My mother is a regular patient of Dr. Solomon and recently she had to undergo a surgery. We consulted Dr. Solomon and he was remarkable. Recently, my mother had to undergo a surgery urgently. We consulted Dr. Solomon and he was remarkable with his skill set. Not only was he extremely understanding and cooperative since the beginning but also considerate and empathetic towards her needs till the end. He has a unique way of elucidating the procedures of the surgery in layman's language which made us incredibly comfortable and placid. My mother is healthy and happy now. He patiently took considerable time out of his schedule to answer our numerous questions and concerns about the procedure, and explained the technicalities of the procedures in comprehensible language and with the utmost respect. It is impossible to explain just how much my family and I appreciate his responsiveness and reassurance throughout such a demanding and stressful time. Dr Solomon’s reliability, attentiveness and kindness remain a great relief to us, and I cannot thank him enough for caring for my father.

I was admitted to Ernakulam Medical Center Hospital with severe stomach ache. Before that I consulted many doctors,but they were not able to make an accurate diagnosis. It was Dr Solomon K John who made the proper diagnosis and helped my speedy recovery by operating on the same day and I had Ruptured Appendicitis with peritonitis. Dr. Solomon K John is a very caring doctor. He treated me until I fully recovered and gave me the exact instructions and care I needed after that. We had consulted Dr. Solomon K. P. John and Dr. Gopakumar Valiathan in order to remove a tumor. They were very patient and went to great lengths to fully explain to us what the procedure consisted of and all the possible outcomes of it. I still have the detailed diagrams they drew to help us understand the situation to our fullest satisfaction. Both the doctors were so cordial and warm that they were able to instill in us a genuine sense of confidence and trust from the very beginning. We had a strong feeling from the beginning that we were in safe, trustworthy hands. We agreed for a surgery to be performed in the next couple of days. During the surgery it was analyzed to be a more serious case and Dr. Solomon in the middle of the surgery called my son and explained to him regarding what the complication was and what additional procedures they had to decide on in the spur of the moment. Even in such a situation Dr. Solomon patiently answered all the questions my son had and he was fully confident that both doctors were going to try to do their best. The surgery went on for more than 6.5 hours and was a success. Dr. Solomon was kind enough to show the removed mass and explain a bit more on what they had done, immediately after the surgery inspire of having performed such an important task continuously for such an extended period of time. Both the doctors took great care to keep us comfortable and well informed. They addressed me with lot of love and respect always and I am sure that they are bless to perform their duties to such high levels of perfection and patient satisfaction. Great surgeon who is well trained in abdominal surgeries. Dr Solomon did a wonderful job in resecting a complicated colon cancer from my uncle. He is healing well. Dr Solomon communicated clearly all aspects of the treatment and guided the family members during this difficult time by giving them confidence and positive energy. Dr. Solomon K. John is a well experienced Gastroenterologist can recommend him for Hernia repair surgery. We are glad we could get my Mom's recurrent incisional hernia corrected and repaired through by him in a very complicated surgery by component separation technique with placement of dual mesh to avoid further recurrences. We are thankful to Doctor for the very lengthy 6 hours surgical procedure and for returning mom in good health fit and fine. We are thankful to his team of Dr. Shaheen, general surgeon and Anaesthetist Dr. Anoop Jose were great in the post operative care and treatment they provided during my mom's stay in ICU and in the hospital.

Hi everyone, would like to share my own experience about Dr Solomon. My father was admitted in EMC due to obstructive jaundice and was in a dangerous state. Age of my father was 79 and actually at that age it's not recommended for a major surgery. Especially father was having high diabetes also. But, surgery was required to save his life and there were multiple Gallbladder stones detected in large size. I was posted in Mumbai and could not reach here bcz of COVID issues.
