Just had a wonderful experience with Titan eye+ Fort. Had an issue with my frame and the team there unconditionally solved the issue. Very Thankful to them specially Irshad. Great job.

This time i am totally disappointed. I had to come 3 times, inspite of which there was no improvement in my focus. If i want to buy further i will think 4 time before coming to this shop. This absolutely unexpected from a company like TATA, for whom people vouch for and trust blindly. Very disappointed

Purchased a rayban frame with carl zessi lens. After few days I found that there is a gap between glass rim and front frame. Complaint same to the store but they are neither repairing it not exchanging it. It's a horrible experience at this store.

This is the worst experience ever from Titan Eyeplus shop which is at CST, veer nariman point. I have been customer to Titan from 2011, till now I have not received such product and service.i always come to titan to get quality service and quality product.but this time I have got spectacle which I'll not be able to wear. I have received thin glass spectacle previously from Titan mulund. But fort Titan shop is not ready to give thin glasses. Also the staff is saying you cAn make same spectacle from different store and compare,do we have time for this thing only? And do we go to work for making spending money on spectacle only? ill definately go to different store and will not buy any products from Titan for sure. kindly provide my spectacle as per requirement as I already have paide the amount. and if not i want refund of my amount as I dint collected the spectacle from store. Also, I have not collected my spectacle from your shop, still your shop has sent me bill invoice. Very unprofessional service. You have opened shop just to take money from customers.

This is your customer Diksha Dinesh Gambre, good store,nice and branded sunglasses, on April 1st i bought a maui jim's sunglasses from your store but,next day i changed my mind and desided to refund it.I came to the shop and handed over you my sunglasses on April 2nd and the person who was there told me that I would get the refund within 3 to 4 working days,today is 9 April and I have still not got the refund.

Very courteous staff but too slow and un present. The steps to enter and exit this shop is dangerously high specially the last step.

Eye test is not free, its just complimentary. You have to purchase something if you are doing the eye test. Please confirm before you are going for an eye test.
