile and many more test. I can understand about other tests but don't understand the purpose of viral screening(HIV etc). I was then told to get endoscopy done. Endoscopy was done with RUT and RUT was found positive. I took the medicine( H-P kit) followed by four weeks of Nexpro RD 20. I was told to go for another endoscopy to make sure the infection has gone. The RUT was positive again and I was put into regerous medication (Augmentin 1 GM BD) for a week followed by Tini 1 GM BD, Claribid 500 BD.All this medication actually made the situation worse. I started filling Dizzy, nausea vomiting, motions, I was not able to concentrate on work as a result of this. I thought of taking a second opinion and the Doctor told me that the second round of medication (Augmentin, Tini and Clarified) was not required at all. My problem can just be solved by lifestyle management. Medicine has become a business now, Doctors make sure that they should get the maximum out of you based on your job profile. Just a smiling face doesn't make everything good, the purpose is to cure the disease and not to complicate or make it worse just to meet the targets.

True blue example of commercialization shown in movies , in spite of appointment times be ready to wait for a lot of time. For minor stomach ache I was given a list of tests to be done, went for second opinion where the other doc gave me tabs n I was fine within a week. Time given to patients is minimal and sometimes your consultation will be outside the operation theater while he is operating patients don't know how legal it is. Hopefully ima takes some action against such unethical doctors.

Pace hospital just they are using for making money for example dr govind verma he make me to make 5 tests including endoscopy which the result use to be normal , before the test he said there is something wrong in ua stomach take this test , after the result ohhhhhh results are normal man ,, he will not listen patients problems , then how can he write a medicine without listening to patient problem the most wrist doctor i haven been experience d yet

A typical commercial doctor... when a patient comes with abdominal pain..the least that should be done is a physical examination...but here it's different...no medications adviced till all the tests are done ,which cost almost around 15 thousand...And the doctor is always in a hurry...
